Adobe Acrobat Sign

Please could anybody help with my query.  I have sent a document by Adobe Sign, which contained many fields that required user input and signatures.  I also attached two separate documents when sending, but it sends it as one whole document with the 2nd and 3rd documents tagged on the end of the first document. It has somehow linked all of the radio buttons to the first document and many of the user fields. between the 3 separate documents.  I have managed to go into the second and third documents and changed the user fields and radio buttons from participant to everyone.  Does anybody know why it is linking the 3 separate documents together and creating one document?  Many thanks Paula

Damit kann ich "Elektronische Signaturen" anfragen, was nicht gut funktioniert (die elektr. Signaturen, die ich zurück erhalte lassen sich oft nicht in die Antwort-Datei integrieren, weil die Unterschrift-Prüfung aus irgendwelchen Gründen fehlschlägt). Das äußerst komfortable Unterschreiben mit Signature Pictures ist weg! Die Online Version von Adobe Sign mit "Request Signatures" bricht ab, nachdem ich auf "Specify Where to Sign" gedrückt habe. Das ist besonders unangenehm, weil ich gerade meinen Chef überzeugt habe, Adobe statt DocuSign zu nehmen - und jetzt kann ich selbst damit nicht mehr arbeiten!!

When integrating the plugin with suggar CRM it does not update the status or the file name, it shows an error that it cannot find the method to update the file.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Sign in Salesforce. When I first select Manage Agreements-->Templates, I see the option to create a template (see the first image below). After I select Create a Template and upload my file, I see my template but when I come back to Manage Agreements-->Templates, I no longer see the option to Create a Template (see second image below). Am I missing something obvious? I've found two workarounds. The first is to choose "Send an Agreement", choose the option to Preview & Add Signature Fields, and check the "Save as Template" box on the next screen. The second is to open a new tab and drop the URL https://secure.na4.adobesign.com/account/addDocumentToLibrary into the tab, and it opens the add template window. Both seem a bit ridiculous as workarounds - I should simply be able to add a template.

Adobe Sign appears to have a standard message to an external signer (from a workflow) when a contract is signed. The message saysYou're all setYou finished signing the "XXX- Contract"Next John Smith will approve. How to you customize/edit/remove the "Next John Smith will approve" part of the message. Do not need external customer to see who is the next person or person's are in our companies contract approval path.Thanks  

Can I get the signer's URL after loading the document and send them a personal communication requesting their signature, rather than having the adobe sign platform send the request?

Yesterday I sent 3 requests for signature and date, included a subject line and message body, along with password protecting it and setting a reminder for every other day. (different people, different docs to sign)Receiver of email did not get shown the message body or my name and email address underneath message as per usual.Tested it today, back to normal? Was there a known error yesterday?Also, when i now check back at all the agreements to sign, it does not show the messages i included, but does for the ones today. As well as the preview in the top right shows as the same doc for the last 100 odd docs that I sent rather than changing the preview image? Again, is there a known glitch?I'm not sure whether to trust using the request for signature function again, so will be send all requests will a follow-up email duplicating tasks.Could it be becuase i tried to paste an image into that message box? can't be read, so invalidates the entire box?

I currently send out many documents and contracts that require signature from multiple parties. I currently receive a notification each time a person signs the document.  Is it possible to stop the individual notifications and only receive a notification once the document is fully signed.  This is for a business account that is on an Enterprise plan. 

Hi,I attached a couple of documents (Doc A - 1st attach file, DocB- 2nd attach file - order sort small to larger) to the Agreement Template in CRM. When send out for signiture, it Merge 2 documents to 1 but DocB shows before DocA.  Please advice how to make it show DocA then DocB.Thanks in advance. Best, Ddee

Is there a way to establish a default message when sending out documents from Adobe Sign?  We have a list of messages created.  However, sometimes we forget to select the correct message before sending the document to be signed.  It would be nice to just have a general message preselected.  Such as: For your Review.  If you agree, please sign.

