Acrobat Reader Mobile

How can I modify the highlight feature appearance. I am not asking about color change... but the way it looks. Every time I highlight a text, it looks fragmented as when a printer ink is low. It annoys me. It does that on both my phone and samsung tab. Please, someone help. I attached a screenshot for visual  

Is it possible to change a document from read only so it can be deleted from device?  It is a playbill which was only needed when I attended the theater and now I can't get rid of it.

Hello all, I have an enterprise account for Adobe Pro DC (the whole Creative Cloud). Unfortunately, login is not possible on iOS devices. I get the error 400, but a login with the creative Cloud app works. After inquiring with my IT department, they tell me that our company does not use SSO and that the error must be with Adobe. Logging in on my Android device is also not possible - but here I only get the message "you do not have authorization". The desktop applications and the online account work without any problems. I have downloaded the app, I import a PDF in it, everything is fine. Then I sign it, it still appears to be alright. But when I try to share the signed PDF, or when I close then re-open the app, the PDF is blank except for the signature. I use an iPhone SE, and I have the latest Acrobat version. Anyone else have this problem ? Any idea on how to solve it ?

How do we contact adobe support? To speak to an actual person about a refund? I signed up for the free trial and while I was in Mexico i decided to cancel it before getting charged. I had trouble with my wifi the entire trip and cancelled my trial but I don't think it went fully through. Also a credit card payment didn't go through while I thought it did because the internet was so bad. I got home and looked on my card and realized it didn't cancel and charged me but I do not wish to keep this service. I cancelled already and would just really appreciate a refund. I won't be using the app. Thank you in advance for your help 

I would like to transform a PDF document into a jpg doc 

I need assistance canceling my subscription. I am unable to cancel due to the link directing me to the Apple Store Subscriptions. I set it up utilizing a different form of payment. 

It has been months and I still can use premium features after paying for yearly subscription. I upgraded from a monthly subscription months ago thinking this would resolve the issue but I still can't use none of the premium features. It has been 6 months or more months now. I want my money back or the features need to be fixed. Can someone contact me via phone or email asap. 

I sent a iNote file following these steps (staring in iNote three dots).  See attached photos 1. INote2.  Three Dots3.  Send a copy4.  Import to Acrobat   4a.  Message states: Import to AcrobatEasily convert Microsoft Office files orimages to PDF in Acrobat.5.  Then Adobe screen opens up but file is not showing nor is it showing anywhere on iPad Files (except iNotes). Please assist.  Deciding on upgrading but trying it out first.  Kindly, Barb

Dear all, I have added handwritten comments to a .pdf document using Adobe Acrobat on an Android tablet. The comments I added in the morning are still shown, all comments I added in the afternoon have disappeared. They neither appear in the text nor in the list of comments.Is there a way of recovering the notes or is the loss irreversible? It was several hours of work to comment the text, thus the loss would be really unfortunate. Thanks,D.
