Acrobat Reader

Hi; I am using Reader DC (continuous release v 2022.001.20112  (for 2022 MacBookAir  M1 using MacOS Monterey 12.4. I don't know what happened, but suddenly one day, when I opened old PDF, I saw some text but top and bottom of doc (header and footer) are grayed out!!!  (it prints OK  but if I try to save in print mode to file, it still has the gray-out below. I can't send a page looking like this to be filed; I would appreciate any help to what I can fix? It must be in settings but I'm not able to figure that kind of stuff out. I can't share in house like that; it prints ok sometimes but looks like the exam below when saved and reopened in Reader DC. (LOOKS normal if i open the doc with  Apple Preview but I want to be able to keep using Reader). TIA for any help with this. Howard 

 Hi community,macOS Monterey 12.4 all updates applied.Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2022.001.20142keep geeting the famous"raise without handler" when opening PDF's.Tried uninstall, clean Library, fresh download and install, problem still exists.I see this problem is around for several years now, with different tips what to do,tried everything which Google found, no luck...Any idea what to try next ?  Thanks!

I have Adobe Reader installed, when I go to my printers and scanners Adobe PDF is not an option to use as an existing port. How do I create a new port or how else is this possible?

Hi to everybody and thanks to all that can help. I'm running Adobe Acrobat Reader DC ver. 2022.001.20142 on Windows 10 64-bit. I just switched to a new computer and downloaded Acrobat Reader. Now,when I try to print something,Ihave every print driver listed for my machine. To explain, I'm using a Brother multifunction printer. When I click "Print" in Adobe Acrobat Reader, I'll get a list of printers, like this: Brother MFC-7365Brother MFC-7365 PrinterBrother MFC-7365 FaxBrother MFC-7365 ScanMicrosoft Print to pdfPDFFill(etc...) Can I consolidate this list? I don't need 4 entries to my Brother machine, and besides, I never use Fax or Scan.

I get the following error message when trying to print a Smartsource coupon. Adobe Reader is current. Using a current Mac OS and Safari. I didn't see anything in security that would stop this, but not sure what to look for. "Network Error: Printing was interrupted. Please try again. NotAllowedError: Security settings prevent access to this property or method.)"

Hi, I downloaded Adobe Acrobat, I didn't have an option to cancel it during free license lasting. Now I can't cancel it because I need to change my card informations and pay for it, but I don't have money to pay for the license, I don't want to pay for that! Don't want to use it anymore. Windows 11 / Acrobat Reader DC (22.001.20142) Intially I reeived this message when I clicked a mail to link in my PDF:"This email will be sent using "Default email application (Microsoft Outlook)". Click on'Change Preferences' to change your default account settings."I clicked Continue, and nothing happened. I reinstalled Reader and set default mail as Outlook again, as below. And still nothing opens. Anything else I need to do?  

Hello,some time ago i got a pdf file and since opening that file nearly every pdf file i open gets the same title then this pdf file. Is there any way to reset this behaviour? Is this name saved in any kind of config file?Some help with this problem would be much appreciated, since working with more then one file with this problem is really bothersome. Regards,Deno

A pdf which I opened 4 days ago in acrobat reader will now not open is there a fix for this?

When I do a CTRL +F search through an online pdf document eg, Bound For Australia, I get a nil result but if I search just on the word - Bound - I get results and can scroll through and find what I am looking for. However, if I download the pdf to my PC and search for Bound For Australia, it immediately finds the search string. Why does it not work with an online pdf but it does once downloaded? It is extremely annoying as we are a small society who have their library catalogue uploaded to our website so that members can search for a relevent book. We can't expect them to download the library catalogue every time they want to do a search.

I am new to AEM and wanted to test the form using javascript. We have PDFs with embedded audio (I believe MP3) that play on most of our computers all of which are running Windows 10 21H2We have four computers that they won't play on. The same version of Adobe Reader DC is installed (2022.001.20085)Under preferences, 'enable protected view at startup' is unchecked.When they attempt to play the embedded audio, the player pops up and says 'Ready' but nothing happens.I am including a screen capture of what is seen by the user. I have logged onto these machines with the generic account, a domain account and a local administrator account and experience the same behaviour in all cases.I have successfully played an MP3 file using Windows Media Player to confirm it is working.Any suggestions for what else it could be? These four computers are used offline with a local account but that shouldn't matter.  

We pushed this update out to our clients on Friday and they have been reporting that adobe reader is telling them not responding after about 30 seconds of being launched and then has to be force closed. Tried repairing the installation and completely reinstalling, but this has not helped.

Hello Everyone, I recently installed Windows 11 and followed by Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 64Bit including the latest patch (22.001.20142) released by Adobe.com. While I want to click on any option (Deatil in Screenshot) the (An Internal Error) Message come across and it perseistently coming no matter as much as i try to close it, until I am forced to close it through Task Manager. The following the attempts proved to be a failure:1- Repairing2- Restart / Reboot3- Give persission Abobe folder in App Data/Roaming4- Changing multiple settings from Adobe Acrobat Preference..... Note: In attached screenshot I only depicted one example while in fact by clicking most of the above icons i get this message. Thanks in advance and please do feel free to ask any question in case you would like more details related to the case 

Using IOS 15.4.1 Ipad pro-The PDF originated on a Windows 10 PC and was sent from Outlook.- I open a PDF attachment from Apple Mail on Ipad- Using Apple pen markup the PDF- Using the Share function I send the PDF to the recipient using Apple mail- When sent back opened in Outlook on a Windows 10 PC. - When received and viewed by the recipient some or none of the markups are present.  This symptom is intermittent, We have ruled out any user errors.  Has anyone experienced this issue?

I reinstalled Outlook 2016 on my pc, and now I cannot preview pdf attachments anymore with Acrobat Reader. Before it was ok. Now Acrobat Reader is set as default app to open pdf. But when I use Outlook and I want preview an pdf attachment, it is opened by a different app. Please help me.

I had a MacBook Pro running El Capitan and I used the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Last Version) to digitally sing some documents. Before the update of El Capitan to the last version (10.11.6) the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC crash and I cant digitally sing documents anymore. I verify the capability of my smart card (digital signature) and is working fine, also the MacBook Pro is using the certificates without problems, so the problem is the Acrobat in the new version of MacOSX.Attached you can find the error from the Adobe:Could you please help me?
