Yesterday a trial subscription for a day has taken money from your account and is not active as I take the "Try" options pop up error

I subscribed to AI Assistant on Acrobat on July 16, 2024, and my subscription status indicates that it's active, with the next payment due on August 16, 2024. However, the AI Assistant has suddenly stopped working on my phone. When I try to access it while reading a file in Acrobat, I’m prompted to resubscribe. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app from the Google Play Store, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me with this?

Everytime I try to highlight text, there is a 2-3 second delay and everything seems to be frozen during that time. This didn't happen when the previous version of adobe was available where the colours of highlighter was much more limited. I am using Samsung M31. Is there a fix for this problem?

The adobe acrobat reader on my Samsung galaxy S24 ultra is not responding. I have un-installed and re installed the app but the same issue keep popping up. Please what can I do?

Can someone make it so that the free version you get before you start the free trial is working more properly please ? It hasn't got all the feature to work properly and it might make people less likely to purchase an actually trial and I think it kinda looks a bit bad to those people when they are looking for a quick get to they shoul have access to enough features so they can use it quick fast for like one tenancy agreement every now and again and that would make the company so much more legdenary to both a more professional and causal use of the software..

Every time I try to share my PDF file with another person it sends an error message. We couldn't prepare the shared copy of saidfile.pdf. Please try sharing the file again. I've tried different browsers and also saving the file to my phone before saving to Adobe. I'm losing my mind over this. I'm on an IPhone12 Pro.

Anyone found a method of telling the Devs about stupid Welcome document that is, well, stupid? No one likes it. Everyone deletes it. It's  FREAKING READER. WHY DO WE NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ELSE?   And the fact this post needed a topic that isn't listed is rétarded as well. Someone at Adobe has gone full snowflake.

I have a new iPad and have downloaded Acrobat. It states on the app that I am an Acrobat Pro subscriber, however, when I click on restore purchases it says there is no active subscription to restore. It is signed in with the same email address as the one I used to subscribe. That being said, I am definitely not able to use any of the Pro features. Please advise. Thanks!
