Well on my Safari internet Calwin page I am unable to acces my e notification pdf communications letters not downloads and viewable to me

Hi, is it possible to have the mobile version of acrobat reader display the document title rather than the file name? Say my file name is file.pdf but the title of the file on the metadata is "form." Can it display on the top "form" rather than file.pdf? I know it is possible to do this on the desktop version by going to the file settings.

I need a template scaled up to poster size....it doesn't seem to give my any size options at all....just 1 8... 11 print...any thoughts

My subscription is payed every month thru apple pay but i can only use adobe on my phone and not on my macbook.If i download adobe on my macbook and log in it says i dont have a subscription but i do when i press on my account it says premium but i dont get the premium features

Acrobat Reader for Windows supports Azure Information Protection through Plugin, but I would like to know if there are plans to support Acobat Reader Mobile.If there is a plan, I would like to know the roadmap, whether it is a few months or a year away. Microsoft is also planning to retire Azure Information Protection Viewer, so I am very hopeful that Acrobat Reader Mobile will support it.

Hello, i just changed my phone, so i lost my subscription, which is still active until December 2022 in my settings, but not on my account anymore. What can i do to recover my subscription ? Please help.

There is some funky email address on my account page and all of my files are now "read only," which I did not do, and were "password protected" which I also did not do, before I reinstalled the app on iOS.

The Adobe PDF app can easily be the very best on Android. But the biggest problem is that the PDF keeps opening on the WRONG page and doesn't open on the RIGHT PAGE where I left off. I use this PDF viewer to read my novels and many of which go up to 2000 pages so it's highly inconvenient when I open the pdf to resume reading but it opens up to an entirely different page. This happens every time. Please please please fix this issue.

My Adobe premium won't recognize my purchase through the Apple App Store. It worked when I originally purchased an entire year in November of 2021. When I check my subscriptions within the App Store, it says subscription is good until Nov. 2022. Within the app I've tried to restore purchase and I get an error. I've tried uninstalling all my Adobe apps and reinstalling them but that did nothing. I also tried logging in through my Apple account on my PC's Adobe and still nothing.

my product is literally PDF files - fashion designs. my customers can not access links to my media platforms at all when using mobiles and tablets.the links seem to work on laptops when i create the PDFs. I use Word to write the original file, then export to PDF. i read some of the threads from last year but still haven't found a solution other than BUYING the pro version. is that necessary? has this bug been turned into a profit for the company only, or is there a step by step way to make the links work?thx

Hello. I have created a document with fillable fields using Acrobat DC, and have applied a permissions password to this document.  It seems that since applying a password,  the document fields no longer function in iOS.  My guess is that the document was flattened when opened in the mobile applicaiton. I have conducted a test with the same document, unlocked, and the fields remain active. Also, is there a way to turn off the purple highlight covering the fillable fields in iOS ?  The colour overwhelms the design of the document and it would be nice if it was offered as an optional feature. Thank you.  

Getting a "confirm plan" after subscribing. What should i do? 

As I cannot get a keyboard in the app as I try to log in. 

Before I would open Adobe reader app and click on document cloud and could access all saved files on free Adobe cloud but now it asks me to Log in but my files are not on my Adobe account as they are held on the free storage option which didn't need you to log in.How do I find my files held on my free user account?

On my subscriptions page, it indicates that my Adobe subscription expired in 2020, yet I continue to get billed. How do I cancel this subscription and get refund back to November 2020?It seems this is a problem for a lot of ppl and that Adobe is profiting from the confusion/inability to cancel or reach anyone to help.

How do you delete a file no longer needed? 

Normal behavior would be to read document from document cloud in web browser, then re-open in mobile app and continue reading from where you left off, the app will remember the last position from web browser. This works in android devices, I can read in web and continue reading in mobile, or between devices. But in iphone it will not continue in the last position, it will only continue from where it was left off in the iphone device. Please help, this used to work in 2018, but since then it hasn't and I've kept checking every update in my iphone.

Bonjour Pour mes dossiers patients j'utilise des formulaires Pdf. Depuis que je suis passé sur tablette à chaque fois que je veux compléter mon formulaire le texte s'affiche en une lettre par ligne. Ce phénomène ne se produit pas sur PC. J'ai testé sur différentes tablettes et c'est à chaque fois pareil. Cf photo ci jointe. C'est assez embêtant, comment puis je résoudre cela ?  Merci d'avance

In my organization, I will like to allow my users to use Abode Acrobat Reader (Mobile App) but resatricting certain features of the app. The main feature of the app I will like to block/turn off is the option to edit PDF documents. In Endpoint Manager, I believe this can be accomplished by creating a App Configuration Policy but, I need to know the proper settings to configure for the Mobile App.
