Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me. At first, when I first download the document, I can add notes, comments and read the text calmly. After a while, out of nowhere, the text gets so blurry that I can't even make out the letters, automatically prevents me from commenting and posting notes. I use the mobile version and it gives me problems, so much so that now I am forced to use the computer even though it is not comfortable for me. I attached an image. Does anyone have the same problem and can help me? Thank you for reading me. 

Hi, I have a PDF document that is missing all text when opened in Adobe Acrobat for Android (current available version 21.10.0.19961). However some other Android applications (e.g. Foxit PDF Editor, Disc Google, OneDrive PDF Viewer, Dropbox PDF Viewer, All PDF Viewer) display it fine.The same applies for other Android devices and even Adobe Acrobat for iPhone, which makes me think of it like of a mobile Acrobat issue.Adobe Acrobat X for Windows displays it also fine, as well as Adobe Reader DC 2021. The respective document is attached. Could you please tell me what is wrong here and if you are possibly able to fix this issue soon?

Hi team My Adobe Acrobat app (paid subscription on Android - Pixel 9) will often display blank documents instead of the PDF. I can delete the download and try again - same thing every time.  There is no message from AA or solve that I've found. The PDFs in question come from multiple sources and work on different devices.  I've updated the app, removed it, reinstalled it, etc.. Whwn I went to AA for support I was sent into support hell with the bot, and when I finally got to the spot to ask for an agent it froze for fifteen minutes before cancelling the chat and asking how satisfied I was with the support. No way to record the chat, or send a transcript. Any way to solve this, or am I giving up on Adobe for good? Note ignore the tag "ask" - wouldn't let me post without a tag and - surprise, surprise - none of the tags were relevant to my question. What a busted world we live in. Pay for something and can't even use it. ThanksPeter

While trying to convert a document to PDF (first document in the attached image) on my iPad Pro in Adobe Acrobat Premium app, the conversion process seems to have been stuck and the conversion icon (blue circle) stays active all the time. I cannot either stop the process nor can I delete it. Have already tried to restart the app and ipad itself, without any success.How do I stop it? If I re-install the app, what will happen to the documents?

I've been tasked with the mission of collecting eletronic signatures (with the Brazilian Governement certificate) of around 60 people, one document is made for each of them.I want them to sign using adobe or sign physically on our tablets we have. But I can't get signing for each one and the certificates to work.When verifying signed documents on https://validar.iti.gov.br/index.html, the only certificate that appears is adobe's certificate, even tho I assigned it on the Adobe Acrobat app for PC.Also for collecting signatures on physically what would be the best aproach?

I am using Adobe Acrobat (premium membership) on my iPad Air 13 inch and can't find the Bookmarks option.  The website says it should be under the "..." in the upper right hand corner but it is not there.  I really need to add bookmarks to some of the long documents I am reviewing and commenting on.  Is that option located somewhere else or do I need to download something?  How do I get that functionality?  

I suddenly do not have access to my computer and need to use iPad Pro to fill out forms and email signature requests.  I've tried support today for 3 hours, no progress.  Please help

Hello, I'm trying to update my email address for Adobe . My current one is my old work email I no longer have access to.  Does someone know how to do that? My documents are getting stuck in my outboz que and not sending. Thanks. 

I pay for yearly premium subscription and yet it rarely works and nobody can seem to help me. Someone checked my screen name. And when I try to restore my purchase it says I'm already subscribed which I know because I pay per year. Why can't I use my tools? Why is it not registering my subscription?  I honestly feel really cheated because what's the point if I can never use it yet they take my money all the time? I have logged in and out. Deleted the app, reinstalled, used the desktop version. Still nothing. What a waste honestly and super frustrating.   

My mobile has small screen. Is there a way to hide the top and bottom menu bars so they only apoear uf requied eg by tapping centre of screen.  Given my very smalk screen, losing space to these menus is frustrating.  Other pdf readers do this.  I know rhwre is a read mide byt this is just single page.

Hi there, I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. In the past few months I have noticed an issue when viewing PDFs on my iphone in the email app. Here is a specific example. I will open a PDF on my desktop using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. I will use the comment tool and add text callout comments all throughout the PDF. I will save the PDF and then email the PDF to my colleagues. If my colleagues open the PDF on their desktop they can see all of my comments in the correct formatting.  If my colleagues open the PDF through the Acrobat Reader app they will see all of my comments in the correct formatting. If my colleagues open the PDF in the default Apple Mail app (the default one that comes on the iPhone) the text callout comments get reformatted. The arrows from the text callout don't show up. The location of the text callout boxes get moved and reformatted, etc. This didn't use to happen, but it has created a real pain when it comes to marking up PDFs on my desktop and then

Hi! I just downloaded the Adobe Premium and thought that I was eligible for a free trial to try it out. Instead, I was immediately charged for it. I don't want it if I have to pay right now, maybe later. What can I do to get a refund?
