Adobe Acrobat Sign

We are generating an agreement / document to sign from SharePoint. Our requirement is to have the signed agreement to be put back into the same location as the source document. Is this possible?

We are interested in sending out two documents in a single mailing. For one document, signature is required. For the other document, signature is optional (they can choose to refuse to sign). Is this possible?

Hi allStrange issue. I have a template document setup with the creator to prefill all of the data, and then 4 participants to simply sign off the file.There are around 100 fields in the form, and majority are free text input. The sender prefills all these and the data in all these free text fields is locked from that point onwards. There are approx 20x drop down fields that are also for the sender to prefill. These drop down fields are remaining 'unlocked' and editable by anyone in the workflow. i have checked the fields and they are all assigned to 'sender-prefill' only.Anyone come across this and any ideas how to fix? 

Hi! I received email to verify the account and when I click in the email on the activate the account button, it does not work. It still tells me to verify teh account. I also tried copy pasting the link. How can I get my account verified? Oksana

Hi, A couple of us at our company have access to Adobe sign, however, I wondered if it's possible to set up a Team login/account? We have a shared mailbox for our customer service team and they regularly send out forms to be completed. Ideally, we would like to set up an Adobe account under the shared mailbox name and the three advisors are able to be logged in under the adobe account to distribute the files for signing. Do you know if this is possible? 

I have a signed agreement that I want to add a signed amendment to. Is that possible? to get one document out of those two? 

I have tried to fix it and found a post on the forum and I followed it but still can't turn it off. I have attached an instruction picture.Anyone can help ?? Thanks.

On both of our Adobe DC accounts the "request signature" option is suddenly no longer available.  We haven't changed anything in the preferences so are unsure why this would drop off. Any insights greatly appreciated! 

We are new to Adobe Sign.  The files we are uploading into Adobe Sign contain email addresses for the people that need to sign the documents.  Is there a way for Adobe Sign to find (it is always in the same spot) and identify that information and send to that email address?

We are developing an Adobe Sign integration, where documents are sent for signing from a third party systsem - Is there a way to track the documents external ID (The Agreement API end point allows for us to send an externalID parameter). Currently we are using the transient document end point to upload the document then using this transient doc id to add the doc to the agreement - however when we query the agreement later in the process the documents get new IDs and we are not able to track which document links back to the third party document we initially uploaded.

Hi is there a way to query the date that a participant signed a document. Currently the API is returning the status of the memeber suc has "WAITING_FOR_MY_SIGNATURE" or "COMPLETED" however there is no date field returned that indicates when the user signed the document. Thanks

In my profile, I have set the Auto Delegation Signer to a different email address that I own (for testing).I sent a Mega Sign with the "I need to sign" option checked, so that I am the co-signer of the document. After the first signer signs, I get the co-signature email at my Adobe Sign account email, but it does not go to the email I set as the Auto Delegation Signer email. Is there some setting that I need to enable for this to happen?

HiTrying to very using Adobe sign. Doesn't matter what Id I use the software says it can't identify the four corners of the document.  I've tried dark backgrounds etc. Nothing working.  Easy to use on other verify systems.  How to bypass this fault?

We would like to restrict users in a specific group to only be able to use a specific template and not any other template or document. Is that possible? If so, how do we set that up?

I'm trying to create a flow where a user can prefill form fields for an agreement via a dynamic form that loads in the fields available for a document, and then passes the info to the POST agreements with mergeFieldInfo.  Is there a way to then allow the sender to preview this document in my application with the prefilled fields?  I am trying with the GET /agreements/{agreementId}/combinedDocuments endpoint, but that returns the template with no fields populated.
