Hello how I can cancel subscription if my payment failed yet?

Problem: Not able to use Outlook's other windows while outlook Draft message window is active (launched through Send File as attachment).[3829341]

I use PDF files all the time but have not changed any Acrobat settings.  Why all of a sudden do I get this Adobe Acrobat Reader DC popup every time I boot up my laptop?  It seems to pop up a couple of minutes after the laptop has booted and stays on the screen only about half a minute.  It's very annoying.  How do I stop it?  Thanks. 

I have created an exam with forms in it that we send out to different companies for them to answer.  Just recently after the update, we have noticed several people send back PDFs with the answer reset to the default option for all dropdown options.The odd thing is that their answers will appear through a web browser or Dropbox preview, just not in the actual Adobe Reader/DC version, which seems very counter intuitive.  As soon as we download the pdf from Dropbox, the dropdown options resets itself to the default option.Can someone give me a solution for this?  We are using this for 1,000's of students and it's becoming a pain with all the calls we have to answer because of it.Thanks.

I am trying to install Acrobat Reader. Using Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 Pro I go to adobe.com/reader and download the installer tool (after unchecking the Norton scamware boxes.) When I run the download I get an "Unknown Publisher" notification. I know Adobe signs their downloads, so this indicates a problem with the download. However I have tried this on several computers and the same thing happens. I get the right https cert for the website. Are Adobe's distribution servers having problems? Any other ideas what could be the problem? I am more interested in knowing what is going on and getting the problem fixed than how to work around the problem. 

I used to be able to add a "check mark" to my documents.  I purchased a new computer but can't add a "check mark".  I was able to do it on my old computer and I can do it on my computer at work but not my new one.  Any help?

This is totally ridiculous, I cannot believe a large brand will commit simple mistake like this, Adobe installer is deceiving its users who entrusted the brand, this is how the installation journey is currently designed besides delivering the Acrobat Reader DC: 1. Since about a year Acrobat Reader always opens a loop of about 10 empty popups when a pdf document is opened.This is absolutely annoying and I would like to dispose this reader and replace it by an other program, if Adobe don't solves this problem.The only way to get rid of it is to log off from Adobe cloud but this can't be serious the solution.All the colleagues in my company, who haves Adobe accounts, have the same problem.Until now I could bnot find Screensot of the popups:

Seit einiger Zeit ist mir aufgefallen, daß ich mit der jeweils aktuellen PDF-Version meine älteren Dateien( z.B. aus dem Jahr 2010 ) nicht mehr lesen kann. Ich erhalte aktuell folgende Fehlermeldung : Adobe Acrobat Reader konnte "Blatt 9414(1).pdf" nicht öffnen, da der Dateitypnicht unterstützt wird oder die Datei beschädigt ist. (z.B. usw. .....) .Eine Beschädigung der Datei ist auszuschließen, da PDF-Dateien, die am gleichen Tag erstellt wurden, die gleiche Fehlermeldung ausweisen.Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe.Bernd.

Hi,We tried to generate a digital signature with our MiniDriver.If the protected mode is active, Adobe does not load our MiniDriver in the process space. We do not receive error message.If we deactivate the protected mode, our MiniDriver loading and signature creation will be successful.We have found another MiniDriver (GlobalSign), which can create a digital signature in protected mode.Our MiniDriver is signed by a Global Sign Extended Validation (EV) Code Signing Certificate).Has got Adobe any requirement for loading MiniDriver in protected mode?Thanks.

Hello,we have hundreds installations of Windows 10/11 client computers running SAP GUI 7.60 / 7.70 with Acrobat Reader DC.I was forced to block Acrobat Reader updates from the corporate firewall because each update is causing probems with PDF preview in SAP GUI. After updates pdf previews stay blank or sometime causing SAP GUI crashing.I've already tried to disable security in SAP GUI and in Acrobat Reader but nothing change.The only way to roll  back is to uninstall Acrobat Reader and install the version 200132006. Can some one explain to me why this happen? I'm wasting too much time to fix manually each computer with this problem. It seeams that when i install my "stable" version it is in 32-bit but after update it become 64-bit.Can it be the issue? If yes, how to solve it? I've tried to ask to SAP but this is not a SAP issue, because I tried with different versions and patch levels. Please I need a definitive solution. Thanks 

How can I enable sensitivity labels for adobe suite of applications?

