I am requesting for a refund, I downloaded the adobe app and I never used the services after the 7days trial but it had still charged me for a yearly fee.How do I go about claiming a refund? There's no email address I can contact this whole thing is frustrating

After I downloaded the iCloud backup from my old iPhone to the new, all my files saved over the years disappeared from my Acrobat app (free). I am having difficulty converting a file form Word to PDF. I use this service for my small business and I pay a heavy premium for all my services, I am unable to convert which means I cannot utilise the e-sign feature which is so much safer for us for our agreements to our customers, I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still the same. It used to work perfectly but literally stopped the other day, not changed anything. Please help!

Hi, I have a pdf book saved in adobe acrobat cloud storage. When I read it on my iPad, I left it on page 104, but when I open the book on my iPhone after that, I'd doesn't automatically open to the last location I.e. page 104, it opens on a previous page that I had last left in on the iPhone. What is the use of acrobat cloud if the files don't automatically update to the last location accessed?

I can't open PDFs I usually opened in the past. It just hooks or sometimes loads but isn't clear

iPad OS 15.6.1 (should be most recent up to date)Adobe Acrobat app Version 22.08.00 (220819.224230) I have been using acrobat on the ipad for about 2 years and this issue only started about 3-4 months ago. When editing a pdf, normally, I write with the pen and double-tap to switch to eraser. This appears to only work intermittently or on certian pdfs and not others. Right now, I am consistently getting it to work on 3 specific pdfs (2 that I created via LaTeX, and 1 scanned in from paper by a student) but 2 pdfs it just won't work on (1 is LaTeX'd by me that it used to work on a few months ago, and 1 is LaTeX'd by someone else). It started out as intermittant, and sometimes an iPad reboot would fix it, but it has become more constant. It doesn't seem to be a setting in LaTeX. I don't know about pdf security, but that shouldn't be it as I am not setting anything for that. Seems like it must be a bug either in iOS or the Acrobat app. Any ideas? I would love to get thi

Hello,  Recently I purchased a yearly subscription for Acbrobat Premium. In my Apple ID is says I have an active subscription until January 2025, but I can't use my Premium. I've tried logging in/out on Apple ID, with the actual email, restoring the purchase. It keeps saying there is a active subscription but I have to log in on the other account. This does not work. Turning phone off and then logging in also doesn't work. I really need the Premium, is there any way my subscription can be restored as I am not sure what else to do to get it to work. Hope to hear from you soon! Kind regards, Stefani

I can't freehand highlight my scanned Arabic language papers, the highlight tool works only with English language but not Arabic.On the computer version it works well, I hope you solve this issue on the mobile version. I really enjoyed using Adobe reader until I faced this problem. Attached is an example of scanned Arabic language paper. Thank You
