Adobe Acrobat Sign

In the past, eSign fields worked properly: wherever I placed eSign fields, the signature was appropriately populated within the placed field exactly where they were initially placed.For the past two months, when following an identical workflow, signatures populate within new fields at the end of the document, even when sending the eSign request to users with official (paid) Adobe accounts.

I am trying to delete old documents (pre-signed) stored in the ‘Saved in App’ folder in Adobe Sign on an iPad. These PDF forms were previously shared with Adobe Sign and automatically stored in the ‘Saved in App’ folder. I have tried several times to delete them since they’re outdated but to no success. These docs are not displayed in Adobe Sign on a laptop, only the iPad so thought they might have been stored locally but could not find them on my device. Please help!

Created a webform once to test it.Now cannot delete it. 1. Go to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/agreements/#agreement_type=webform2. Find webform3. Try to delete it: IMPOSSIBLE As well tried it in https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/signatures/?signUri=%2Faccount%2FaccountSettingsPage%23pageId%3A%3AACCOUNT_SETUP(where you can delete actual agreements) The 🙎is stuck in "editing", yet I cannot edit, sign, abort, delete, or whateverI want this webform gone, that's all Once again Adobe strikes at "hey, lets make things as f***** hard as possible, because hey we charge a lot for our services so why shoud it be simple"Really I am an easy going, very tolerant person but working with Adobe has not only stolen my last ever nerve, it also cost me more money than my child so far. Please instruct. Refund if not possible to delete.

현재 어도비 pro 및 sign을 구독하여 프로그램을 사용중에 있습니다. 동일한 프로그램을 사용중인데 전자 서명을 요청하는 절차가 컴퓨터마다  상이합니다.  어떻게 설정을 해야 하는걸까요? 전사 서명 수신인을 지정하는 절차도 아래와 같이 상이합니다. (컴퓨터 1에서 보이는 전자 서명 요청 화면) (컴퓨터2에서 보이는 전자 서명 요청 화면) 또한 컴퓨터 1과 같이 진행하게 되면 전자 서명을 삽입할 위치도 지정이 불가합니다.  어떻게 해결할 수 있나요? 확인 부탁드립니다.   

Hello,Since few weeks, when I create a document on acrobat sign with checkboxes and I save it in Models, next, when I want to use it again from my models, the checkboxes disapears on moment of signing !It's very bad for my custommer and the Support tel me that it's updated, but I continue to have the same problem again ...

Testing out the echosign PDF, from Salesforce, by sending the request to different email addresses.  When I send the signature request to a Gmail account, the correct email with subject, Signature requested ***************, and link is received.  When sending to my corporate account ,Outlook365, I receive a different email with subject "Please delegate*********to an authorized signer" and no link to document. Why would this happen? And how do I fix the issue?

I can no longer set my agreements so users can sign in any order. Even if I uncheck "Recipients must sign in order", it still forces a signing order. However, it doesn't do this consistently. Sometimes it forces the order and sometimes it doesn't. Changing the admin option also has no effect on this.When signing, sometimes it shows a different person's signature block than the one that is currently signing.When signing, the "Sign arrow" on the left side of the document is sometimes pointing to the wrong signature block.When signing, the "next" button sometimes takes you to the wrong signature block When signing, none of these problems are present if I hit the question mark in the top right of the screen and switch to the classic experience.

I have multiple documents out for signing.On each i can see i have a 'Reminder' setIf i review the Reminder i can see the 'Garbage Bin' icon to delete the reminder.If i click on this to delete the Reminder i get a red banner that states:"only status can be updated when cancelling a reminder"The reminder does not get deleted.These are documents that i have created.Any idea what the message means? And how can i delete the reminder?

I created an employee evaluation form using Web Forms. I used radio groups with assigned values of 1-5 for the different areas that are reviewed. There are a total of 6 areas. All radio groups are set as required. The form then uses a formula to calculate the average rating of the evaluation. When my staff member fill out the form, the finalized agreement only shows that they made a selection on 4 out of the 6 groups (although all 6 groups are set as required and the staff member confirmed they made a selection for all categories).I submitted a test form and got the same results - the form only shows that I filled out 3 of the 6 required categories.The average rating appears correct on my form. My staff member claims they made different selections on their form than what is shown on the final agreement, but I cannot verify that.Can anyone think of why the chosen radio button is not shown on the final agreement?