Hi, What account do I need to be able to create a calculated field when preparing a form or in Adobe Sign?My admin is adamant that we have a multi-license account but I see no Calculate option in either preparing forms or Adobe Sign. Thanks for your assistance. PS Yes I know how to use them - please do not reply with instructions on how to make a calculated field. just tried to sign a pdf both for myself and a witness first time I had system email witness I had previously signed my portions however when witness tried to sign the form forced witness to overright my signed text fields otherwise form would not finish ... needless I retried that process yet when witness received same pdf a second time for resigning it errored out saying already signed needles to say your pdf signing processing is very buggy ...  I double dog dare your support crew to recreate above and see this bug in action in the end I stopped using adobe to sign the pdf and signed manually ... so sad for adobe users  

Hi - I understand CCAs expire. Once a CCA has expired, do the signature properties of the document tell me / make reference that the signature was valid at the point / time of signing?

My company has a form that includes 4 signatures that must happen in a row. User 1, then user 2, 3, and 4.  After all of the users sign the document, User 1 needs to be able to check a box to confirm the signatures and to say the document has been forwarded to an appropriate department.  For some reason, even if I add an extra step requiring the box to be checked, the document is locked as soon as user 4 signs it, and the last step of checking the box can not be performed.  Any advice?

Hi everyone,is it possibile to check the consistency between the recipient and signer email address. In other words: the email address the agreement is sent to, should be the same that the external recipients uses to sign the document with. For instance, I'd like to make sure that an agreement sent to example@email.com is also signed using the very same example@email.com. To sign, the external recipients use an account created beforehand with a Certification Authority. Any advice?

Can someone explain what the prefill option does exactly? I'm trying to create a form with fields that  I would prefill in adobe before sending for an esignature. It's a contract where I'd prefill the fields that are unique to each contract. I see that there is a form field property called "prefill". Can anyone help?

I'm using Adobe Sign - Enterprise with Adobe Sign for Salesforce. I have a Data Mapping configured to update fields on the starting record when the document is sent for signature and update other fields when the document is signed. That Data Mapping is used by two Agreement Templates. The first Agreement Template emails the document to several recipients for signature. The Data Mapping actions work as expected in that case. The second Agreement Template uses Only Sender Signs. When using this template, none of the Data Mapping actions run. What's going on? How can I get this to work?

Passing around the device, is it possible for two people to sign the same form.  e.g  Renter and Landlord.  Landlord opens up a form, signs first, then hands the ipad to the renter to sign and collects back the ipad.

Hi all, I am trying to find a way where the requestor would not have to identify the areas each time they are requesting a form to be signed.  In my use case, we have an evaluation form that would normally go to 3 individuals.  The first signee is the first field, the second is the second field and so on.  Is there an option to default that the first person needs to fill out this field?Thank you in advance!

Hi, I am not a user of Adobe Acrobat Sign, however since 6th May 2022, I've been receiving SMS and phone calls with verification codes. I assume an actual user (somewhere) has put in the wrong phone number and now I'm the one getting their verification codes... Is there a way that someone from Adobe support could find the user that has added the incorrect phone number and inform them+update it to the correct value? If there is a way to privately contact me, I can provide the phone number. It's incredibly annoying to keep reciving these codes for a product that I don't use! Thanks

Hi, My organisation is migrating from the Echo Sign platform to the Adobe Sign Platform on the 19th of May. I am wondering at what point we need to update the domain as detailed in the screenshot attached? Is it after the migration? If I update it now, would it disable the current domain, the current portal url? --Stephen  

Hello, I am working on a project that is using Adobe Sign V6 api. We have a requirement that users within the same group should be able to remind and cancel the agreement on behalf of other users.   We enabled Advance Sharing and also shared group with members within the same group. In terms of API, when we try to remind or cancel an agreement, we pass the header 'x-on-behalf-of-user' with the email address of the user who sent an agreement along with API request.  This works if other user tries to remind agreement on behalf of user but it doesn't work for agreement cancellation. is this limitation for advanced sharing? 

I am dealing with new leases right now. And I have a standard template to add and modify information based on each specific tenant's information. I have been using the fill and sign section to type out what i want on cenrtain lines to say. However I have been noticing  when I go deeper into the document, those filled and signed words are crossing over text in later parts of my document. How do I remove those things without it then deleting my intial fill and signs at the top of the documents?
