Paid for upgrade so can convert pdf to excel format using my notebook to do. My phone can do it (convert), when I open on my notebook it wants me to buy or free trial??? Doing My head in

Reposting question, because last answer posted in 2018.Everything was going fine, then the highlighter randomly quit working., all other tools fine. Cannot highlight in previously marked areas. Not a scanned document issue. Same problem using finger or Apple Pencil. On iPad. Acrobat pro version 24.01.00.

I am unable to view PDFs in full screen in landscape. (Pic attached). I am using Huawei Matepad T10s and have the latest version of the app. Please help. 

I added a link in PDF A to PDF B using Acrobat Pro and configured the link so as to always open PDF B in a new window. As expected, the link opens a new window when accessing PDF A from a computer. But when I access PDF A from my iPad, the link doesn't work. It won't open PDF B, let alone in a new window. The iPad has iOS 15.7.1 and Acrobat reader 23.11.01.

I create a PDF using Adobe Acrobat on my PC. I included audio files in it. I am able to listen to those files when using a PC. However, when I send the PDF to my phone I am no longer able to open or listen to the audio files within the PDF.On the PC I just click on the audio icon and the file opens and starts playing the audio. Do I need to do something to open the audio on my phone?

Does this version of Acrobat allow creation of headers on the iPad version?  Does it also allow to create passwords?

Ultimamente non si apre il PDF allegato alla mail con il cellulare, mentre fino a poco tempo fa' non c'era nessun problema. Come risolvere il problema? E non di riesce neanche a salvare il PDF sul cellulare o nel Cloud

After receiving two invoices in a short time, I found out that I have accounts with paid licenses, but I only need one.Is there a way to cancel one license without paying the early cancelation fee?

Me gusta la nueva funcionalidad de la app, pero lo que mas me ha decepcionado es el cambio de los colores, lo no entiendo. Tenia mis documentos subrayados de una manera y me parece bien la adicion de nuevos colores, pero por que no estan tambien los antiguos? Una pena... Porque estoy super contenta con la app.

I am unable to send any PDF files through text message. Also when I share a pdf file through email, it does not attach it like before. Specifically, it places the pdf file in the email like a picture instead of an attachment or thumbnail. In addition it also places the link and the links are not working.
