Hallo zusammen, wenn ich eine PDF signieren will und dann auf speichern drücke, kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:  An fehlenden Rechten liegt es nicht, und tritt auch nur auf wenn wer vor mir schon die PDF signiert hat. Aktuellste Version ist installiert. Vielen Dank 

Hi Adobe Commuity, Need a solution to this. And can Adobe Standard be used instead of Adobe Pro? We have a subscription to the Adobe Cloud. I route the PDFs to get atleast 3-5 approvals per document (from different individuals). So we want to send notification from PDF and get approvals on the PDF instead of multiple manual emails.

Good day to all,My name is Alexander and quite recently i can't seem to be able to login via my Acrobat Reader app on my Android smartphone.Reader version is 20.8.0.15341. I am going through 'Sign in' then press 'Continue' but when i press the 'continue' button nothing happens ! No message, no nothing ! When i turn off my wifi and press the 'continue' button it says:''Network error-Unable to connect.Please check your internet connection''.(just performed this action to check how the button reacts-and it reacts as should, but when i re-turn on wifi still nothing happens-no pop up taking me to my username an password, no nothing..) Hi All, I want to ensure that links I add into PDF documents follow Microsoft URIs for various applications to open in App rather than browser. This is because the staff members using the documents require the full design features that are found in the app versions not browser versions. I can acheive this within other microsoft applications (Office, Word, Excel, Visio) by putting the relevant URIs in front of them (e.g.  ms-excel:ofv|u|https://etc...). When I have exported these documents to PDF however the URI part does not work. Does anyone else have a solution to this without moving all my files off sharepoint?  Thanks,Matt

We have to set the compatibility mode for the AcroRd32.exe for some reason.Since setting this option we are unable to print from PDF files which are opened through browser in IE11 mode.Have anyone a clue what's happening in this case?

Hi, We have no issue valdiating digital signed PDFs with Adobe Reader 2020 classic track, version 20.005.30334.  Since version 20.005.30362 (July 2022), the signature panel shows that the signature cannot be validated for the same pdf on the same notebook. The issue persist with the latest 20.005.30381 (Aug2022).  As a workaround, we have to turn off protected mode for the digital signature to be validated. Appreciate any advice from the community for this issue. Adobe 2020 classic track 20.005.30381OS: Windows 10 1809 build 17763.3046  Regards,Alfred

Amoung other slides with heavy spreadsheets, surprisingly, simpler slides with bigger font size fails to export but remain as images.Stripping pie charts, headers and footnotes, text do not help export this simple spreadsheet.What can prevent export ?Sample of slide as Adobe PDF uploaded. 

Hi, I am a blind user of adobe acrobat D.C.  I use NVDA screen reader on my PC. I use online banking and on downloading bankk statements I can open the .pdf file but I cannot access the content as read aloud won't work as the copy and allow accessibility features are greyed out as the tick boxes for no are ticked. Why would the bank do this when it breaches their Accessibility statement? Is there a solution.  Note I can't read it using books app on iPhone with voiceover screen reader. Hello, We recently updated our machines to Adobe Reader DC 19.08.20081Simultaneously we updated Windows 10 to 1803. After these updates we have discovered an issue opening more than one PDF at a time. Users can open the first PDF normally. Once the reader is open, however a second PDF cannot be opened by clicking on the PDF. Double clicking will add the PDF the to recent files in Windows, but it does not create a new tab or window in Adobe Reader. What does work: A user can open a subsequent PDF in the File>Open menu, by going to the Home tab and double clicking on a PDF in the recent files, or by dragging a PDF file into the reader. I have also discovered that by disabling Protected Mode it will work normally, however we would rather not disable this. I added the location of the files to the Privileged locations, but this also does not allow the files to open correctly. All the workarounds continue to work. 8/15/22Hello,I was hoping you could help with the follow issue listed below: 1st Issue:  Problem getting buttons to pop up image in Adobe Acrobat DCDocument:  Glossary of construction terms.Application:  I want an image to pop up on a mouse roll over of an invisible button under a gloossary word and then disapear on mouse exit. 2nd Issue: I realize that the image button has to larger to show the icon at a resonable size but I can't get the the second button under the term to work the iamge button.    Thanks,Matt HodnickiConstruction Trainer

I have downloaded a pdf of this lexicon to my Adobe Reader.There is a search box at top right of lexicon page.  Must I use a GREEK FONT to search for a word - and if so how to I find the Greek font?Scrolling manually through the lexicon takes for ever - but there does not seem to be a SLIDER for rapid page down or page up so that I can get to the word I want FAST.  Suppose I want to look up the Greek word peirasmos for example.  How do I scroll FAST to the relevant page?Please advise.  Thanks

Hi AllJust on a month ago now we have been battling an issue that is affecting all of our Windows 10 64bit Machines.When a user opens up a pdf file Acrobat opens many AcroCEF.exe sub process and one of these starts to take up nearly all CPU and memory starts to increase to over 4GB or more depending on the machine.Then the screen goes blank and locks the computer as it runs out of resources.We have been trying to pinpoint what might the issue be and any changes to the environment but have been unsuccessful.The only things that have changed is Windows Updates as normal are being rolled out, we deployed a Product Called Ring Central as our Phone system and also some poly headset software which now has subsequently removed in attempt to roll back any changes but again no difference to the outcome.For many users we were able to change Edge as the default and got them work but even then some reason adobe still opened the update process and crashed the computer so we had to full uninstall.We

I have noticed the last couple of times I have used the search function that, although the word I am searching for is being found, it is not necessarily being highlighted, so that I can see where it is on the page.  Sometimes I get a vertical line (like this | ) next to the word, as if the cursor is there, but that is really hard to see on a page full of text.  Once today I got one out of three occurrences of the same word on a page highlighted in blue (great!) but the other two were not highlighted at all when searching forward.  Having got the third one highlighted, I then used search backwards and one of the other two (but not both) got highlighted in blue.Surely this has something to do with Adobe Reader, rather than my laptop settings.  I did install the latest update this morning (I think there was also one either yesterday or the day before) and am now on version 9.4.5MClareS

Dear Support  We have recent upgrade our Acrobat Reader 2017 to  Acrobat Reader 2020 (20.5.30381.10381).  We use a command line command to print the pdf to printer.    AcroRd32.exe /t /h “pdf file name” “printer name” With the previous version, the command works properly.  But with the new version, an error is prompted.Need help.  

The check box in Preferences > General > Basic Tools the allows the Hand tool to select text & images is not working. It was working for me for months and stopped working within the last day or so. I have reinstalled acrobat, and ensured the box is checked. Still not working. Is there another setting I need to change to make it work? Thanks!

When I download a PDF in Chrome with the Adobe Acrobat extension the print button does not work. 

Reading this Adobe release:  Acrobat Reader DC migration to 64-bit (adobe.com) The stand alone installer will now update previous versions of Adobe Acrobat to x64, however this excludes installs done with the Adobe Customisation Wizard, which is how I was previously installing Acrobat Reader.Can anyone (ideally from Adobe) advise the recommended method for deploying Adobe Acrobat Reader to a company via Intune.I have looked at the Customisation Wizard, as well as the distribution license version.  However I am dealing with noth new installs, which will be 64-bit, and also existing installs (which I want to be upgraded automatically to x64.   ThanksPaul

i wish to cancel acrobat pro free trial/reader

All of a sudden, this past week, when I get an emailed PDF, and make changes, I can't save them. I've already disabled "Display in Read Mode by default" under Preferences/Internet. But it didn't fix it. Anyone know how to fix it?
