I have been trying to cancel my PDF conversion service for many months but cannot get an answer from Adobe.They have no sent me a new subscription renewal which I cannot find how to respond to remove subscription.Extremely frustrated.Renewal has failed as the Credit card details have changed.However, I don't want to discover a debt.I am retired and not interested in anything but the basic free Adobe service.HOW DO I GET THIS SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION THROUGH..One can't help thinking this difficulty in communication to Adobe is a deliberate act?Geoff

I have an account with adobe. I was using the send for signature but it stopped working. I talked to someone at Adobe and they said to setup adobe acrobat dc but this is only a thirty day trial.Can someone please look up my account and see what I have already paid for and reinstall whatever I paid for. Hello! I just got my email from Adobe that says I have successfully subscribed and got my free 30 day trial today.  Great! SO I open my pdf, go to right hand side tool bar and click on 'edit pdf' square tab thing. Then it automatically takes me to a webpage saying I need to subscribe and pay for one of the packages! It appears I am logged in fine...my name is up there....but I try to edit etc and no luck. It only asks me to pay to do anything. HELP PLEASE?!?!?!?

I paid for a subscription when I converted a PDF to a Word document back on December 7th.  now I'm trying to convert another pdf and it opens a Sign In window as well as new window with product pricing for Adobe Export PDF and a Subscribe button.  since i don't want to pay for another subscription, i try to sign in but my email address isn't recognized.  apparently i never created an Adobe Id the first time i used the product.  i created an Adobe Id today, but of course it shows that i don't have any products purchased.  how can i link my Adobe Id with the subscription i already paid for?

Adobe Export PDF turns PDF files into crap - a garbled mishmash of boxes with letters that are anything but an Excel or Word file. How do I get a refund??

How do I change the circle colour on Fill & Sign?

I want to create a fillable PDF from an existing Excel file.  I went to tools, prepare form, and selected my Excel file.  Then I click START but get an error message that says "Acrobat DC could not create the PDF form".  I have no idea why and cannot find any help.
