Adobe Acrobat Sign

I bought one licence for Adobe pro DC including Sign.when I'm building a form for signing, fields with calculated data are inactive.Do you have a solution?Thanks in advance

Is it possible to send a dcoument to an email address but when they sign the document, they sign anonymously and the end recipient will not see the name/email address? 

As to follow the participants presece to an online workshop , I have to have them all signing electronically.However, these people are sellers working in the company's shop and don't have any professionel email adresse to have this document sent to (and will not provide their personal email address for doing so) ;I'm asked to find a solution as to send the doc to the shop manager and have her collegues signing (it can be up to 15-20 different people) on the same doc.   

I had successfully linked salesforce to adobesign, and was able to test out a merge mapping. Overnight, links no longer work. When I click on them within salesforce they log me out of the org, and when I log back in there is an error message about page not found. One example is: Page EchoSignSetupWizard does not exist Any ideas?

We have implemented Adobe with Salesforce in the traditional way but would like to have our community user sign in our Community Portal. We have a completely custom LWC template, has anyone done this?

Hello,after updating my mac i can't use "fill and sign" in greek. What should i do now?

In Adobe sign we send out a lot of agreements for signature and there is no vertical scroll bar to navigate the list of agreements.  There is a page scroll bar, but no scroll for the agreements.  We are about to drop Adobe and demand money back as cool as some of Adobe products are, their UIs suck.

Why doesn't Adobe automatically save drafts? If I am timed out in DocuSign it automatically saves my work. 

I often at work send out documents for multiple signatures and now when I go to my adobe pro to request signatures it only have sign yourself.  Where it used to say request signatures there is just a big black dot. Help I use this signature feature daily and need it to work for me.  

I frequently need to obtain signatures under unilateral declarations, so the recipient should sign a declaration - and that's it. Or I need to gather resolutions from committees/board by obtaining signatures from the members. Or I would like to arrange the conclusion of a contract in which my organization as a party is not involved. That actually sounds very simple, but how does it work with Adobe Sign? Whenever a document is signed, the confirmation email says: "[Document] between [My Organisation], [Signer 1], [Signer 2] and [Signer 3] is Signed and Filed" - this is often wrong and very confusing. THANKS! 

Hi community members, I'm testing the functionality to electronically sign documents via Adobe Sign which is integrated with our accounting system (Workday).Does anyone know if it's possible to change the header text of the certificate?Currently it displays the following text.  Instead of 'Certified by Adobe Sign, a Document Cloud Solution.....' i want to display the text 'Signed by <user>'.Any help would be welcome.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me? Every time i send a document out for signature the person who is signing it recieves an email to say they have signed the document. I send multiple documents to the same person on a daily basis so as you can imagine this can be frustrating. I have contacted support many times but still can not resolve this issue. All of my notifications are unticked and my global settings is set to no one? Thanks 

Hi!Beginner here, trying to figure out whether the following scenario is possible. We have a SharePoint list of itemsFor specific row items, we want to manually start signature processesAfter starting a flow for a specific item, user uploads non-standardized agreements, fills out recipients etc.The signature statuses for each recipient is then tracked on the same line, e.g.: Columns:Title AgreementStatus Signatory1 Signatory1Status Signatory2 Signatory2StatusExample: Item1 OUTFORSIGNATURE s1@test.com SIGNED s2@test.com PENDING Note: Multiple people collaborate on this list, and those people also send other contracts outside this list Thankful for any help or links to useful articles/videos on this subject. 

Many times I have used the Cancel X Document and when attempting that the rectangle goes dark and the screen freezes. I can tab back, but am locked out of the application when trying to cancel a document. 

Hi,I am integrate Adobe Sign into our application which cannot use OAuth to get the AccessToken. I created the access Token via this link https://secure.eu1.echosign.com/account/accountSettingsPage#pageId::ACCESS_TOKENSI created an API application in this link https://secure.eu1.echosign.com/account/accountSettingsPage#pageId::API_APPLICATIONSThen in my application, I create an webhook via API using the access token above. the problem is the webhook is using different x-adobe-client-id which I am guessing it comes with the access token.How can I get the client-id from the access token so I can verify the header from webhook URL? 

Is there a way that I can trigger a check box in the E-Sign program. I currently have a spreadsheet which creates an in depth contract and for a signature to trigger I can simply fill in the bottom line of the cell (or multiple cells) but I still have to manually create a check box for an item (allowing us to use images of finished project in social media posts).Thanks in advance for any help offered,Wayne

Hello, fairly new to Adobe Sign.  We send out documents to get signed and then they come back to me to review.  Is there an option in Adobe Sign that I can add a file during my review process or does that need to be set up when sending out the document? Also, when we send out documents that need a file attached, is there an option for the signer not to sign unless he/she has the attachment attached? Thanks. RS

I have a pdf that I use on laptop and use Fill & Sign with no issues. I am trying to convert over to an iPad while out in the field. Adobe Sign can not find the file. I have saved it on the device, iCloud, and Adobe Cloud and it does not see the file at all. 

I am an Admin in teh Adobe console for my company but I do not have access to the Assissted Support console to raise a Case.  How can I get some support to either set me up as a Support Admin, do it myself, or find out who can do it for me?Emails into the support address are nolonger being responded to and there is no phone number or chat available if you cannot log into the support console.  

In the account there are options to adjust things for use by the organization. Such as archiving, branding, security settings, users and templates to set. I cannot find this menu in my account. I have all rights

How Do I Log In to my Adobe Sign business account?  

I just find these tool utterly non-inutitive.I want to send out an NDA.I have 10 people to send it to.I add the file in. Put in my list of email addresses. Add my Note/Message to them. Hit NEXT it wants me to indicate fields. So I add those in. Name Field. Date Field. Signature Field.Hit next.Here's where it all blows up in my head. When I hit send it tells me the other 9 recipients do not have a signature form assigned to them.I thought the whole purprose of automating this was so it would be sent to each recipient asking them to input their info and sign it. Do I need to create 10 different documents, upload them each, add in the form fields to each, send each spereately? How is that productive?More than likely there's something I'm doing wrong, I get that totally but I gotta tell you I'm not a novice to using computers and the digital world and this progam is just not even remotely intuitive. 

We're using the rest API and inserting FormFieldLocation per signer.When a agreement is created and multiple signers we enclosed with different "Form Field Locations",the signing block for the first signer is always placed at the bottom of the document.So Adobe Sign is not using the FormFieldLocation for the first user: var formField = new FormField{Name = $"Signature ({member.Name})",InputType = FormField.InputTypeEnum.SIGNATURE,ContentType = FormField.ContentTypeEnum.SIGNATURE,Required = true,Assignee = participant.Id,Locations = new List<FormFieldLocation>{new FormFieldLocation{PageNumber = 2,Top = 100,Left = 100,Width = 150,Height = 30}}}   All the others signers are placed correcty in the document (so page 2 instead of the last page 4).What do I have to do to have the first signer placed correctly?
