Hi, Api option is not showing on my account. how i can get Api on my console.
Can you use Adobe Sign to add the initial document that requires signing AND another document (for informational purposes only) to Adobe Sign without having Adobe Sign forcing you to put a signature on the information only attachment?
Hello all! Hope you and all you care about are healthy and safe! I am a CPA. I had been using SignatureFlow from CPpaperless for e-signing tax forms. They worked in conjunction with Adobe Sign, but followed the IRS regs requiring special Knowledge Based Authentication before the forms could be signed. They announced that they are ceasing their service on June 30 and I need a replacement. Thought I could do it via Adobe Sign but I can't find how to link a KBA service such as Lexis Nexus to the authentication process. I attached a copy of the IRS rules (in relatively plan english) should someone want to read it. Thanks for your help!

Adobe reps are clueless and zero help!!! I have split files for years and never seen this before. I need to split the file and no idea what to do. Thanks, Stef
Hi,I'm adding Sender Input Fields to my AdobeSign Workflow and am able to make it work using default values for Date and Text fields but can't figure out how to add default values for Radio Buttons, Drop Downs and Check Boxes. In the attached image you can see that I tried using "Checked" as the default value for the Radio Button but it didn't work. Before that I tried using the Group name for the Radio Buttons (naFunds) as the field name and the specific name of the Button (AllFundstoSeller) as the default value but that didn't work either.Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.-steve
I'm trying to sort out what counts as a transaction on Adobe Sign. If I upload multiple documents to send to one person, will each upload count as a transaction or is that just one transaction? For example, if I am sending four documents at once that require signatures, will that count as four transactions?
Hello, how can I add a second signature to my Adobe Sign or Adobe Acrobat Pro account? I mean, There should be an option to add a second signature somewhere.
Good afternoon, I am an IT technician for UNM Taos branch. I have been requested to instruct a few people on how to use Adobe Sign. While writing a tutorial for it, I successfully sent out a test document to some dummy emails that I own to sign. Then I went to my cloud documents, and I cancelled the signature request. Afterwards, I attempted to request a signature for the same document from a colleague, to see what i needed to include on instructions for the recipiant, but now when I click on request signatures, I get a 'Please contact your administrator to access this feature.' notification. Please assist.Robert TourgeeIT UNM Taos
I have lots of signed documents that I want to store but I don't want to have to go through the ridiculously timely process of downloading each one to my PC and then re-uploading. Surely an archive now button would be useful? Does anyone have any ideas or know a way around this?
Thank you in advance for your answers. I currently have a license for Acrobat Pro DC and it states that one of the included services is Adobe Sign. It appears that for any single document I can only request up to 10 signatures. I'm looking to get up to 25 signatures per document. The Adobe chat support hasn't instilled any confidence for me in what product I need to purchase to meet this need. They don't seem to be able to identify specifically what plan I need to buy, as an individual, that will provide this ability to get up to 25 signatures per document. For some reason, they keep insisting I need to purchase a multi user license that supports up to 25 users. Other than the 25 signatures per document, the e-sign abilities in the currently licensed Acrobat pro DC does everything I needed to do. I'm hoping somebody on this forum will be able to point me in the right direction. Thanks again!
Hi, after signing the document via Adobe Sign, the signed document is saved in a new folder with a 13-digit code pasted together with the document name. Is it possible to set somewhere that this code is not added to the document name? Thank you very much.

Hello, I am using Mega Sign to send an agreement to multiple recipients. Each agreement has three signatories -one is unique for each agreement and two are common across all agreements. I need the signatories to sign in order - the unique recipient signs first and the common signatories sign after. How do I accomplish this in Mega Sign?Any inputs will be highly appreciated. Thanks!Amogh
When assigning Data Field > Text Input > Default Value into a document, if has a list of previously typed suggestions I have entered from people's name to phone numbers. How do I clear or reset this list to fields I normally use? As an example, the phone numbers are not relevant to keep in the autofill list that populates.
The recipient’s roles that are available when sending the document via Adobe Sign It is not necessary that you always need to send the document for signature, there are various other roles for the recipients. In Adobe Sign, there are various other recipient roles provided when sending the document/ agreement to the recipients. The various recipient’s roles can be enabled depending upon the service plans you have for Adobe Sign. Find below the complete description of the recipient’s roles that are available in Adobe Sign: Signer: This is available for all service plans and is set as a default recipient role. Each signer on a transaction needs to have at least one required signature field assigned to them. If the system does not find a signature field for the signer, it automatically generates a signature block at the end of the document. Approver: The option is available only with small business, busines
Hello, I am using AdobeSign Rest API V6, my question is when creating an agreement, if no expiration date is specified, will the created agreement have a default expiration date or it will never expire? Also, when requesting the signing url for the agreement, the url returned by Adobe will have an expiration or as long as the agreement is not expired and not signed, then the signing url will remain active and valid?
I sign into Adobe eSign, on the home screen I click help, click Contact Support, click Start Now under the Contact Us section, Sign In, then it take me back to my home screen to repeat the entire process again. Has anyone figured this out?
1. I have a template under Manage Agreements | Templates and clicked Edit to add Text Input fields (Recipient is Sender (Prefill). I would like all of the PDF Text Input fields to be automatically populated from correstponding text fields from a custom object (the custom object's fields are populated). 2. I created a Merge Mapping with the Default Merge Mapping checked, all of the Taget Document fields populated with the name of the PDF Text Input fields, and the source is set to the custom salesforce object and fields (all are text fields). 3. I then created an Agreement Template that references the custom salesforce object, the template from Step 1 and the merge mapping from Step 2 However, when I go to the custom object and click the Adobe Sign button, it ceates and Agreement that is waiting on me to populate the fields that should have been pre-populated (under the Manage Agreement tab, I see the agreement and it says "waiting for prefill". What am I doing wrong
There are two questions that I've been trying to get answered for weeks and can't seem to get any help. I'm hoping that this community support is more fruitful than the other avenues I've tried! 1. I have Adobe Sign for Small Business which, from my understanding, allows for 150 transactions per year. I work at a yoga studio where we're using this to send contracts individually to people joining our teacher training programs, our instructors, and our guest presenters. On average, we have around 220 contracts that need to be signed per year. Is there a way to add more transactions to the Adobe Sign for Small Business account? Do we need to upgrade? What would the next pricing option be? 2. It's my understanding that Adobe Sign for Small Business allows for 1-9 users. Can these users create and send documents for signature? Do they have a separate login from me (the administrator)? How can I set this up? Thank you for any/all help
We will use the standard signing with text and timestamp and Acrobat logo. But for some user they are signing with just the name in text. Is there a setting or how to restore their signing to the same look as others. To people knowledge they have not made any changes to their settings. Thanks in advance./Bengt

We've all seen it before, probably dozens of times. Fully executed documents that contain the dreaded "Error! Reference source not found." in the table of contents, and even worse buried deep within the document. While fixing these errors in the table of contents usually just requires fully rebuilding the table, those in the rest of the document are usually more difficult to fix. Regardless, there is no reason why anybody should be signing a document that has these errors in it. This is a feature request for Adobe Sign to be smart enough to pick up that these errors exist in a document that is being sent for signature using the Adobe Sign add-in for Microsoft Word, and warn the user about them, giving the user the opportunity to go back to the document and fix the errors, rather than send out a document that - in all likelihood - didn't have them when they clicked on the "Send for signature", but were introduced as part of the process of converting it into PDF for
