I have tried to complete a form and save it to my PC as it is one I use fairly regularly for my work. I now get a message saying "Please fill out the following form. You cannot save data typed into this form. Please print your completed form if you would like a copy for your records." I have checked and my membership auto-renewed in September so I do not understand why I am unable to amend and save this form the same way I was able to previously with the same level of membership. Can you please explain?

Our pdf converter is not working. I've tried to follow the steps that you suggested (Check for Updates in Adobe Reader to  make sure that you have the most current version.  Clear the browser cache and try converting again.   Try a different web browser (see System      requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers). but it still doesn't work. The error message is: "File failed to be converted using Adobe ExportPdf online".Please can you help me on this issue?
