I want to convert a PDF to Word. When I hit the "convert" button, I am taken to a page that asks me to buy. I have paid for a plan already. I am paying 28 per year. Help please.Thank you

currently when I convert a document from pdf it automatically stores a copy in my adobe cloud account. How can I stop this?

Subscriber and Use Adobe Pro in MS Word constantly throughout the day... PC cleaned over weekend and now can't get my subscription within my MS Word... help!!!

I am an Apple Mac User and having trouble right after signing up for Acrobat Pro. I can't get off the screen that says"Adobe Creative ....".  I would like to open the downloaded file that just came in but I can't get to Safari to do that.  I am running the SONOMA 14.0 system.

How are Adobe Web Forms (and file upload fields) encrypted? If I password protect the document, what measures does Adobe take to encrypt the file and make it secure?

I converted PDF to Word and whilst I can access and edit certain parts of the document, others are shown as "pictures" and therefore non-editable.Any ideas? If this does not work then I need to cancel my subscription!

Hi there, I recently unshared a document from the cloud on my tablet, not realising this would mean I could not access the file again (as there was no warning). I have tried to retrieve the file on my laptop also but have only been able to find an older version of the document. I really need to access the up-to-date document as it's for work so any help would be much appreciated! Thank you

why can't I print a pdf file, it's asking for a password and I have no idea what it is it never asked for one before?

Hi guys! In the past my Online Account was tied to my Acrobat DC, but sometime recently Acrobat DC seems to have updated and I no longer have the ability to convert PDF to Excel with one click on the right hand panel after opening a PDF. It now means I have to open Adobe.com, go into the conversion section, upload, convert to XLSX, download, open. It's a long winded process that was once very simple. Am I doing something wrong? Is Adobe trying to torture me?

Hi, I have Adobe Acrobat Export PDF plan according to my account page. But I can't convert a pdf to pptx file using Acrobat reader or https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/?dropinId=verb-pdf-to-ppt. When I press "convert" button, it asks to subscribe Acrobat Pro or another bundle plan. What's going on?

Storing PDFs in Sharepoint online.  I've set it up so that when opened, the PDFss open in the Adobe Acrbat Chrome extension.  These PDFs have links to LOCAL file shares, where the actual docuemtns are stored (doesnt opena  document, but an explorer window to the a firectory of files).  I click the file share link, it pops up a window saying "Do you want to open this link: file://<file path> "  If I click "Open Link" nothing happens.    Is I click in the extension "Open on Desktop",m the PDF opens in the app, and i am now able to click and open the file share from the link.   Not sure if this is a securtiy feature, or if its possible to do/

I work in Marketing, we are taking our printed leaflets and want to make them interactive on a digital format. If i make an interactive PDF and link / publish it to our website would it work and be interactive on smartphones? Is an interactive PDF the best way to go forward?

Hello, I am looking to build a fillable form that has multiple stages. It would look something like the following: 1) Fillable PDF form is created and saved as a template 2) User 1 fills in 20% of the fillable fields and saves the document. The 20% of fields that were filled become locked (flat) 3) User 1 sends the form to User 2 (Non-Adobe pro user) 4) User 1 fills out the remaining fillable fields and saves the PDF Is this possible with adobe? If not, any suggestions on the best way to go about this? For context: I am looking to build a form that internal employees can use to define unique fields for the consumer, then send to consumer for them to fill remaining preferences. Internal employees will have Adobe Pro, but consumers may not. TIA! 

I've noticed when I highlight something in Adobe Cloud, it disappears when I try to view/open again through the Browser. And only appears if I open in the Desktop app. At the same time, comments that I've added in specific spots get all added to the top left of the page. How do I fix this "view" in the browser? Screenshot shows the comment moved up to the corner. 

I just merged 4 PDFs into one and that worked quickly but I noticed the 2 of the 4 documents are a different size, about 25% the size of the the other 2 documents once merged. These PDFs were created from a PowerBI file originally,How do I get them to all be the same page size, ie fill the screen?Is there a way to adjust page size in a merged file?Is there a setting pre-merge I am missing?Is this an issue I need to address in PowerBI possibly? Not sure here... Appreciate the input and support as I sort this out! BTW: I would post the file but it has confidential information included.

After converting from pdf to docx, the table is not coming properly. The text inside the table comes as a paragraph and the table borders come as an image. 

Hi, I created an intake packet with consent forms for my clients and then uploaded into a web form. When I created the web form it gave me a link that I can send to my clients to complete. Do I need to make a new link for each individaul client or can I just use the same link and then each person sends me back their own signed documents? Thanks!

Every time I launch my browser acrobat tries to add its extension and won't go away.

Hi Community, I need to fill in some information in a generated PDF document (I received it via email - the related text fields are not active, so no text can be added, the doc also not pass-protected or related). Since I'm having trouble while adding text to predefined text fields, I thought I'd try and find the answer in the Community. Please see attached screenshot and let me know your proposals. The red marked fields have to be fulfilled accordingly. By hand not a very effective solution as the doc has several pages. Your efforts are very much appreciated. Best regards,Adrian

When using the Export PDF service on acrobat.adobe.com or in Adobe Acrobat Reader to convert a file with the name file name "report.pdf" to any format, it fails with the error message "An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF.". Screenshot attached.If the file is renamed to anything else, even something like "report1.pdf", it is able to be exported.
