Adobe Acrobat Online

I want to cancel my subscription. The only service available is a chat opened only at working hours when I am at work and cannot use it.Can I do it directly from my acount without contacting Customer Service?

how do i access my service as i just signed up and am trying to convert a adobe reader document to ms word version?

I canceled my annual subscription last month. It took half an hour to find the chat person that could do this. There is no way to cancel online except chat. The cancel was at 1 pm and I received an email saying the subscription was canceled. At 10:30 pm I now see that ADOBE re-activated the damn subscription so I'm waiting again to CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. You charged me again! I already paid $240 to use your product for one month and NOW YOU WON'T LET GO OF MY MONEY. CANCEL CANCEL CANCELI have been waiting for half an hour on chat to get a response. 

How do I cancel my subscription??? I purchased it last April, and haven't been able to use it at all..When I go to the cancel my subscription site - it reverts to the beginning = no answer at all. Frustrated, as i feel Adobe just want to take my money = illegal practice. Can't get through to any advisor.. surely this is ethically wrong too?!

I'm trying to upload an Excel Workbook (in xlsx format) to have it converted to a PDF file and that little circle has been spinning forever. I tried to restart the process but it did the same thing. So I tried to open up each individual worksheet of the workbook and save them individually. I "think" I got that to work, but when I go to the combine tab, I see the four pages that I have selected with spinning "thinking" circles on all of them. Please help. I have a client waiting for this proposal and I don't know what to do!LisaWoz

I converted an online document from PDF to Word.  Now that I want to type on the document I can't.  What am I doing wrong?

After converting to word the format is slightly different, having columns in the wrong spot or columns over other columns. How can this be stopped.

When trying to instal Acrobat Pro 11, my download gets to around 60-70% complete and then stops, displaying a message "Error Encounteres - Access Denied."  Can anyone offer assistance please?
