Please do not close out my ticket. This needs to be resolved however, there is a lot of sickness in our home right now and I just haven't been able to get to this.I am frustrated with the chats because of some sort of TIME LIMIT that is set for Help Personnel. Three times I have been asked to restart a chat, then I have to wait for that person to read the information to get caught up, and they still ask me the same questions. Not one agent has been able to resolve this issue of importing files from pdf to word.docx at least in a format that I can use or even modify.Also, I'm wondering WHY are so many of my .docx now pdf files? I NEVER use Adobe pdf to create a file or save a file. I ALWAYS USE .docx. I don't know why this is happening and it's extremely frustrating. Many of these items are documents such as birth and death certificates and other's are medical records that I don't even remember saving let alone in Adobe.Thank you for your help.Rhonda

Got an error indicating my operating system or browser was no longer supported and it sent me to a webpage indicating that I needed to install the March updates.  I downloaded both the 32 and 64 bit updates, but Windows 11 gave me an installer error that the file to be updated was not present on my system or was not accessible.  What next?

We recently installed WordPerfect 2020. We have Adobe Acrobat Pro 12. We used to be able to bookmark a scanned document. Now we can't. But, we can bookmark a document that has not been scanned into the computer. Using Windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I keep getting a conversion failure error when trying to convert a 25M PDF file to Excel.  I have used both the reader and the cloud site.  What gives?  I notice there are several people with the same problem, seemingly unresolved.

So many of them are missing already. I could not talk to support as I only needed free space offered in cloud. Somebody or anybody, please help out.

When trying to "send for signature" I receive an alert that there is "No Internet Connection" but when I look in Edit > Preferences > Internet > Setup, it says "You are already connected to the internet." Help.

I get the following error when clicking a PDF link on the FedEx website using Chrome browser.  Edge works OK. Running Windows 11, Acrobat and Creative Cloud installed on my computer. I get the following error after clicking the button to view a PDF of the delivery status of a tracking number.auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect. I did a search for a solution and performed the following :- I tried turning off firewalls.- ran the following code from cmd prompt with results shown:cmd prompt: >ping activate.adobe.comPinging ethos03-prod-va6-k8s-pub2-0-6a902acc902d157e.elb.us-east-1.amazonaws.com [100.25.58.233] with 32 bytes of data:Request timed out. also this responsecmd prompt: >ping practivate.adobe.comPing request could not find host practivate.adobe.com. Hi I used to be able to right-click a document in Google Drive and open with Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive, which I have registered with my acount a while back. As of yesterday afternoon, when I try to do so, I get an endless spinning wheel.This only affects Google Docs; if I have a PDF file in Google Drive, I can right-click and select open with Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive. Thank you!

Hello,Hello,Does anyone have a suggestion how to quickly transform data table I exported from PDF to Excel. Is there a more effective way to export PDF files to Excel? I already tried using Power Pivot "Get Data" and it returns empty tables, so I cannot use this option. One example would be below. I have tons of tables that I need to "clean up". Sometimes it is merged cells, sometimes a column missing a year header, etc. I am using an Acrobat PDF exporter....Thank you!Please see this example. Hello,I have created a form for my customers to fill out and sign.If I send it off individually, I have no issues. But when I test to send the form via email in batches, I am encountering issues. What I need the batch sent emails to achieve:1. Each recipient to fill and sign. What I don't want to happen (which is happening):1. A list of all the batch emails shows at the bottom of the form when sent.2. It allows recipients to sign the form only but not fill it out. I can't work out what I am doing wrong.I would really appreciate help in fixing this issue as I have hundreds of email addresses to send to and I would rather not have to send them individually if it is avoidable. Many Thanks  

Is there a way to pay a flat rate per document for editing capabilities in PDF? I don't do it often enough to justify the monthly subscription.

Hi, I am wondering if there is functionality in Adobe Document Cloud that would allow a user to open a PDF using the Adobe Document Cloud option in SharePoint and then digitally sign the PDF? I can open the document but not sure if I need a premium account to be able to do this, or if it is not possible with Document Cloud.  Additionally, can password protected PDF's be opened in Document Cloud? I received an error when trying one but after I edited it in Reader and saved a copy, I was able to open in Doc Cloud through SP but could not edit or sign. I received a warning message that some form fields are not supported in the viewer. I imagine those were the digital signature placeholders that I can see in Reader DC. 

How can I send a secure PDF that will allow a virus scan by the receiver? Is there a particular Adobe product I need to buy?

I have two PDF files with check boxes that I need to combine. When I save the combined file I loose the check boxes from one of the files. Is there a way to keep them when combining? 

Hi guys, I'm trying to search for a document at my Adobe Document Cloud via web browser, but when I click ate the search space located at the right superior corner nothing happens! I can't write anything to search. Is that a problem of the website? Because at the phone app I can search normally. Thanks!

I've converted a Word file to PDF and want to send it to a printhouse. I just need to add crop marks to the file, which I have tried to do with the tool in Print Production, but the crop marks don't appear. Could it be because the document is in B5 size? I tried adding crop marks through the print settings and saving that file too, but the crop marks don't appear there either. Any help is much appreciated!
