Adobe Acrobat Online

I have a subscription to Adobe PDF Pack.Because the programme kept freezing, I uninstalled it and now wish to reinstal it.!When I log in to my account even though I am subscribed to the product until April 2018, it does not give me an option of reinstalling it. It simply tries to get me to take out other contracts.I just want to re-instal it.Why can't Adobe make this simple?Please advise, or cancel my subscription and refund me.Thanks

I saved an Excel document in the computer and cannot find it. I have scanned the hard copy and tried to convert it to either Excel or Word. Both come out jumbled and unalterable. I am trying to restore the doc, preferably to Excel, so I can edit and add to it.

Why can't I convert a PDF with Adobe Export PDF?

I subscribed to the adobe pdf mo plan and Ive waited all day for it to load in my reader, refreshing caling support etc.. and the functions still say "ADD". COMBINE IS the function Ive needed all day and it doesn't work

Since Adobe has gone 100% subscription based, the cost of using Adobe Acrobat has become prohibitive to us as a small business. We now have to pay over $250 a year to make around 5 - 10 pdf files a month maximum. That means the cost of converting a single file to pdf is between $2.00- 4.00 a file. That is a lousy value proposition for a small business owner. Why can't you offer a package that enables us to use it at a realistic cost and limits the number of conversions? I now use an alternative software package that is a fraction of the cost of Adobe. From what I read online, Adobe seems to have alienated a substantial number of users by moving to a model that is exploitative and frankly, for SME businesses, unsustainable. But Adobe probably couldn't care less about their customers - only the corporate bottom line.

What is the problem, I am doing the same thing I have for the past couple of years and it keep telling that I must upgrade

Hi I have recently purchased an in app subscription for export to word excel. It does not allow me to export any document when I click on export pops up saying I need to subscribe so I click on subscribe then it pops up error you already have s subscription. Please help

when I save one document in document cloud from the Acrobat DC, It doesn't synchronizes with my account on my phone but with Adobe reader, it synchronizes. I would like to have it synchronized with the AcrobatDC. It's possible?

does anyone know how to disable or remove a shared file "send & track document link" once its been created? I have errors here that I would rather not been seen so I would rather the link not be active, then to be seen with inaccurate info. I write patterns in InDesign and some of the files are fairly large when I convert them into a pdf. Usually I am able to save as a reduced file, but sometimes they will not reduce. Any reason why that would be?

Why does it say sign in error when i try to convert a PDF file?

Hi, Is there a way to create higher-resolution previews for the files I share via Creative Cloud? This is the issue I'm encountering: I'm trying to set up a quickly synched portfolio of multi-page PDFs, and to share the folder to clients as potential samples. I want to prevent re-sharing of the documents, and have disabled download and extract for a public link.  However, the resolution of the previews is low, particularly for portrait-size documents. This won't work as a way of quickly and easily sharing this work. Yet it would otherwise be so simple and easy, where as Behance & Adobe Portfolio don't work with PDFs, and require a fair amount of fiddling & configuring for each upload.Thanks!

I am currently having issues when I try to convert a PDF document into a .xlsx spreadsheet.The file is only  5,000 KB but has over 4,000 pages, is this too large and complex for Export to PDF to handle?See below for a screenshot of the error I get when I try to export the PDF. I have tried to export the PDF using Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox, I have also tried using Acrobat reader DC to export. All of these come back with the same error message.The permissions on the PDF are set to "Document Properties>Security>File Extraction> Not Allowed" but I have another PDF that has exactly the same settings that exports to excel correctly (the only difference is the PDF that works is 63 KB)I have tried to change the permissions but for some reason it will not let me. I'm not sure why this would be as the PDF'S are save locally and I am a local Admin.If there is no way to solve this issue can I please get a full refund, as the entire reason I purchased this software
