Adobe Acrobat Online

I am looking to purchase Adobe Document Cloud and have gotten answers to a few questions already.  Once I create a file and have uploaded it onto the Cloud, I want to create users so that they can log in to the Cloud with their username and password so that once they log in to the cloud ad view the document(s), I can have a receipt that will tell me who accessed the file, at which day and time.  Is this something I can do within the program, or do I login to the Cloud as an administrator and create users within there?

HiThe other day I downloaded Adobe Export.  It wasn't sufficient, so I subscribed to Adobe Pro.  Since Pro has an export function, I would like to cancel the Export product and get a refund.  I did cancel the auto-renew, but I'm still signed up until April of 2016.  Can anyone provide help?  I'd like to contact Adobe directly to ensure that this issue is address, but I can't find a direct contact / email for help.Thanks everyone for your assistance!

I'm trying to convert from a pdf file to excel in Adobe Pro.  I'm signed in.  I'm getting "an error occurred while trying to access the service" message.  Any suggestions?

Hi, I'm Mac user who recently updated to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Does anyone know the purpose of the pop up window stating "PluginProcess wants to use your confidential information stored in "v4.services.acrobat.com"?

I converted bank statements to Excel and only one statement converted correctly.  All others had lines from bank statement but no data.  Do not understand why one pdf converted correctly and others did not?

I have a subscription to the Adobe ExportPDF product. I recently installed a newer version of Adobe as the site where i was trying to download a file required an up to  version of Adobe .I now cannot convert a PDF file to an office file. Your advice would be much appreciated.

I received a PowerPoint program as  PDF and need to convert it back to Power Point.  I tried "open with:" but that does not work. I do not see Power Point referenced anywhere on the Adobe conversion programs.Thank you,D

Is there a version for Mac users in the works to send straight out of Mail or Outlook for Mac?Or do we have to wait for the new Office 2016 update?I really like the Send and Track-feature and use it a lot. Would be great if I could access it even quick, mainly email addresses.

I have just started using adobe pdf convertor, my purpose was to edit the original pdf file which is converted into .docx format. But I don't see any option to edit the .docx file. Any suggestion?

I use Windows 8 on my PC and am subscribing to Adobe Reader XI.  Of late when I convert a pdf document to Word, it converts significant portions of the document in gibberish.

I generated a pdf file with desk top PC and uploaded it to Adobe Acrobat DC through the Acrobat.com. I can preview it in a Document Cloud by opening the Adobe Acrobat installed in the iPad.Question: How can I download the file and store it in a Local holder of the iPad?

We have Export PDF, however it keeps saying it's run out. So I try to go online to renew, but it says that we already have export PDF.I also received an invoice from Adobe on the 4th April taking a payment of £12.70, however I though Export PDF was £19.33 a year?I have tried ringing the support number, however it says there is no phone support for this product.

I am using SONY VAIO Computer with Intelcore 1.5 processor, with High Speed Internet, 7 giga, but failed to download your so called "1 Month Free Trial", with the intention to really subscribe if successful. But it appears to be all BULLSHIT. Or empty promotion.

Does the converter that is offered by Adobe work well? PDF to Microsoft Word. Edibility? Does it work better than Google Drive? I find Google Drive doesn't work well.

I find Adobe X1 PDF Send and track very slow. It picks up email addresses from windows mail...if I type in gmail addresses says " not recognised" then those interminably square boxes whirling sends me up the wall and it's £16 a year just for that

We just purchased an Adobe utility program for $90 to convert and export PDF files to JPG.  It worked once and now we cannot find this utility to do the rest?
