Adobe Acrobat Online

Hello Community, I have a Mac Desktop and I love my Adobe workspace on the Mac.  I can utilize a Majority of the features.  On my iPad, however, which I use when I am away from the office, I am finding some features are not available.  Am I able to Prepare a form and make it interactive on my iPad or do I have to get another PDF product?

Is it possible to use Document Cloud to allow third parties to securely send us documents, without them needing to have an Adobe license?For example, we have student applicants from whom we need to collect identity documentation, is there a way we can configure our Document Cloud so they can securely upload that in an encrypted manner for us to receive, but without them needing to pay for an Adobe license? Thanks,Dan Jackson (Senior ITServices Technician)Long Road Sixth Form CollegeCambridge, UK

When I go to "save as" it only gives me the options to save it as a "text" or word online, there is no option to reduce my PDF. Is there any other way to reduce PDF files?

I have an account under my school district and it will not let me cancel my account.  I need help!!!  I do not know who my "admin" is.

We were having this issue before , it was fixed but it appeared again.There are some comments on PDF file but we can not see on document unless we click the comment on page or select it from Command Bar.Are there any solution for this or guideline ?

I have been working on an OEM Manual for a Crane Manufacturer.  The file has 453 pages.  I just added additional information this morning, and saved.  Then to my dismay I realized that all the technical drawings contained in the OEM Manual are missing about 50% of the characters.  Such as this below.  I've had this issue in the past but not to this extent and not affecting only drawings. I have come accross a post similar to mine but there are no replies. Thank you,

Or, depuis quelques jours, elle n'existe plus dans mon extension Adobe Acrobat. Nous avons déjà tenté de me déconnecter de Creative Cloud, me reconnecter + désinstaller et réinstaller l'extension : ceci règle le souci.Le lendemain, le souci revient. La déconnexion/reconnexion au Creative Cloud fonctionne pour quelques heures, car d'un coup, l'extension refait des siennes.Aujourd'hui  la manipulation n'a cette fois-ci pas fonctionnée. Avez-vous une solution s'il vous plaît ?Cette fonction me permet d'aller vite.

I received a PDF file on the 11th of may. Now I wanted to print it but the content has changed and an important part disappeared.Is there a way to recover that document?

Estoy intentando eliminar un archivo .pdf que he compartido en la Nuble de Adobe (https://acrobat.adobe.com/).   Al intentar eliminarlo me sale un mensaje que dice: "No se han podido eliminar algunos archivos".   Al intentar abrirlo aparece este mensaje: "Este archivo no se ha compartido o se ha eliminado. Contacte con el propietario para obtener más información."   Yo soy el propietario de ese archivo y lo estoy intentando eliminar.

I have subscription to Adobe Cloud and Adobe Pro X1. When I run export pdf it is not running properly while converting pdf to word. Presently, the conversion seems to take place but the resulting word document is empty of content. However the count of pages is same.It is not a scanned document and the Font is Type 3.I tried to export PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpd but exports files still have issue.The issue is with this file only.Please let me know the solution.ThanksUpasana Mehra

I subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack but can't figure out how to open it to use.  Every time I try to select it, I'm taken to another page to purchase Adobe products.  How do I get access to what I subscribed to?

Hi, I would like to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and I cannot seem to do it. I clicked on Manage plan > Cancel your plan, but it brings me to the "Social sign in not supported" page. I tried clicking on the Continue button but it the page does not change. Please help. Thank you.

On a website that I manage, I share a lot of PDFs via Google Docs. Users in China are not able to use Google and therefore cannot access these files. If I shared them via acrobat.adobe.com links, would China be able to access? They don't need to edit, just to view. 

There is an issue when sharing pdf for commenting. The emial I share with is coroprate account, but they cannot open the shared account with corporate mail and asks to log in in personal mail. But it's agains our security policy. What's the problem and how can we solve it?

I want to be able to edit my PDF document as I correct modify the way I prefer to update it. How do I do it ?

Hi,  I was working on a PDF file, basically just adding notes and highlighting on the Document cloud web app through a web browser. However, the document became corrupted after refreshing the page. Is there any way to recover previous versions of PDF files in the DocumentCloud?Otherwise, can anyone suggest ways of synchronizing files between devices so the added coments are updated in all of them? Thanks!

We recently started using Adobe Document Cloud with SharePoint Online.  Regular PDF files open fine but if any user uploads a PDF Portfolio file they see the error/warning message below.  The users have Acrobat DC licenses and can login to Document Cloud, but the Portfolios still don't open. Can anyone confirm if Portfolio's are supported or not?  Thanks

I am unable to convert my pdf to a word document for editing.................please help

Recently, when I try to download a file from my Document Cloud online (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/) the file automatically ends up in my Windows Downloads folder. How can I set things so that instead, it prompts me to choose where to save the downloaded file, which is what it used to do?(Note: I'm not sure when or how the behavior I'm used to changed)  

Hi there,I am using Acrobat Pro to prepare a form and subsequently send for signature. I'm self employed and work on a number of projects but depending on the form I'm sending, I'd like to be able to send for a signature from the appropriate email account (4 accounts in use).Can you please advise how to send the document from a different email address and receive the signed document to that account as well? I don't want to use my personal email address for this.Many thanks,Grant
