I have the Adobe PDF Pack - it is not working properly. I cannot convert a PDF  into a Word Doc. Please advise.Is it possible to speak with a staff member in person?Thank-youDeborah

I pay for an annual subscription of £150+ for Adobe software.We have also had a charge of £15.92What could this be for? I cannot find anything in my account referring to this.

Hello,I have created a form for my customers to fill out and sign.If I send it off individually, I have no issues. But when I test to send the form via email in batches, I am encountering issues. What I need the batch sent emails to achieve:1. Each recipient to fill and sign. What I don't want to happen (which is happening):1. A list of all the batch emails shows at the bottom of the form when sent.2. It allows recipients to sign the form only but not fill it out. I can't work out what I am doing wrong.I would really appreciate help in fixing this issue as I have hundreds of email addresses to send to and I would rather not have to send them individually if it is avoidable. Many Thanks  

Is there a way to pay a flat rate per document for editing capabilities in PDF? I don't do it often enough to justify the monthly subscription.

Hi, I am wondering if there is functionality in Adobe Document Cloud that would allow a user to open a PDF using the Adobe Document Cloud option in SharePoint and then digitally sign the PDF? I can open the document but not sure if I need a premium account to be able to do this, or if it is not possible with Document Cloud.  Additionally, can password protected PDF's be opened in Document Cloud? I received an error when trying one but after I edited it in Reader and saved a copy, I was able to open in Doc Cloud through SP but could not edit or sign. I received a warning message that some form fields are not supported in the viewer. I imagine those were the digital signature placeholders that I can see in Reader DC. 

How can I send a secure PDF that will allow a virus scan by the receiver? Is there a particular Adobe product I need to buy?

I have two PDF files with check boxes that I need to combine. When I save the combined file I loose the check boxes from one of the files. Is there a way to keep them when combining? 

Hi guys, I'm trying to search for a document at my Adobe Document Cloud via web browser, but when I click ate the search space located at the right superior corner nothing happens! I can't write anything to search. Is that a problem of the website? Because at the phone app I can search normally. Thanks!

I've converted a Word file to PDF and want to send it to a printhouse. I just need to add crop marks to the file, which I have tried to do with the tool in Print Production, but the crop marks don't appear. Could it be because the document is in B5 size? I tried adding crop marks through the print settings and saving that file too, but the crop marks don't appear there either. Any help is much appreciated!

Acrobat doesn't recognise the sticky notes and highlights on my document. I can't remove or change the colour of the highlights, nor do my sticky notes appear in the comment section. I cannot open, edit or delete them. How do I restore my sticky notes at least? 

I'd like to purchase Adobe PDF pack but I'd like to know the restrictions. I did go to live chat but I was passed from rep to rep who said "You can only install this on two devices" which I replied explaining its a web app then i'd get sent to another rep. How many machines can I use this on simultaneously (Same account multiple machines)?  Is there any restrictions to this? Is it against policy for it to be used by multiple computers at the same time? Thanks, James

Hello, is there any plans to allow opening a PDF file located in SharePoint Online via Adobe PDF? Currently when I open a PDF file in SharePoint online, it opens in the browser. I would like to be able to open a file located in SharePoint Online with the native Adobe PDF application. Are you guys working on allowing this through a browser plugin?

Hi, I have purchased the $30.99 / year unlimited pdf conversion plan - but it has limited me to 50 downloads of converted files? That doesn't seem very unlimited. There is no point converting files if I can't download them to where I need them, or to be able to work on them in the Excel Desktop App. Online Microsoft apps are very limited and have poor functionality compared to their Desktop version. Is something wrong with my account? What was the point in paying $30.99 if I can't even use the converted files as I wish?  Please respond, thank you, Matt

I've recently noticed payments to Adobe on my debit card account and I have no idea what they are for. I don't recall signing up for anything so how do I stop these payments and get a refund ?

Im a novice , it seems the stuff i want to do is nearly impossible.. Here is what Im after.I have Adobe acrobat DC.I hace a document where a specific word is repeated a few times.I would like to have the user to be able to got to a certain page from each of those words, even if the word is on different page. Essentially have a hyperlink to a page automatically by applying it to the word and have Adobe make the word a Hypelink.Any easy way to do this?.
