Acrobat Reader Mobile

How can I unify my Adobe accounts. One is free and the other I am paying for (Pro DC). I can barely make use of my paid subscription when I need to without quite the hassle since most of my documents come into the email account connected to the free Adobe Reader. I hope that this is making sense to someone. It takes me a long while to work it out every time I figure it out. Help, please.

This past May I payed for a full year subscription and now it's saying I'm a free subscriber and I need to pay for the full version for a full year... AGAIN! WT??? Why? My next subscription isn't due until May of 2022! Do I need to cancel? Will I get refunded? And as always, no one to actually talk to.

Installed new ios update & editing pdf no longer works... tap on text to edit and a "delete tap" appears.  

Hello,  i have a Quick question I'm trying to cancel my subscription. I followed the step to do it but when I'm arriving inside my apple subscription. I can't see subscription for Adobe that's me I can't stop the subscription and every I have a payment fees. 

New ios 14.7.1 update & this app no longer allows you edit.  You tap on the text and "delete tab" appears & doesn't let you edit only deletes the entire page.  Somebody please contact the developers and patch a fix ASAP!!

I have two files that a company (it includes their company customer information!) shared with me that I do not know and/or want but cannot delete. Is there a way to delete these files?

I just updated to the latest version on my Ipad Air 2.  two huge things stand out.1) i can't make the Locations pane (on the left) go away while i'm browsing the files on the ipad.  the old verions didn't have this option, the only place i'd view files from is on the ipad so i don't need or want this Locations pane at all.   2) viewing documents is now locked into landscape mode, even if i rotate the orientation of the ipad.  the ipad's rotation lock is off and all other applications rotate just fine.  i cannot view documents in acrobat in portrait mode.    how can i fix these?

Reader 21.9.0.,19548 for Android --How do I set Reader to open with a designated directory?  The only options I see are "recent" and "starred".- OR - set it to open to 'files on this device'?- OR - star a large number of files without doing it one-by-one?I want to end up with a particular list of files in alpha order.  This shouldn't be hard. 

Help! I signed up for the Adobe Acrobat free trial, but was just charged for the first month since it expired. However, I am unable to cancel my subscription, as it is not under my subscriptions section.  I have not been able to get through to anyone regarding this matter. I was under the impression that because it was not listed under my subscriptions, I was not going to be charged, but I was wrong. I need guidance as to how to move forward. 

All Adobe work on my iPhone. On my iPad itshows in my subscription list that I have a subscription. When I attempt to use premium features on iPad, it suggests I start a trial or subscribe to premium. None of the documents are syncing across the devices. I uninstalled, reinstalled, signed out and back in? Why isn't there someone from Adobe to help?

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC today for $179 after the Adobe "chat" person said I could load it onto 2 computers and 1 iPad.  When I attempt to download Pro DC to the iPad Air, I am prompted to buy Acrobat "Premium" for Mobile, for an additional $59.  Premium for Mobile will supposedly "unlock edit, convert, combine, compress and more" on mobile devices. I understand from reading other chat threads that Pro DC does not work on an iPad.  Will "Premium" for Mobile work, and do I really have to buy 2 subscriptions for what I was told would work with one?  Thanks. I upgraded to a premium account.  But I can't use the features.  For example, if I want to make a note, I keep getting the message: 'please setup an e-mail account on your devine and try again'.  Very bizarre since I'm already logged in with my email account.  Someone tips because in this way premium has no added value.  P.S. I use Adobe on my iPad Pro.

I have tried to cancel my subscription a few times, in my settings it says I have but I am still being charged over $30 every month.

When I try to print attached PDFs in the Android App in a password protected PDF I don't even get the option to print those attached PDFs.

Hello. I forgot to turn off the subscription. yesterday I discovered that the money was written off. you can turn off the subscription and return the money, since I do not use the subscription and I do not need it.

Do you have a simple and easy solution to this issue? If yes then please suggest me.

I send forms to clients to fill out and sign. Is there an instruction page I can send as well for filling out, signing and returning forms? 

I have a normal account that's free. In recent times I have purchased premium however the app on my phone has use a different email that was automatically assigned to me. I want to merge the premium account with my email so I'm able to streamline and use the premium features of Adobe not just on my phone but also on my computer if somebody could assist that would be fantastic.
