Acrobat Reader

I have several comments on a very big document, highlights and pencil. Sometimes, when I scroll up, the comments pop-ups will start popping up, all of them, slowing down the whole machine because there is many many comments. The "ensure that pop-ups are visible as the document is scrolled" box is unchecked. I can temporarily solve the problem by checking the box, restarting, unchecking it and restarting again (after that the document will be "clean" with comments showing properly and no pop-ups). As I said this is only temporary though, and the same issue will occur again.I tried repairing the installation, but it didn't work.I'm running the latest available software version.Obviously this behaviour is very annoying and time consuming for the user.Has anyone ever experienced this? Thanks for the support,Ruggero

helleo, I  am looking for an old version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, the most simple.How and where can I find it please ? I don't want Adode Acrobat Resader DC.I have no use for correcting the documents inside. I just want to put my Word Documents into a PDF with an old and free version without malware in it.The website of Adobe does not allow to do it.They only give the DC version of Adobe Acrobat Reader but it is too complex for me.  Thalnk you.

Hi,When I select a page and try to rotate it, all the pages in the file change.How can I rotate only one page at a time?

I have a PDF bank statement with an attached XML file.In the totally useless new Acrobat Reader I see a file icon but can only edit the link in the remark view (why would anyone edit that???)Turning off this crystallized uselessnes, the old Adobe Reader denies to open the XML file saying that the Gold Standard Of Data Transfer A Plain Text File is dangerous to my computer (while Adobe turns on both Javascript and the New Acrobat Reader, the known dangers to computers and productivity) in this quite useful dialog:See how this masterpiece decoded the filename. How to turn off this braindead censorship? I would share the version of the Acrobat Reader with you, but there is no About menu item in the Help menu... PS: Workaround: Firefox saves the attachment without a word.

Since weeks we have the problem, that most - not all - PDF openend with Adobe Acrobat Reader 24.002.20857 shows hyroglyphic characters. Any other PDF viewer shows the PDF correct. Any other user on the same machine can open the PDF with Acrobat Reader without any problems, only one specific user is affected.What we tried so far:We created a new user profle. That solved the problem for a few days, than same symptom.Uninstalled and reinstallt Reader -> no solution, problem persists.Used the removal tool and some handcraft to delete all traces of Adobe, reinstalled Reader -> works for a few days, than same symptom.Just today, un- and reinstall didn't help. Again with the removal tool and some handwork, reinstallations -> now it works again. But surely again only for a few days.We found no traces in the eventlog or any other logs. Windows 10 22H2 is patched.  The user has no admin rights, we can't see that any kind of software or patch is been installed around the time when t

Reently, my Windows10 file Explorer displaying the PDF preview image thumbnail (View - Large image) started adding a chubby downward pointing blue arrow in the lower right hand corner of the thumbnail. The attached image shows the problem. Has anyone seen this, and have you been able to determine what is causing it? All other documents (docx, jpg, dng, etc.) all display the thumbnails correctly without any "modifications".

i am trying to access a government form T3010 - but when I try to open the fillable version of the PDF - I get the message below. I produce a solid model of a part in Solidworks (SW) and from this produce a 2D Drawing. I need a full scale print of this and as the part is 1600mm by 200mm I can't print it directly from SW although i can select a custom paper size of the appropriate dimenssions.I then save it as a .pdf and the file is an exact replication of the drawing.I then print it as a poster but for some reason extra lines appear on the print which are neither present on the pdf preview or on the originsl drawing.I have tried it on two computers and two printers with the same result.One suggestion was to safe it as an image but this was greyed out.I have done this in the past without this problem but it currently has me beat.

I just purchased a plan from Adobe.  I created a pdf fillable form for the first time.  I used a pdf file that I created that already was a form that my clients were printing out in order to complete the form.  I want to make this way more user friendly using a fillable form.  However, I can't attach it to my work email .  It says I don't have permission to share it.  I am the owner and administrator.  I am also the owner of the email address.  I checked the security settings and it is set to no security.  I checked the document properties and everything and everyone is allowed.  Why can't I attach it to an email?  

Hallo,seit einiger Zeit wirde mir in der Ausgabenvorschau (Druckoptionen) des Acrobat reader nur noch RGB-Farbauszüge angezeigt. Auch nach Umstellung auf z.B. "FOGRA39" werden nur RGB-Farbauszüge gezeigt. Liegt der Fehler bei mir oder im Programm?

I need to downgrade Acrobat Pro to previous version as my plugin for bookmark is not working.There was older version button inside Creative Cloud Desktop before but it is now being replaced with Learn more.When I click learn more there is version information and also tab Versions under Languages but options for older version is missing.This is also outdated: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html Thank you Marek 

Today I restarted my computer (windows 10) after an update from adobe acrobat,and now I can't open files with the error message "adobe acrobat has stopped working". Reverting top the previous interface didn't solve the problem.

Hello my Brother 2270DW prints perfectly from MS Office but keeps reverting to "offline' when printing same PDF from Acrobat, which I use to prepare 'booklets' (MS Word cannot do that). I am using a 2021 MacBook M1 on Mac OS 12.0.1, and Acrobat Reader v 2021.007 It was all working fine a few weeks ago, I am wondering whether recent Mac OS updates have in some way conflicted with Acrobat.  Has anyone else experienced similar?

Impossible desormais de faire un copier coller avec acrobat reader sur un document PDF ouvert avec un mot de passe.Possible avec lecteur PDF autre Firefox par exemple....Pourtant la copie est autorisée dans les propriétés du document. Si quelqu'un à une solution merci ....

I am using Adobe reader and register my signature by typing.Although I could select several style for my typed signature before but recently I can only use one style.I think the recent update affected this feature.If you could advise me how to revert the feature so that I can select from several type of style for signature,  I would appreciate it.

For just one particular .pdf document the Hand Tool doesn't function.  After clicking on the Hand Tool icon in the tool bar and moving my cursor into the document, the hand tool cursor appears very briefly and then quickly changes to the select cursor.  I cannot pan the document.  The document just turns blue, apparently selecting the whole document.  I have tried changing set up parameters through the Edit/Preferences menus (Accessibility and General) but nothing works.  These steps were discussed in other online forums. The odd thing is that this problem is only in one document out of many .pdf documents that I work with.  Anyone have experienced this or have suggestions.

I am creating a PDF using Acrobat Pro DC. I want to create a pop up signature box that the customer would sign on the tablet using their finger and then when they okay it, it will place the customer’s signature on the document signature line. Is this possible? I am trying to avoid having the tech zoom in on the document, selecting the editing tools, using the pen tool, and zooming back out. I just want the customer/tech to select the Signaturefield, a popup comes up on the tablet, customer signs, hit okay, and it places the signature on the correct line. Hi there,I can not copy and paste the Khmer text from PDF. The text is broken as shown in the attachment. The first line is what it is supposed to look like when the second line is the one copied from PDF.  Anyone with any solution?
