I purchased Adobe PDF Pack two days ago and it will not convert PDFS to Word properly.   Spacing is incorrect and it will not allow me to print a copy.  How do I rectify this problem?[Please... using your name as a question title is really not the way][Title edited for question clarity and future forum search... I paid for my PDF pack for a year now i am unable to access it and it is saying i need to subscribe again.

Our company has a restriction for apps rated 4+ on Apple App Store. Most business apps are rated as 4+, including all of Adobe's apps. However, the Adobe Fill & Sign app is rated as 17+, and we are unable to use the app on our corporate devices. Is this an oversight? Why does this app need to be rated 17+?

I use Fill and Sign to fill out part of a document I use and save it to my desktop and to the cloud.  When I want to complete filling out the document and select it from Fill & Save in my Adobe Export app, all I get is a blank page.  Doesn't matter whether I open  it from my desktop for the cloud.  How do I open my form to complete filling it out?

I can't view the pdf files I've uploaded if I try to access them from the public link given by Adobe Creative Cloud, I can, however, view them as usual if I am logged in as user.The files haven't been modified and, before today, I could see them with no problem whether I was logged in or not.

it simply does nothing now when i double-click on it. I am running on Windows 8. I also seem to have no support function, nor even clear why i need to buy adobe Reader again from my membership page if i've already paid up...

Looks like I am having same issue.   No internet connection which is blatantly wrong as I am sending this!  The cloud address presents a critical error unable to fetch base_uris files tier.Help.

I converted a PDF created with pdflatex with the ExportPDF online tool. All PDF readers have no problem viewing the PDF file but the resulting *.docx file contains weird characters.As an minimal example: This is a latex file\documentclass{article}\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}\begin{document}Über\end{document}creating a simple pdf with only the german word "Über".After converting with ExportPDF MS Word displays those characters.What could cause this? Any idea how to fix this?

I'm totally new to DC Pro but need to create a "transmittal" form that will require a receipt signature AND have attached files that we are transmitting. The files can be of any kind of format but are documents for the receiver to obtain for compliance of a legal agreement. An example of what we do is send to an outside organization we have a long term agreement with our Quarterly Operations Report. The cover sheet of this transmittal (by email) is a description of the attachment and a place for them to sign as received. When I created the transmittal form and saw I could "Add Documents", it brings the attached file in as part of the pdf form I created. NOT what I want. I need to track this transmission and get the signed receipt back and want to do this in one email.  Help.

I have an Android smartphone and after I successfully saved 2 specific pages from a 102 pg Pdf. I was not able to repeat this same action again. I was attempting to save another 4 pages from the same 102pg. PDF and I kept getting "unfortunately printer spool has stopped working". I have tried clearing cache, rebooting, disabling and enabling, updating, and reverting back to older version and nothing works to fix this issue! PLEASE HELP

I've never had this problem before, but within the past week I'm getting conversion failure error message when trying to convert a pdf to word. I have tried resending the pdf, rebooting, etc. It's very glitchy. Works one day and then not the next. Same size pdf. Please advise.

Hi, when I receive receipts for purchases (hotels, flights...) from the merchants I need to upload them in my company credit card account so they can be verified.However most of the time, when I check that they have been uploaded, I can only see the frames, all the information is missing.When I create a PDF myself and I upload it is fine, all the information is there.Can anyone help please? Hello, im trying to use exportpdf on adobe cloud (paid). I Have about 1200 pdf files that needs to be converted to docx. I realized that it's not possible to convert all of them at once because of performance issues of website. So i devided theese files into chunks of about 60files each. When I try to convert theese 60 files at once it says Could not complete your request.err occured whilte trying to completeyour request and it could not be completed. Now even when I try to convert one file I get same err. Please HELP 🙂

I have no idea what a forum is or even how to use it. So I think this is going to be just as frustrating as the simple task of not being able to do a simple conversion. I am NOT computer literate!!!!
