When I have the pdf files open and I want to convert it to Word it tells me I have a free year of converting files to either word or excel. How do I go about using this? My log in is right. So do I go to my account or what? I shouldn't have give a credit card number if I am paid up.

So this is Adobe's solution to its Customer Service issues! Not very good is it? I could have downloaded some free PDF to Word converters but decided to do the right thing, pay the money and go to the source. So far it appears to be a big mistake. There really wasn't anyone at Adobe that I could reach so they threw me under the bus and out into the ether with all the rest of you poor people who are having problems. Suddenly my acrobat.com page won't upload a file. I upload a pdf in the normal manner and it sits and goes through the upload process for a good 10-20 minutes, but then nothing shows up in the cloud. I've tried multiple different documents, but nothing works. I only have one other doc uploaded right now and it's only 25 MB, so I don't think it's a space issue, and I've had up to 7 or 8 other docs uploaded before, so I'm not sure what has changed in the past week. I'm working on a Mac but am having this problem with Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Any thoughts?

I opened a file on my computer and saved it as a pdf, but instantly changed every document in my computer to a pdf, although most will not open. I have tried reverting to an earlier restore point, but without success. How do I correct tis disaster?

I was able to do so before but now the menu/toolbar to do so is not showing in acrobat.com