Hello, First of all, I'm a Mac user. That could be important.I have a Canon MFP which can print booklets and has its own options.The options are available from all my programs suchlike Word, Pages or Preview.But, when I try to print a booklet from Adobe Reader DC, the option is greyed out in my printer dialog box.I can only chose the booklet printing options integrated in the Adobe software which offer less settings. Does anyone know how to solve that ? Thank you for your help 🙂

Hello every nyan.I have this issue where whenever I quick print something, (right click and select print), acrobat opens up and stays open for some odd reason. I don't understand why this needs to happen, as I didn't open it, and it just stays on showing me the last opened files.I'm using windows 10 and the version of reader I'm using is 20142

Adobe Acrobat Readerをインストール出来ません。(OS:Windows11 basic 64bit WindowsUpdateも最新状態) Adobe Acrobat Readerをインストールしようとすると50%までバーが進み「インストール中」に表示がかわった瞬間に100％までバーが進みバーの横に赤×が表示され、"インストールが失敗しました" となり、エラーコードは表示ナシ。readerdc_jp_xa_install.exeを「管理者として実行」をしてもダメでした。ウイルス対策ソフトも一時無効化しましたがダメでした。ヘルプデスクに問合せてもわかりませんとのこと。ご教示のほど、よろしくお願いします。

Hola! Queria reportar un problema, apartir de actualizacion automatica con fecha 14-07-22 sobre la ultima version de Adobe Acrobat Reader DC(22.001.20169), al abrir el documento sale un mensaje de error "No se puede extraer la fuente incrustada", antes de esta actualizacion no habia problemas en ver la fuente, de hecho en una version anterior de Adobe Acrobat no tengo problemas y puedo ver dicha fuente. Agradeceria su ayuda, desde ya gracias!

Hi There After converting PDF to PDF/A (standard compliance) blue ribbon isn't appearing on top of the document. My adobe acrobat pro dc was updated recently and after that I'm facing this issue. whereas others can see blue ribbon on top of the document and their Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version is 2021.001.20138. Each individual has different adobe version.Note: my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version is 2021.005.20060. I don't know previous version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that was installed in my system, but it was working fine and I was able to see blue ribbon on top of the document.

Hi Guys,I have one user with this issue in Adobe Reader (works fine in other PDF Readers). When you open any PDF it comes up OK but the second you click, or even wave your mouse, in the body of the PDF the screen gets corrupted - like this:Click off the main window ie in the menu's or even scroll bars and the corruption disappears. Click or move the mouse over the body of the PDF and it immediately does this again. No-one else has this issue and they can all open and view the same PDF the user is trying to access. I've updated Reader to the latest version. I've done a repair, uninstall/re-install. Just downloaded and installed the latest Radeon Drivers (Radeon 5 3400G CPU) etc to no avail. I've checked and unchecked 'Show Large Images' in Preferences (run across that one before!)I installed another PDF reader and its opening them fine - only seems to be affecting Adobe Reader and only on this PC.Any ideas? Running Win 10, Office 2016 Pro Plus and not much else at all &#128521

I am exporting a Videopad (vpj) project file to Utube and get this message.."Exceeded quota"I googled and found that this is not a Utube issue, rather it is on the Adobe side. Can someone explain this to me? And, will it be corrected?John North

we are using the latest version of Adobe acrobat and when a user opens a PDF document locate don our file server the document opens up quickly but with take 30 to 60 seconds before you can start scrolling through the pages.after you have struggled with 5 or 6 documents it will be fine for most of the day.we are using version 2019.010.20098so far i have tried the followingRepaired the installationUnchecked both Show online storage when... optionsSet Documents in recently used list to 1 (was on 100)Unchecked Enable Enhanced Securitybut none of these have helped.any one experienced this of have any ideas that may help?
