Adobe Acrobat Sign

I was able to get the multiselect checkboxes to work fine for acrobat documents.  You just assign the same name and different values to the checkboxes, but when I upload the document to adobe sign it seems to convert these checkboxes to radio buttons.  Is there anyway around this?  See example attached.  The left is the form in adobe sign.  The right is the same form in adobe acrobat.Thanks,Ben

I am trying to send a document for signature, but keep receiving the following error:We were unable to proceed since the dialog box was closed. Please start again and follow the prompts in order to successfully finish the process. Does anyone know anything about this error? Thanks SW

hello im new with adobe sign and i would like to desactivate and change the password of some user but in the menu as admin the option is not available , in the menu i just can see the blue link "Edit User" but not the other options as is in the official documentation in the next image. Thanks for your time and help

Is it possible to be an Adobe Sign Administrator without being a licensed user? I don't have a need for Acrobat Pro or Sign, but I do admin and manage the licenses and contracts for the Adobe products. I do not have access to the Admin features in Sign--it redirects me to start a free Trial. 

Very frustrating. Unable to get document cloud on PC to sync with Adobe sign on Android phone. I can access files on adobe sign via dropbox but you would think it would be the other way around. How do I get the Adobe cloud to sync with adobe sign? I have uninstalled and re-installed app, nothing seems to work.  Thanks.

Hello there, I'd like to format the fields that contain phone numbers.In particular, I'd like to have a phone number appear in this format (XXX) XXX-XXXX when a user enters their number.I already have the validation setup for phone numbers which allows 10 digits but the format is just 10 digits XXXXXXXXXX, which isn't very user friendly.I know this is possible to do on adobe acrobat, but the formatting  isn't preserved when I upload the document on adobe sign. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

The enterprise service plan also lets senders request signatures in any of these languages. Hello,I am using Adobe Acrobat DC and the Adobe Sign is included. Why is it that I do not have the “multilanguage sending and signing” option as described above?  When I bought this service, I thought that it was included. I have French clients and I would like to change the request to sign, in French. I greatly appreciate the product except for this missing option. It looks like, I would have to pay substantially more just to have the multilanguage option.Thank you for your help!

I have an Adobe DC Pro account that has Sign in it. How do I add a user so they can access their own signature etc... instead of having to log into my account every time...? Thanks

We are looking for On-premises E-signing (NOT Digital Signature) APIs which can be integrated with our product. Due to security concern we can not allow documents available outside our network. Please note that our product is developed using C#, Asp.Net, MVC technologies. Please let me know if this is provided by eSign (EchoSign).ThanksAbhishek

On previous signing systems I could run reports showing how many times each user sent documents out for signature for the past 90 days. Is there any user report tracking functionality available in adobesign so we can confirm which users are using the software? 

The external users having Adobe Sign account ever logged in were asked to login when signing the document.  This behaviour is not happening to external users without Adobe Sign account.  A similar behaviour was described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-sign/e-sign-document-requires-adobe-login/m-p/9786007 but the solution is not helpful.  Is there a way to avoid this behaviour?

We want send out a document through Mega sign, importing  a csv file. Some names will have special characters (å,ä,ö) and here we have a problem. Below csv file including a name with “å”.  The document that the person signs, extracts below name, with a “?” instead of “å”.  Also the sign includes the “?”   How can we make sure the special characters in the Swedish alphabet will sync from the csv file to the Adobe document?

Is it possible to use the webhook feature with megasign for a web application hosted in an intranet. If possible what are the steps for implementation. Could anyone help me on this.

I'm implementing an application that uses the Adobe Sign REST API and use OAuth for authentication/authorization. I have implemented the initial OAuth authentication and I store the access token and refresh token for later usage.    However I'm not able to get a new access token by using the refresh token. I get the following error message: {"error_description":"Invalid grant_type refresh_token","error":"invalid_request"}. Do I need to do something in order to get that grant type to work?   I noticed a similar topic here https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-sign/getting-new-access-token-with-refresh-token/m-p/10086399?page=1#M9282 which says that "integration key" is not enabled by default for developer account, but I don't understand how that is related to refressing the token.    Any ideas? Help!  I have a pdf I created in Acrobat DC and put in autocalculation codes for several dates and price totals, but when I upload the pdf into Adobe Sign to create a template for our technicians to use, it strips the codes!  Is there any way to create autocalculations in Adobe Sign?  (And why the heck not?  It is very frustrating that we don't have the same editing features across the platforms) Thanks in advance for your help... 

Hello, I am interested in integrating an Adobe pdf with signatures with Smartsheet...can this be done? Smartsheet would 1- advance the document for signature and 2- record the signatures in Smartsheet. OR at least be able to print the pdf with the new signature. 

We can not see or access onedrive or sharepoint from adobe sign mobile app -  All other apps are showing like dropbox, etc.We purchased this for this feature on the go, please help.Jeff

I hate adobe sign with every fiber of my being. If I certify a document with my e signature then send it off to be signed by someone else, my signature dissapears. Then when I try to sign it after they have signed it I can't. I hate Adobe. I hate that my job forces me to use it. I hate it completely.

We are new to Adobe Sign.  Some of our departments have requested that we turn off the feature of Adobe Sign that merges separate documents together into a single signed and sealed document.  But we recently realized that when we have multi document signature requests the separate documents are renamed using the agreement name.  e.g.: Contract X (part 1) - signed.pdf, Contract X (Part 2) - signed.pdf, Contract X (Part 3) - signed.pdf, and Contract X  - audit.pdf.  That makes it difficult to know which document is the primary document and which documents are supporting documents with a quick document title scan.  Is there a way to turn off this behavior?  Thanks!

Hi all, earlier today i supported a new colleague in my company to set his Account ID to manage documents signatures with my company Adobe Sign (Enterprise profile). Unfortunately, once set, the screen he saw was different from the one the other colleagues got, so we thought something went wrong and tried to cancel his account to reset it from zero. Done this, he is not able to retry an account activation. He already clicked on the link within the message received when deletion was confirmed, to keep his account open.However, is there another way to reset an Account ID to retry an activation from zero?  I am routing a couple of documents.  No different then the 400+ I've routed in the last 16 months.  I can't open the documents waiting for my signature or In Progress that I've routed.   Any advice how to fix this?
