I have a paid subscription.  I am trying to export a PDF to convert it to a word document.  The tool menus do not offer any options.  I am logged in. 

I downloaded the app, created my signature, but support guy told me to email it to myself then save it on my mac to use on documents. can't figure out where to find the image on my phone in order to email it.

I hate Adobe Export PDF!!! I'm a teacher and bought it to try to differentiate materials for my students.  Now anytime I open anything on my computer it tries to edit them, which doesn't work anyway.  I finally got a hold of customer support, which was no help.  They told me I needed to sign out of the system.  I wasn't signed in to begin with!!! I have already cancelled the horrible product but cannot even open any pdf document until October 9th, because that's when my horrible subscription expires!  Anyone experience the same issues?
