Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi Avirag! I have identified a flaw in Acrobat reader for mobile devices. I created a file with a hyperlink. PDF opens normally on PC. When I send it to my cell phone, when I click, the hyperlink doesn't open. I sent the same file to two other people for testing. One does not have the acrobat reader and the other does. The one that doesn't have it, can open the hyperlink. The one that has, can't, just like me.At this point, I did a new test, deleting the app from my phone. That way, I managed to open the hyperlink, through the Android viewer. Acrobat is blocking the hyperlink. Can you help me? How to solve this? I need other users who have Acrobat App on their cell phones to also be able to access the hyperlink. It doesn't make sense for Android pdf viewer to open Hyperlink and Adobe App doesn't. Can't see table of contents when using iPadOS. Can't see it in any document, even in the ones I know for sure that they have one. I'm using iPad Pro 2020 and it's hard to navigate between pages of a document without the table of contents. Does the iPad version support a table of contents?

How do I fill in a form on an iPad when the page is landscape? The app only fills in horizontally not vertically and I am unable to change the orientation by 90 degrees once the text has been written. It only allows you to zoom in to move text.

I have a subscription to Adobe pro dc and cannot use it on my iPad or download the app  I have document cloud with documents but when I try and edit or turn a photo into a PDF it does not work. I have used it before but does not work now. What is going on. My  OS is  14.6   How can get it on my iPad when I purchased it on my computer. Hi. I installed your app on my mobile via Google Play Store. I went to the premium section and there are two options: "monthly subscription" and "sign up for 7-day free trial followed by an annual subscription". I chose the free trial with annual subscription.  Instead of money deducting after the 7 days of free trial, my debit card was charged right away.  This is incredibly misleading and fraudulent. I demand you to refund the amount in my card right away and cancel my subscription. 

I have make a payment for an annual subscription with a 7 day free trial and can cancel but now I am unable to get cancelled option. I want to cancel the subscription and want the refund back please.

Hi Team, As per comments received in Google Play review below, Hi there, To cancel the subscription, please follow the following steps: Open Google Playstore->Click on the hamburger menu (3 vertical lines on the top left) ->Subscriptions->Choose the pack that you want to cancel->Cancel Subscription Please post your query on https://www.adobe.com/go/acrobatmobilesupport if the issue persists. I clicked on adobe free trail membership which was for 7 days. Than google tookover when it came to payment processing.The money got debited from account immediately, so I thought they will refund it once the trail period get over.  Now I want my full refund but adobe is saying they can not give because the purchase was through google play.  Google play support is saying that they can't provide a refund for this purchase because it doesn't meet their policy. As a customer do I need to read 2000 words terms and conditions to understand that even free trails are non refundable? What is this sorcery adobe? Please clarify how to rectify the situation. I am frustrated.

Hi, Previously I used to open any Pdf file in Adobe acrobat reader easily, But since last update I unable to open some files in Adobe acrobat reader, and it's Showing error " This file could not be accessed, check your internet connection or make filename shorter "  Even I do have very good internet connection, and file name also very short then also I'm getting above mentioned error,I have cleared Catches and even reinstalled app, but same issue I'm getting continues and unable to open any pdf documents now.  I've attached documents for your reference, Kindly provide feedback with solution.  Thanks and regards,

Can i not use the poster function on the mobile app? Thats the only thing i need from acrobat but i cant figure it out on android mobile

I have a file from my employer when I try to open it it tells me I need a password to open it

Just like on the computer it gives you a option to print only the feilds I have filled out ( just the text I entered )  I want to print just the text I entered on a forum on iPad   

I purchased mobile Acrobat Reader Premium. However the app didn't upgrade and still advanced features not available. 

When I try to download the application form its keeps giving me error messages informing me  I need Adobe reader version 8 or higher , well that I do have im almost positive . Can someone maybe shed some light on this problem im having for me ?
