Je n'arrive pas à ouvrir mes fichiers pdf de ma boîte mail travail

Hello! I subscribed on premium editing while I was on mobile phone. It works there. But when I check my dekstop there is no premium there. 

I am charged monthly for the premium features but I am unable to access them.

Bumping this to the top as I also am now getting this issue when trying to use Adobe Acrobat Reader on my Android phone.  Suddenly I can no longer use it to view PDFs.  Anybody figure out a solution to this? Thanks.

I have used Rich Media to add videos in a PDF. It works well on my desktop computer but when opened on an iPad (which is required for final use) the poster remains but the videos won't play.  I have tried different Apps (eg PDF Expert - videos play but the fonts get subsituted, Books - button links work but no video). I have also tried adding the video in InDesign but that still doesn't work. Any advice would be very welcome!  

I cancelled the subscriprion why the payment was done??

My recent pdf files have been deleted in adobe acrobat mobile app in android oppo f1s.Please help me out to restore these files.

Acrobat Pro or Reader for Mac (2021.007.20099) does not have this issue either. 

I am able to access Request signature when I'm signed in from my desktop but unable to access Request Signature from my tablet. I don't know why?

Highlighting option in Adobe reader has disabled that's why m not able to notify the important point on my pdf file . Please look into the matter and do something needful.

Auf dem neuen Ipad werden einige PDF Dateien nicht richtig angezeigt. Bsw werden Grafiken nicht geladen oder erscheinen erst dann wenn ich richtig reinzoome - aber nicht im vollbild.auf dem alten Ipad (vorherige Generation) War dies Problem nicht - hat einer eine Idee woran das liegt?

Hallo, seit kurzem werde ich auf meinem Samsung Handy aufgefordert, der App uneingeschränkten Zugriff auf meinem Gerätespeicher zu gewähren. Es erfolgt die Meldung " Zugriff auf den Gerätespeicher zum Anzeigen, Speichern und Ändern der PDF's zu lassen. Aktivieren sie Berechtigung in den Systemeinstellungen." Bisher konnte ich das immer ohne diese Zulassung. 

Hello and thankyou for reading and perhaps answering this post.I have a premium version of adobe acrobat reader and every time i try to connect with onedrive ( i have a microsoft office365 business account) on my samsung tablet i get an error message, i should "contact your  IT specialist...".What could i do? I startet succesfully much times Microsoft and Adobe Document  Cloud integrations, but no connection.Thank you.

I keep getting the following error after downloading a pdf file on my android phone: "This file cannot be accessed. Check your connection or make filename shorter."Running Androiod on Realme XT. Been getting this error continuously since the past week or so. Kindly resolve this problem.

I have changed my email address everywhere that i can find in settings. However, when i send a document for electronic signature it is sent from and replied to my old email address.

Adobe Acrobat Reader Premium -- my first page became too long, without me realizing it, as I was editing and adding content.  The last paragraph has disappeared behind the second page.  I can't reposition it higher to copy and paste.  How do I get it back so I can place it on page 2?  I'm a Beginner, so please speak in English, not in Computerese.  Thanks so much.

Добрый день, проблема с "подписать" в pdf... печать не круглая получается после нажатия "готово" , она расползается в стороны... этотоякнь не удобно... не выглядит как скан...  Таk же проблема с передачей документа, было два варианта, ссылкой и копией поделиться, осталась только ссылкой.. почему?

How can you update or change your adobe I'd email in the free user version and not loose any files already created and saved in Adobe reader.

  I had a "share a copy" option before to email files and now its goneANY IDEAS??? 

My Acrobat Pro suddenly cannot share edited pdf file to whatsapp

I am trying to open a pdf document on my iPad I received via email and saved in the Adobe App on the iPad.  The error message states, "This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for MAC or Windows." What work-around can I try to get the file to open?  This is very frustrating in that I do not have a MAC or Laptop.  Thank you!
