Adobe Acrobat Online

I am using an iPad with Adobe Draw and Adobe Shape, I have a JPG file which I need to convert to a Vector file to be used by a Sign company to make a sign for me. I have imported the JPG file into Shape and created a vector image. saved it. I can modify it in Draw and save it. All the file formats are still JPG. If I create a PDF file with the JPG image will it be in vector format inside the PDF?How do I save the image as a PDF from either Draw or Shape? The Sign company said they can use a PDF file but not a JPG.Frank

If so, could you please provide a link?Alteratively, if you know of specific online features that aren't included with the perpetual license, I'd appreciate knowing what those are. Here is the significantly incomplete and/or ambiguous information that I have been able to find. The Acrobat FAQ on purchasing Acrobat DC says that "You can also buy Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Standard DC as a one-time purchase. It includes desktop software, and lets you work with free Ado
