Acrobat Reader Mobile

I am using "Acrobat for Samsung" on my Galaxy S9+ with Android.Recently something changed so that I get the message "loading ads ..." if I open a local PDF file ( a PDF file on my phone). This takes several seconds, and evenually no ad appears.I think I paid for this app when I bought my telephone, so it should not depend on advertisement income.The PDF files on my telephone are from various source. Some of them I created myself. Typically, they are free of copyright (private copys are free, in my country).How do I get rid of this irritating message? Is it perhaps malware?

Adobe Acrobat stops working. It automatically turns itself off every time I turn it on. I request you to come up with a solution for this issue.

Hi guys, I'm trying to create a digital journal and workbook that my clients don't have to download and print in order to use. How do I do that through the app? I originally created the pdf's in Canva.

I tried using the option to search in multiple PDF documents but the app doesn't find words that are for sure in multiple Dokuments. Do you have a suggestion what I could do wrong? Kind regards, Felix

Since IOS update 15.6.1 Acrobat will not remain open. Crashes within seconds of opening. Literally unusable. 

HiI subscribed to acrobat premium, when I try and edit it says I need to subscribe.i try to subscribe again, it says I already have a subscription.then it goes to an errori have deleted and re-installed.wasted countless hours,....contacted Adobe who says it's not their problem and to look in the community. here are the screenshots

Hi, I paid for the monthly subscription but the App keeps crashing in the process of combining files. I've tried a million times. It's really exhausting. Please can someone help? Why pay for what is not working? I tried signing a document as well but it did not work. Then, I deleted it and reinstalled yet it's not working. It's the latest version I'm using.

I've paid the monthly fee and the app on my iPhone is asking me to pay again. It says I've already subscribed and then says there is an error  I've tried deleting and re downloading again 

-I have An Acrobat reader app on Iphone 13. Why when I edit the pdf document by putting some lines or write something and close it then Open it again I see my editings was deleted?-Why I can't put bookmarks in pdf document?

I recently got a new iPad and downloaded Adobe acrobat , which I have a subscription for, but when I logged in it takes me to a previous account which I did not even know still existed with no subscription.so Now I can not access my subscribed account were all my files are.

I've had acrobat for a while. I cancelled the adobe pro back in may of 2022 but im still being charged. Last time I spoke to someone they couldn't help because the subscription is shown as cancelled. I don't know what to do now. 

I downloaded textbook chapters and uploaded them to Adobe Cloud. I was able to open/read/edit them on my iPad yesterday.But today when I tried to open the same files on my iPad and phone, they opened blank - just a white page. I can't scroll either.Other files are opening fine besides the textbook files, but the textbook files open fine on the desktop app. Tried signing out and back in, reinstalling app, restarting iPad - none fixed the issue. 

Bonjour,J'ai créé un formulaire via InDesign qui se remplit très bien via PC ou MAC. Cependant il n'est pas possible de le remplir via Tablette Ipad ou Andoïd. Par soucis de sécurité, j'ai dû mettre quelques paramètres de sécurité en autorisant bien évidemment le remplissage et la signature : ce qui fonctionne sur MAC et PC. Or sur la tablette cela ne fonctionne pas (par contre ça fonctionne quand j'enlève les paramètres de sécurité).Mon client a besoin de ce PDF à remplir et à signer via sa tablette androïd.Comment faire pour que ce PDF sécuriré soit remplissable via tablette.Un grand merci

Estava acessando o aplicativo é quando fui entaa acesse o mesmo, apareceu algumas propostas de planos, porém, ao clicar para fechar acabei realizando a compra de um plano de R$ 16,90 por engano. Quero solicitar o reembolso e cancelamento do mesmo, tendo em vista que foi acometido um erro ao realizar a compra, pois, a mesma estava próxima a seta onde "fecharia" a proposta de compra.

Hi all,I have been using the 'Comment' function of the Adobe Reader app (downloaded this month) on my iPad (bought this month) to highlight sections of documents. However, when I save the PDF to my Google Drive, the highlights don't show on the document. If I use the underline, comment bubble, or free-write functions, any markings made with these DO show up, so I'm not sure why the highlights aren't making it to the Google Drive version of my document. Can anybody help?Thanks,JennieP.S. My current way of saving the document is:  Share a Copy > Create PDF > Done > Save File To... > Drive.

Trying to get my forms that I need to sign and fill on my Mac PC.  Trying to get them to sync IPod.

When I signed up for a free 7 day trail u was charged for a month. There is no free trail and you cannot even edit like it says. Do not do this. It is trash and will rob you blond anyways. 

I spent over a month reading this book.. highlighting, bookmarking and commenting just to lose it all as soon as I had to download the app again. Is there any way to get back the information that I just lost? I was fully trusting the cloud but ended up failing me.

Come faccio a salvare le modifiche effettuate e esportare il modificato per inviarlo o condividerlo? Quando modifico e salvo con la spunta quando vado ad aprirlo mi dice corrotto.

Acrobat reader pro android keeps crashing. Not sure how to attach the full bug report zip given. If thats the bug report sent to me. And its not supported. ... I open a certain design file in pdf and it crashes. What now? I'm spending way too much time on this. People waiting for this one pdf     (PII removed by the moderator)

I have updated my iPad and that actually made this worse. I can fill the pdf, usually, but when I try to sign using the "fill and sign" option, it sometimes crashes, erasing all data on the pdf if I have not saved a copy. Sometimes it does not crash. Sometimes it crashed while I'm filling another part of the pdf. I did nto create the pdf...it was downloaded from my employer. Acrobat version 22.l08.00, IPad Pro, IOS 15.6.1
