Je souhaite résilier un abonnement qui s'est déclenché alors que les 7 jours d'essai gratuit n'ont pas fonctionné.Lors de cette connexion d'essai, j'ai coché résiliation mais cela n'a pas été pris en compte et j'ai eu un prélèvement de 23,99€! 

Is there a way to create a text call out box on the Acrobat app for iPad?

When I try to view documents it says About blank blocked and I can't find a way to unblock them.  Any ideas on how to fix this problem would be great. 

Why does every document that I save to Acrobat say that's it's been modified? Even documents that I have not edited that have been sent to me all day Modified. How can I removed these modifications?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change my default highlight colors on adobe acrobat on my iPad. I'm updated to the newest version of the app. But the color selection tool is completely different then it is on my iPhone or MacBook. There is no drop down menu or properties button to be seen. I do not need a white or black highlighter color. I remember changing the colors before but that feature seems to have vanished.

Hi,I had a folder full of files on the Adobe Acrobat app in my iPad and they dissappeared out of nowhere. I have an iCloud backup and it is up to date. I looked for them through iCloud on my computer and even the trash and it is not there.Weird thing is that it looks like i have no account logged in on my iPad Acrobat so i cannot access the creative cloud since apparently i have no account to log into. Ive looked everywhere and can't find them and i don't know what else i can do.SOS

Hello!I want to edit my Final Draft screenplay and paid for PDF editing and I went to edit,  but the font isn't Courier 12, as it should be in the script. when I edited. Is there a way to do that on a mobile device? I know I can probably do it on my laptop (change the font) but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it on my phone.Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello, my problem is the inability to upload and download images and convert them to PDF. It took a long time. Additionally, the app logs me out when I want to log in. You have allowed the app to access all notifications. I am using the app from iPhone 13 version 16 and now I will download version 17 to find out the problem. Hoy en la mañana guarde un subrayado sobre el PDF en la tablet y luego más tarde intento habrirlo desde el celular y me envió ese error, ahora necesito que sutedes lo recuperen es un PDF muy largo y está todo subrayado, lo necesito para la facultad.

Hi everyone,I have an ipad which I use to access adobe. Last night I uploaded some documents using my laptop and then I spent some time reading on the tablet. However, when I tried to access the same documents toady I found out there are no files whatsoever in the document cloud section. The circle in the middle of the screen keeps loading and if I slide down, it disappears and I get the following message "No document cloud files. There aren't any files stores here." I reinstalled the app and I used a different wifi but nothing changed. I can still access the files on my laptop and my Android phone. Is there an issue with apple devices? I've never seen this message before.

Why are whatsapp forwards of Adobe documents sent as links.. how to change it as files

Hello world! I have just started using Adobe Cloud for as a collaborative tool - been reading a shared document and making comments on my desktop + mobile application at different times. Each time, the document has managed to sync commetns made on both platforms without issue. However, i began experiencing challenges yesterday with this and comments on my desktop just won't show up in the version i have on my phone - i've tried syncing/saving multiple times and the desktop version says it's uploaded to cloud every time - the only problem is i'm stuck with an old version of the document on my phone Really not sure what to do at this point - it seems like it might be a problem on my phone side or with the way cloud works but i'm not sure how to proceed - anyone face similar challenges before? How did you resolve them? N/B: attached are screengrabs of the same page on the different platforms - the one with comments is from the desktop app Thanks!  

While I open a pdf file from download folder, it automatically create a new duplicate file with same file name followed by 1,2 and on. And with new date and time.

I can't share my pdf as a file, it's sharing as link. What shall I do?

If you look at the attached images you'll see that the text margin is right on the left but is pushed almost to the edge on the right. And there's that big gray box.  I've searched extensively and found no way to scale pages on the ipad app. I find it very difficult to work on a manuscript that is so lopsided. I should add that this document is more than a thousand pages long, so the liquid page feature isn't available. Any suggestions much appreciated.

Highlighted portion of a file gets vanished, why?

I have more than 10GB storage available in my device despite that Adobe reader flashes message of not enough memory to download the file.