We have just switched to the new Adobe Sign format but I cannot see how you can assign concurrent approvers in the signing process. In the old version you could nominate concurrent approvers for each step (eg 111,2,3,44,5). How is this done in the new format?   

I'm trying to set a custom object from a managed package as the master object of an agreement template in Adobe Sign for Salesforce. But its showing only few objects in master objects' dropdown for custom objects, the one that I need to select is not showing up. The user with which I logged in to salesforce does have permissions for that object, still its not visible. Any suggestions. Please help. 

Hello, We are trying to send documents for signature to a candidate via an integration with Workday and Adobe Sign and the recipient's name is incorrect. The incorrect name is not reflected anywhere in Workday (where the document generation was initiated) and does not seem possible to correct within Adobe on our end. Can you please advise WHERE the Recipient name is pulled from and HOW it can be corrected? We cannot have a legally binding document signed with the incorrect name. 

Hi,I’m currently using AdobeSign to send multiple documents to clients for signatures. I would like to prepare a monthly summary email that includes a list of all pending signature requests, along with direct links for each client to complete their signatures. Is there a way to generate or retrieve these signature links for each pending document? Specifically, how can I copy or access the original AdobeSign email links that were sent to clients? Thanks!Manruch

How do I run a report by signer?

We are trying to set up a mini spreadsheet in an Adobe Sign template and only want the subsequent columns of each row to appear if the first column in the row has some text input. Is there a particular condition that should be used to check to see if a text field is not empty or null? Thank you.

When I prepare a form for E-Sign on the desktop app, I get to the page to put in an email and it says to select where to sign. When I click that button it brings me back to my document and does nothing. I tried getting onto the webpage and when I click request E-signature it just has a loading screen that never uploads anything. My account says I have adobe pro which should come with E-sign features, not sure why it is not working. 

Hi Adobe Community,I was using Adobe Acrobat Sign under the free trial, during which I uploaded and signed several important documents. However, after the trial expired, I can no longer access any of these files. The “Manage” section now shows no record of my previously signed or uploaded agreements.I contacted Adobe support but received no real help. They told me to either upgrade to a paid plan or “search for help in the community.” This is extremely disappointing, especially considering these are my own documents and data.❓ My main concerns are:Why are files created during the trial locked behind a paywall? I understand limiting premium features, but shouldn't I be able to at least view or download my own data?The system gives no clear warning that documents would become inaccessible after the trial. Isn’t this a transparency issue?Why is Adobe’s support team unable or unwilling to escalate or resolve such a basic account-level problem?Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Law (

Uanble to find a solution.  Latest version is updated and tried several attempts to uninstall and reinstall the application. I rely on this feature for about 75% of my job, I'm unable to proceed with any tasks at the moment.   Tried several documents with the same results. Any assistance would be appreciated

My SME is  sending document requests through Adobe Sign but I don't see them in my queue at all.  It seems to be isolated with this SME as I have not had this complaint before.  He sent me a reminder IM and got the following error, what could be the possible reason for this ? 

I can send documents to email and the recipient can open the document, sign it and submit it, all OK. However, when a document is sent to a recipient through MS Teams, the recipient is asked to log into an Adobe Sign account, why? This is not what I want, I want the recipient to be able to open the document, sign it, and submit it. I have hundreds of MS Teams users, I cannot be installing the Adobe Sign app onto everyone's machine and creating accounts just so they can sign a document. What is going on here? The document I create has the option 'Identity Check' set to NONE. Can anyone assist please.Steve.

I've got a contract in PDF form with fillable fields.  I'd like to accomplish the following:1.  Have certain fields that only I can edit and fill (contract language & options)2.  Have certain fields that only the signer can fill (credit card info)3.  Have signature lines for both of us to signI'm having a heck of a time making this work using Acrobat DC w/the send for signature tool.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Is there any way to set the "Recipients" section to "Complete in Any Order" versus the automatic default of "Complete in Order". We never use the complete in order option and many times forget to switch it until after we hit "Send", which means we have to start all over again. Often it is only one person signing and that is why it does not become a habit to switch it when two are signing. When there is more than one signer, it is very important that any of the signers has the option to be the first signer, as we can submit applications once we have at least one signature.

I have Adobe Pro as part of our business package, but for some reason I am only able to download Adobe.  When I click on the Agreements tab it wants me to buy Adobe Pro.  I work for a church and I use this for all of my background checks for our volunteers. I am looking for any kind of help.
