Acrobat Reader Mobile

I would like to be able to open PDF documents on my iPads, but this is not working. I downloaded the Adobe app, but when I try to open a PDF with the app it says that I need to download Adobe for the Mac. So this by the application I still cannot open PDF documents. This is a recent iPad from 2022. When I try to open a PDF, it says please wait.

I purchased Adobe Premium so that I could use the OCR tools on my IPad to read, highlight, and take notes on documents. Until yesterday, I was able to "recognize text" on non-readable PDFs and then highlight and annotate the documents. Now, when I try to highlight with my Apple Pencil, it zooms in the words that I am hovering over, but it does not highlight the text. The attached photo shows what happens now when I try to highlight. (Strangely, if I am not in the highlight menu (edit symbol > comment > highlight), I can select words or phrases, and highlight them. But that takes much longer and doesn't allow me to select from different colors.) Any help on how to get back to what I was able to do before would be greatly appreciated!

I am on my IPad and I have the up to date version of the app. When I open documents and attempt to modify them I receive a read only message. The documents originally are not read only. I cannot find a way to disable the read only. I have tried saving a new copy also, still cannot be edited.

I just downloaded Acrobat to my IPhone.  I have a pdf with a password that I want to remove but don't see anyway to do it please help.

Hi I am desperate for someone to assist me. I have been editing a PDF file for the past two weeks on the adobe acrobat iPad app. The file is stored on my iCloud files app and this is how I have always accessed it and saved changes. Today when I opened the file in adobe pretty much all of my highlighting and comments have disappeared. If I remain in the files app all edits are still there but as soon as Ingo on adobe app they disappeared. I made copies of the file and saved in new location - still did not work. Also tried the adobe website and upload the file and edits do not appear. If I email the file to myself directly from iCloud files app and open it on my laptop browser the edits appear. Please can someone assist as this is hours of work I can not lose and have more work to do. Thank you

I need to disable the popups about "liquid mode" in Acrobat Pro for Android. They come up on almost every PDF and get in the way of the content. This is what I am talking about: I have Acrobat 23.10.0.30020 on Android 14 and have already reinstalled the app. I have an Acrobat Pro DC subscription. The setting for automatically converting to liquid mode was off before, now after the reinstall, it is gone entirely. Adobe support told me to post here to get official support for the mobile version.

Really disappointed. I have asked Google play store for a refund as I have been charged after trial. £64.99 is A LOT of money for an app I rarely use. I have a Google pixel 5. Google play store refused a refund and asked I spoke directly to you. 

If I enter a certain page number for the pdf on Adobe for PC it will navigate to the correct page but on Adobe for android it does not navigate to the same page of the exact same pdf. The problem is specific to the Adobe mobile app and if I open the same pdf in another pdf reader for android it will navigate to the correct page. Tried this with many pdfs and the result is the same.

I accidentally deleted the Adobe app on my iPhone and lost all files saved in Adobe. How can I recover those files?

DO NOT GET THIS PDF APP!!! THEY LIE!!! Says 7 day free trial, but they deducted almost $11.00 IMMEDIATELY!!!!

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the past hour and can't! I signed up for the free trial on Friday and it's Tuesday and they already charged me and it's not even 7 days yet. I've tried everything to cancel it and this is now my last resort it seems so can someone help me please

hi everyone,I Use adobe pdf reader for reading on my samsung tablet, it is a really good app and quite user friendly.  I use free hand writing tool mostly for under line and highlight as well as notes taking to keep tool change to minimum, issue is when I have to scroll it draws random line on the page.Firstly there is no eraser tool so only option is to undo it that creates issue when I find out that there is a random line sometime later and I can't undo all the annotations.Second there must be option where S-pen can be used to draw and finger or normal touch can be used to scroll the document.Thanks

it is a nightmare to cancel the trial subscription.  i have requested several times and adobe continues to bill me.  any suggestions? 

How should i unable the app to access my gmail data?

I don't know if it's just unavailable or what the case is but is there any way I can or if you could possibly make an update. To where when you are in a file editing the text and either accidentally or forced out the app the text and changes are all automatically saved no matter what point you or type of edit you are making it will save. Withought having to manually save edits all because my phone it on its last legs and keeps crashing and I will have hand typed exes I've pages and then lose all of it is moments due to my phone and I can't afford a new one. This may be a huge ask but it would help me so so much with the work I am trying to accomplish on my account but, if this keeps going on constantly I will have no other choice but to find another software that can auto save. Please if someone can give me a response it would be greatly appreciated.

아이패드 미니 6(ipados 17.1.1)에서 Acrobat Reader 앱을 최신 버전으로 업데이트했습니다.그리고 나서 기존에 잘 사용하던 '텍스트 강조 기능'(형광펜 기능)을 사용할 수 없게 되었습니다.'텍스트 강조 기능'이 되지 않고, 돋보기 기능이 되네요. '텍스트 강조 기능'이 사라진 건가요?  답변 부탁드립니다. 

Hello, Having problems with fill and sign - i used to be able to add a signature to my documents but now the add signature box is empty and I am unable to click on anything.  Have removed and re-added the app which did fix it a few times but that no longer works.  Any ideas on how to get this function back? Mike

11/24夜から、Adobeクラウドストレージ上のpdfに注釈を記入した際に、必ず競合ファイルが出来てしまうようになりました。他の端末でそのファイルを開いていないことを確認していますが、それでも競合ファイルが出来てしまいます。他に同じような症状の方はいらっしゃりませんか？
