Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hello,My highlighting (with ipencil or finger) is not working properly on pdf documents on the IPadPro.  In past, and properly, the highlight will go continuously, over several lines of text, from beginning to end. Now, highlight stops at the end of a word, even if the pen/finger continues, and doesn't work over several lines (or several words). Please help. I use this function all time for work, and would like to resume.cecilia

Antes podía resaltar cualquier documento con total normalidad, pero hace una semana que no me permite en documentos digitalizados, intenté en otros documentos y no había problema, pero el libro de donde estudio es digitalizado y ahora no me deja resaltar ni seleccionar texto, alguien sabe a qué se debe? 

I was editing a document and I shared but nothing that I draw I can’t see it!

Whenever I add a bookmark in a pdf.....and then after some time ..i open same document from my file manager....those bookmarks are lost on that pdf....what is this......?.....pls help.....I lost my work and hours

I am using an android tablet and an androis smarphone, i use my tablet to add bookmarks on my pdf files wich help me a lot to study, i i wanted to have my files with all those bookmarks saved on my phone too so i transfered my pdfs with wi-fi direct and found out that all my pdfs lost the bookmarks that i added myself, then i uploaded the files to document cloud and opened the files from there but again no bookmarks, i used google drive and the same happened, i contacted support but they couldn't find out why and advised me to make this thread in the forum.My problem is that bookmarks on my pdf files that i add are not saved when i send those files to any other device, they are only saved on the device that i use to add those bookmarks.Thanks in advance.

How sad and annoyed am I to come in and find out I can't use this helpful tool of a platform until I start PAYING for the privilege. Well I say NO! Giving me the option for the use of extra tool at a cost I could understand but cuting off my access to the reader, NOT COOL  !

I try to open Word, Excel files on my Android mobile (usually attachments to emails). I get asked to upgrade to Premium tools for mobile by Adobe. I close this window and my document does not open in the app it was created in (I.e. Word). It stops me from opening my documents. Does anyone know how to turn this off? 

How do you stop the automatic downloading of pdf files via safari iPad. Just want to send the pdf as a document not download

Hi,  I bought this calisthenics workout in a form of a PDF. It has videos on it that is important to my workout. It has asked me to follow these instructions but I see none of this on my phone and wondering what other way I can do this so I can see the videos on the pdf!

Hello there! I'm wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm currently using Acrobat on my iPad and iPhone and I'm curious to know if there's a feature that allows me to expand or collapse all bookmarks at once on iOS. Additionally, I'd like to know if there's an option to edit bookmarks in the iOS version of Acrobat. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I need help. I have premium subscription.  Pdf is not password protected.  I hit edit pdf and there is no option to edit the text in the pdf. Please advise.i have don't this in the past and seems to be turned off.

I'm signed into my Apple account I upgraded my iPhone and now it says free user. I can not log into my subscription.

Now if I fill up the form horizontal and save it, the typed text is all appearing vertical.Strange things started happening in acrobat now 

Says I have to type in password but my password I made up on Acrobat reader does not work 

HiI'm having trouble highlighting a PDF document on my iPad. I had the same trouble last night, but then I found out I had to convert the PDF in order to be able to do that. I converted it, and everything was fine. But now when I want to continue highlighting, it won't let me do it. The document is still converted, cause I am able to highlight it on my computer, so I know it hasn't gone back to its original state. I have tried to reconvert it on my iPad, and it said that now I can highlight and all those things, but still, nothing is happening when I try. It's just zooming in on the text when I touch it with my apple pencil.Please help!

I like to listen to audiobooks while riding my bike, but Adobe will most often not read for much further than a few pages at a time before stopping entirely or looping back and rereading a section over and over. I cannot keep the app pulled up at all times on account of the need to have the map readily visible, so I assume this might have something to do with the app being in the background, but keeping it open in split screen is arguably even worse because every time my phone reorients in my pocket and the split screens change places, the app refreshes entirely and stops reading. I would just like the app to continuously read without looping backwards whilst being minimized. 

Hi Recently when I open Adobe Acrobat on Android, I see first a message : Couldn't complete the purchase!  Does it mean some pdf file that I have opened contained some Trojan? And it's trying to be connected to my payment system? 

Copy a pdf to android phone. Open it with acrobat and then use liquid mode. Replace pdf on android phone with a newer version but the same name. Acrobat shows the newer version of pdf, liquid mode shows still old version of pdf!

With the support for Adobe Fill&Sign being ended by Adobe, is their any update whether or not the Adobe Reader Mobile iOS App will allow you to fill and sign password protected pdf? At the moment it currently does not.

I am on holidays in Pakistan and my original Adobe account is from UK. I tried to send a document for e-signature while in Pakistan and every single time as I click to send the documents and error message comes. I cannot seem to solve it please help

I want to change my adobe password from email password so I can give adobe access to someone else as well 

PDF I receive is password required to open.  I have disability need to save the PDF letter I get, so I can recognize text, play it aloud, use fill n sign etc...  I pay for Adobe tools but it won't allow me to remove password protected  I have to use a laptop print to PDF save PDF rename then email back to myself, I can't use laptops for more than minutes witj my disability problems so must use Android phone how do get rid of read only after I open with the password
