How can I access the Manage Plan page, in order to cancel subscription?

Ich drehe mich jetzt seit vielen Stunden im Kreis, weil ich eigentlich mein versehentlich erworbenes Abo kündigen möchte.Abwechselnd erhalte ich diese Meldung:You don't have permission to access "http://www.stage.adobe.com/de/legal/terms.html" on this server. Oder ich bekomme die Meldung: Danke, dass du bleiben möchtest. Dies. nachdem ich nach einer verzweifelten Möglichkeit suche, einer harten Bestrafung , die einer Kündigung folgen würde, zu entkommen.. Ich kann nur jedem den Rat geben, genau zu prüfen, bevor er/ sie sich auf eine Bestellung einlässt.

Hi,I want to ask if it is possible to set the opening of pdf files on SharePoint automatically without check out  

I want to cancel my subscription. I follwoed th normal steps (Manage your plan -> cancel your plan), but when I select Cancel your Plan I get this page: When I select continue, I am asked to verify my account with a code sent to my registered email, which I did. Then on the next page I am asked to change my password (!) which I did, then I selected again Continue and then the system takes me back to the abov page! It is an endless loop! I disconnected my Google account from the Adobe account as I am not sure if that is what they say is the issue (althoug it should not as they offered the sign in via Google in the first place)! Now what? I treid their chat but that tells me I do not have an accoutn with them. Can anyone help! It is ridicuous that they don't have a proper customer service contact. 

How to cancel my subscription on app Acrobat reader of 77 euros I didn't request a yers subscription i was checking if the app did what it should be doing.   Please help me out     Chris

Good Morning - We are in the middle of a migration to SharePoint Online. Some of the PDFs we are migrating are not functioning correctly. These PDFs contain buttons to do things like resetting the form, emailing the form, and printing the form. When users attempt to open these they are getting the following error...We added (not fully licensed) Adobe Acrobat for Sharepoint and One Drive installed to our o365 tenant. and the issue still persists. These PDF's seem to be XFA? I'm not sure on that but I cannot edit them with my full license of Adobe Acrobat on my local machine. Looking for any assistance on...- can these XFA pdfs be used in SharePoint Online? Or should they me changed or updated?- do we need a fully licensed version of an Adobe product in our tenant for this to work? - Or is this type of functionality not supported in SPOL?   any feedback is greatly appreciated! Thank you

Hi I've just had a monthly cost going out of £26.06. I then went on to reduce my package to a £10/m one. & it said it would give me a £23 refund? How long will this take to come into my account? I haven't had an email about it or anything so I want to double check it will arrive. 

I accidentally deleted a folder of pdfs on the document cloud that I had annotated. Is there any way to recover those documents?   [Moderator moved the thread to Document Cloud PDF Services]

El inconveniente que tengo es que necesito copiar el nombre del archivo que estoy visualizando con la extensión de acrobat Al nombre del archivo puedo copiarlo de la barra de direcciones (está en gris en la barra de direciones) pero la información del sitio no me deja visualizarlo directamente y debo perder tiempo en correrme en la barra de direcciones y es algo que hago muchas veces por día. La otra opción sería poder copiar el nombre del archivo pero no me lo permite. La consulta en sí, es si se puede sacar la información del sitio o si hay alguna forma de habilitar poder copia el nombre del archivo.

Hi there,I have a very specific problem with my printfiles. The printing house needs the colour with a max. ink coverage of 280%. So I reduced it in the pictures and saved my pdf. Everything seems correct when I open and controll it with Acrobat, but when it is opened with another computer the colour values are totally messed up and the black isn't build up with 100% black, but with all CMYK colours. For that - the maximum ink coverage is to much for printing again ...It also occured to me, that sometimes when I open the file this wrong colour scheme is seen on my application too. But when I close it, and restart, or wait for a few minutes its allright again, as I have saved it ...Is this a bug, or did I make a mess with the settings when I saved my file? (Test file attached. The black textis set to be 100% black, the picture in CMYK)Every help would be very appreciated,thank you 🙂 best regardsBarbara   

I purchase the adobe deal with the editing feature and I am still not able to edit my pdf file or imagine.

I have saved many PDF files to my computer for later printing or use-Every now and then the file will not open -it asks for a password-I never used one or put one in?-Where does this come from?

I have a paid subscription for Adobe Export PDF. My old computer died, I got a new one, signed into my adobe account. I can see my purchase, but can't find any way to install it o my new computer. I have to agree Adobe has the worst possible customer support. I have paid for my subscription to Adobe Export, but each time I try and use it, it asked me to pay again. I have now been on hold and or discussions with Adobe and no one seems to able to figure this out. Terrible product and even worse service!

I am a die hard workspaces user and heavily rely on this program for work purposes.  Once this program is no longer available, I will be required (By Adobe Acrobat) to begin using Acrobat.com for all of my online pdf file management needs.  Currently with workspaces, I'm able to select the upload/import option and select multiple (over 150 at a time) files to be transferred from my desktop to the workspaces account.In an effort to better prepare for the decommissioning of workspaces, I attempted to complete my tasks through Acrobat.com today, rather than workspaces.  I was very distraught to discover that only one file could be selected for upload at a time.I did search through the online help and support and this was the only answer I was able to find:   Acrobat.com offers several ways to upload files to the cloud. Using online PDF Services.  When I convert a jpg to a pdf the pdf comes out with the colors inversed/black.  How do I fix this?

On the Page setup options (in Print) I have lost the A3 paper size option. The largest paper option I have now is A4 but I have an A3 Printer. How do I add this option?

Morning, I'm trying to combine PDF's so I can batch print, however it just keeps coming up with "only 12 files can be combined, please de-select" but it does this whether I've got 1 file higlighted or 10 files highlighted, anyone know what I'm doing wrong?[Moved from the Lounge (which is where you can "connect with your peers" from across all of Adobe's products for conversations that don't directly relate to help and support) to a product-specific support forum - moderator][I assume you are using Adobe's online service to combine files - only this service has a limit on how many files you can combine, Acrobat (the desktop application) does not have such a limit. I have an export PDF account, but when I attempt to export, it sends me to pricing page.  When I tried to even purchase, I receive a message that I already have the plan - what to do?

HelloI see again "Download error" when I tried to download a converted file. The file size is only 1.2MB.  I only selected 1 file while there are 12 files in my folder. I recall this has happened in the past and forgot how to workaround... But I think there is something fundamenally doing wrong or missing something.I tried to download the other file (the converted word file), the same error. Any insight would be appreciated.Thanks Sam

I need help getting an AdobelPCBroker pop up box off my screen when I start up my computer. Help!

I'm a student and had my student status verified on February 28. However, on my bank statement from March 12 I see that I've been charged full price for my plan. There is no help to be found in FAQ and Help Centre. How can I get in contact with someone from Adobe to fix this? Thanks!
