Adobe Acrobat Online

I lost 4 HOURS of my work because of your update since you deleted ALL my comments on my presentation.I gave you a chance instead of going to slides or ppt and you failed so hard I won't ever EVER give you money for this or any acrobat related tool unless you restore them.

After converting to Word, I can't edit in Word.  The entire page is one picture.  I thought Adobe Export PDF was to convert to docx for editing.  What am i missing?

The Send & Track plug-in for Outlook (2016) never really worked to begin with... the add-in would "un-check" itself daily.  Whenever I wanted to use Send & Track in for an email attachment, I'd have to go to "File->Option->Add-ins->" and re-check it.  At least it would work after manually activating it. With the recent Acrobat DC update, the Add-In is now called "Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat" and is completely unusable.  It still doesn't stay active as an add-in but now after re-checking it, it crashes Outlook, re-starts it, and either leaves the email in Drafts or deletes it entirely. The attachment, however, does get uploaded to the DC... so I guess "completely unusable" is an exaggeration, it just does not work at all as a plug-in for Outlook.Anybody at Adobe on this?  Win 10 Pro, v 1803 build 17134.345MS Office for Business, v 1809 build 10827.20150up-to-date CC

I have bought an adobe export pdf subscription to work on my Mac but cannot find out how to get it started.When I try to convert a pdf file to word the screen sends to to a new subscription page but then tells me I am already a subscriber.Bill

Hello all,Does anyone know if there is a way to change the default "open" option for Acrobat PDF files in a SharePoint Online site?For example when a user clicks on a PDF file by default it will "Open in Adobe Document Cloud" - now this is just fine except sometimes a user wants to print but there isn't a print option - yes they can do a right click and choose the browser print option but shows extra info, etc.Another option is to simply choose the "Open in browser" option - which then gives a proper print option - yes an extra step but works just fine.Nothing urgent but just curious if someone has found a way to change that default open option in SharePoint Online.Thanks so much!

After upgrade to the latest version,the Fill and Sign feature stops working.I can't add Fill and Sign (Sign yourself) tool to the tool bar, the tool button shows on the pop up window when I try to custermise it, but the "save" button is greyed out, and it never shows up  the left tool bar. Please advice on how to solve this bug.I've reinstall the Acrobat 3 times with no luck, I'm using windows 10 and I also hve the subscribiton for the Adobe createive suit.Many thanks

I am using Acrobat Pro to edit an existing PDF document. If I add text, I find lines that have overlapped, as if one or two lines are typed over the lines below. Also, if several lines are added, the text at the bottom covers the page number. I'm far from being computer savvy and would appreciated suggestions for a computer dummy. Thanks.

Hello, Since the update on Thursday, October 5, the AGREEMENT menu (in-progress/completed etc) which was working perfectly before the update, no longer loads, nor are any of my documents available. I have some e-signature agreements in progress and I can't access any of them. I have a deadline and need to have access to these agreements and web-forms to confirm receipt from the signers. I've tested this in both this account, and one of my other user accounts - the problem is the same.Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

currently when I convert a document from pdf it automatically stores a copy in my adobe cloud account. How can I stop this?

Subscriber and Use Adobe Pro in MS Word constantly throughout the day... PC cleaned over weekend and now can't get my subscription within my MS Word... help!!!

I am an Apple Mac User and having trouble right after signing up for Acrobat Pro. I can't get off the screen that says"Adobe Creative ....".  I would like to open the downloaded file that just came in but I can't get to Safari to do that.  I am running the SONOMA 14.0 system.

How are Adobe Web Forms (and file upload fields) encrypted? If I password protect the document, what measures does Adobe take to encrypt the file and make it secure?

I converted PDF to Word and whilst I can access and edit certain parts of the document, others are shown as "pictures" and therefore non-editable.Any ideas? If this does not work then I need to cancel my subscription!

Hi there, I recently unshared a document from the cloud on my tablet, not realising this would mean I could not access the file again (as there was no warning). I have tried to retrieve the file on my laptop also but have only been able to find an older version of the document. I really need to access the up-to-date document as it's for work so any help would be much appreciated! Thank you

why can't I print a pdf file, it's asking for a password and I have no idea what it is it never asked for one before?

Hi guys! In the past my Online Account was tied to my Acrobat DC, but sometime recently Acrobat DC seems to have updated and I no longer have the ability to convert PDF to Excel with one click on the right hand panel after opening a PDF. It now means I have to open Adobe.com, go into the conversion section, upload, convert to XLSX, download, open. It's a long winded process that was once very simple. Am I doing something wrong? Is Adobe trying to torture me?

Hi, I have Adobe Acrobat Export PDF plan according to my account page. But I can't convert a pdf to pptx file using Acrobat reader or https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/?dropinId=verb-pdf-to-ppt. When I press "convert" button, it asks to subscribe Acrobat Pro or another bundle plan. What's going on?
