Acrobat Reader Mobile

I do NOT want my files automatically saved to Document Cloud.  How can I change that on the IPad app?

 cannot edit pdf files on iPhone keep getting error message and have paid £9.99

Hi, my adobe premium has decided that I need to upgrade to use usual features such as editing or converting other documents to pdfs.  When I select 'upgrade' I have a current subscription until Nov 2022.  Please can I have some help with this? Tom

Hello. There's a bug in the Adobe acrobat reader on Android. When searching with non-latin characters the search is case sensitive. Like "Привет" and in comparison "привет". Since the first character which is "п" was written differently (upper case and lower case) I lose some search results. It happens only with non-latin characters.  Thank you

Recently I attempted to convert a Google Doc from within my Google Drive to PDF.  The Google Doc command opened the Acrobat App on my iPhone.  The app suggested the Liquid view which a.) did not convert all the pages and b.) modified the formatting.  I decided to delete the unsatisfactory PDF result and start over.   Unfortunately this action permanently deleted both the PDF AND the source Google Doc on my Google Drive.   I have contacted Google Support to hopefully restore the original Google Document...hopefully they will. In the mean time is there a way to limit the delete request to only PDF files on the Google Drive?  I didn't image that Acrobat would be this intrusive and claim other file types when choosing delete.  Thanks.

I am so frustrated to open the file as 'blank' on ipad quite randomly, same situation occurred in both edited file and simply scanned PDF document.

Hi there,  When I open Adobe Reader or Adobe sign apps to sign the document saved on Microsoft Cloud, where does the signed version go? Why it is not saved as a copy in the same folser with the original on Mic Cloud? The saved version seems to be available from my phone inside the Adobe Reader app with all the signatures saved, but when I check the microsoft cloud, the version there is not updated. So I have to "force share" the signed version and upload it to Microsoft Cloud every time. Is there a solution that once the document was signed, the original document is updated with a signed one or a signed copy is saved within the cloud?

Hi, latest iOS, lates iPad Air, and Acrobat usually crashes even when I try to edit a simple 2 page long (short) document. It happens when I try to edit the original text. Note taking is fine. I specifically payed the subscription for this, but this is very hard to use in real life. How can I solve this?The document is on the iPad not in the cloud. Thanks

After iPadOS was recently updated, the app stop working. I uninstalled and installed again the app, and it cannot open pdf files from iCloud or safari

I am using Acrobat Reader 21.05.00 (20210519.165138) on an iPad and when I am writing a sticky note this disappears if I accidentally touch elsewhere on the document. It does not matter whether I am typing or handwriting the note. There should be a notice given to the user to Post or disregard the note when (often accidentally) she changes the focus outside the sticky note. 

I installed Adobe Acrobat app (Version 22.04.00) on our iPad Pro and am learning how to use it. I figured out most basic things like how to edit a PDF. My question is how do I exit an Adobe session without saving changes. All I see when I modify a PDF document is the Done link in the top left without any option to cancel or exit the session without saving.  Or do I have to just keep undoing the edits until I get back to the state of the doc when I started the session.

Hi, I have a PDF file with links. They work on Android, Samsung, computers, and the like. But on iPhones, they are not.I have tried all the options sent in posts in the past, but nothing works.Can anyone help me? I know the company is not in English, every page has a yellow square that should have a link.

Im trying to edit a PDF file which was working when i first started, but now it keeps telling me that ''This is a policy-protected PDF, which is not supported by the edit PDFtool''.How do i get this to stop popping up?

Hi AllI purchased full year subscription on 13/05 as my original monthly subscription was unable to be restored. I needed the edit feature to complet one of my work ,so, I have no choice but to purchase again. And, today the some issue happened . It is very annoying and I need this to submit my sons home work .Please could you look into this and update me as soon as possible ?
