Adobe Acrobat Online

Until a month ago I was able to convert PDF to Word and also to edit, I can't do it anymore..... why?Also, I would like to speak with someone from Adobe.....it seems impossible! any ideas?

When merging PDF's (as I have done MANY times before) I keep getting 'there is currently an operation in progress'  - then asking if I want to continue. Whatever action I take - leaving it, deleting or cancelling I lose everything and have to start again. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now. HELP!

Attempting to use Doc. Cloud services to convert a WORD doc to PDF, I received this message:Adobe provides remarkable products, but you folks should really improve this interface.

Does the Adobe ExportPDF Pack translate the whole document when you choose a language and convert it?

I purchased the Adobe Export PDF product and when I try to Export PDF to Word, I'm not given the Export option.  Can someone please advise how I can export?

I created an org chart in Visio and printed to PDF. I'm now trying to convert that PDF into a PPT so that I can then import into a larger PPT. The PPT that gets created from the conversion process only contains some of the arrows from the org chart. The names, boxes, etc., are not making it into the converted PPT. Any ideas on why this is?

I keep getting an error message after it appears to have completed uploading to the Cloud.

Every single PDF I try to upload, states "An Error Occurred while trying to access the service" Despite logging into my account, which lets me in, then logs me out within minutes, I cannot upload PDF's to my account, and  I am still showing as fully paid up until August. I can see previously uploaded PDF's, and there are just 5 in there, so not like I have got too many.I am completely confused and have tried multiple different PDF's. Every single one does the same.Yet, I can log into the account, no issue. So I am at a loss.Any help appreciated?Thank you

Today I attempted to use the Combine function in my Acrobat PDF services menu, and it opens a Adobe Acrobat Pro window with a Start Now button.I click the Start Now button and it sends me immediately to a subscription page, even though I still have 5 days on my current subscription.I really need to use this tool urgently.Thanks

I am working on a PDF now, I want to convert to word. When I click to convert it takes me to the sales page to buy the service. I already paid for the service, what is the address I go to to log in page address?

I already sent the file out using Adobe Send and a link, but I need to make some changes. Can I re-upload a file and/or edit the file and have the link stay the same? I have already sent the file so don't want to create a new link that I have to send out.

My credit card has been charged for a subscription for adobe exportpdf sub which I have no recollection of signing up for.  When I go to my account there is no record of my registration.

The extraction itself completes properly, but when I try to save the PDF the following occurs:I rename the file to something newI press save and the new document does not properly convert to a PDF.  The icon next to the new file in the folder is an empty white page (instead of an Adobe symbol), and the tile type reads as "File".  It is not possible to open this new fileWhatever name I give the new file to be saved, it truncates the file name down to approximately 14 characters.  I'm also having issues combining files in PDFI spent about an chat with Adobe tech support trying to fix this issue and whatever they tried did not work.  Eventually we uninstalled Adobe DC instead.After uninstalling I was unable to reinstall.  I ended up purchasing a new subscription-based version of Adobe DC, hoping this would fix this issue, but much to my dismay, the issue persists.Any assistance you can provide would be much appreciated, I'm desperate to finish my work and I can't

Sign In Error.  When in Reader "Sign Out" button is grayed out.

I can't find how to use it.  I have used it for years and now its different.  I think I maybe having trouble because of a firewall that blocks me from accessing the Creative Cloud. Why am I no longer able to access the application without being in the cloud?
