Most of the pages exported from PDF to Word are showing up as images (104 pages out of 164 are images), making the services useless. Is there any way to improve the results?

I have paid for the pdf converter (pdf to word) but every time I sign in it asks me to pay again. I have the receipt in a confirmation email. What is going on? This seems to be a common problem looking at the forums here. How can I fix this?

I have paid for the PDF converter (to word, excel, etc.), but when I try to convert, a webpage is opened offering some package options and saying that I already have the PDF converter (which is true), but nothing else happens. I can't finish the conversion!

I have paid for the PDF Converter (Adobe Export PDF) and every time I sign in to try to convert a document it asks me to pay again. Frustrating b/c I have probably overpaid time and again just to get access. I have a receipt that shows I last paid a one year subscription on 4/28/18. Funny when you go to support on this particular issue, I get a 404 on the page. I don't think they give a crap about customers that pay them $24 a year. Are there any other solutions people are aware of to solve this requirement?

I am lost, how can I find out my plan, if I can edit with my plan and how to run the adobe?  I have asked 4 different people and no one can help

My current subscription has allowed me to convert documents from Word to PDF and vice versa. However today it is not allowing me to do that and comes up with a request to pay another subscription.

Hi there, I just purchased Pdf pack to combine pdf's so I can print them all at once. This said, it sounds like there is a maximum of 12 files that can be combined at once, which to my knowledge was not indicated in the specs.Hence, I have two questions: 1 - Is it possible to combine more than 12 files with adobe?2 - If not, where can I ask for a refund? I have converted a pdf document to an Excel document so I can make changes to some content. The formatting is not the same and I cannot print it out to look like the original.   How do I get it to print like the original?

Export PDF keeps taking me to buy a subscription but I already have one.  In fact, it won't let me purchase again...

How can I read a converted PDF file in Open Office Writer instead of Word?

I need to figure out how i can resolve this issue. I was able to export PDF file to word to be able to make few changes, but instead found a lot of spelling errors and spacing, and punctuation throughout the whole 35pages. I too have had the service for a few years and now all of a sudden I can no longer convert documents - and my subscription is due for renewal next month...

I just subscribed and have uploaded my 32MB file multiple times--as a file in the cloud and directly to a pdf conversion. Each time I get a conversion failure. I read the fine print before I paid, but I am wondering if there is a size limitation. My pdf has 9806 pages with about 40 lines per page. I've rebooted and tried all the suggestions in the forum. Can I get a human to address my question: is it possible to convert my file to an Excel file?
