Adobe Acrobat Sign

"Send Settings" is missing from my Admin panel. Per support article, this should be the place where I can enable Document Expiration settings. Please help. Thank you

I don't want people to have to fill out the same information multiple times although legally it is required to be in certain places multiple times (usually the beginning and end of a document).I would like to use a cloned field to do this so they fill it out once and yet it appears in all the places it should after filling it out once. Currently, this process sucks - clone, click, drag and drag and drag and drag.  You'd think the developers were fans of Ru Paul with these amounts of field drag.  Welp, I am not a fan of drag.  I want a field within the field (if you know what I mean) --- one that says "Move to page ___" and then when I change that field within the field object (to be a bit more clear) - the object then goes poof off and a way to that page - to which I can easily scroll or navigate to on my own to then click and unfortunately drag to the right position on that page, much lighter lift! Upvote if you hate this too. 

I need to do a set up that will make an user a default approver (not signer) before the actual signatory.  User 1 (signatory)User 2 (approver) User 2 (approver) should always approve any and every document before the User 1 (signatory) as a default. This shoudl follow all workflows involving the User 1 (signatory). How can we set this up?

I posted a response to somebody else's similar issues, but I would like to list the issues that are making it VERY time consuming for me to even use this Adove Sign software. I have Acrobat DC Pro with Adobe Sign, and it's up to date. Running it on updated version of Windows, have my Adobe account signed in as I should, etc. Here are my issues:1. When preparing a document for e-signatures, there is no way to "undo" anything. For example, if I delete a field and then I want to quickly undo that so it comes back, it won't do it. In my case, it happens a lot whereby Adobe automatically creates the yellow e-sign fields for fields that already existed and were filled by me in the original PDF before I went to set it up for e-signing. I should not have to flatten a fillable form and save it as a new version prior to doing an e-signature requests just so it'll stop doing this.2. If a form field was pre-filled as in the example above, it would be nice if I could right click on it, and tell it

I am honestly worried about Adobe's substance abuse. They keep assuring me that they don't have a problem and they can quit whenever they want to. But then they keep releasing embarassing products and taking away features that people like only to replace them with some of the worst ideas I've ever heard of. This is addictive and destructive behavior and I think we should organize an intervention. Despite knowing EXACTLY how many users clicked back to the "Classic Experience" from the default "New Experience", they are still going ahead with this anti-user UI where all clicks are multiplied and your normal workflow will be twice as long as it was. Did an Adobe executive watch mad men and thought drinking at work is a good idea? I really have no explanation for the state of Adobe's software offerings other than straight up, drunken stupidity.  I guess I shouldn't be surprised these decisions are coming from the makers of Acrobat! Adobe sign 내 디지털 ID 서명을 하기 위해 인증서를 발급하여 공용 드라이브에 저장하였습니다.   고용 드라이브에 저장된 디지털 ID인증서를 통해 각 담당자들이 디지털 서명을 완료한 이후에 서명이 완료된 문서를 열면 [서명이 유효한지 알 수 없다]는 다음과 같은 안내 메세지가 나옵니다. 제가 서명한 디지털 서명은 [서명이 유효함]이 확인이 되는데 제가 아닌 다른 두분이 서명한 디지털 서명은 [서명이 유효하지 않음] 이라는 메세지가 뜹니다.  어떻게 조치를 할 수 잇는건가요??또한, 디지털 ID의 인증서의 유효기한은 5년으로 설정되는것으로 알고 있는데 만료되고 나면, 이전에 서명한 문서들은 유효성이 어떻게 되는건가요?? 추가적으로 인증서를 저장해두었던, 저장 경로나 인증서 파일의 저장 이름을 변동하는 경우에도인증서의 유효성이 사라지는 것인가요??? 확인 부탁드립니다. 

Someone on our team account keeps getting the following email. I am the admin on the account, however, I did not provide this. I can only assign licenses for Creative Suite and Adobe Acrobat. This person has Adobe Acrobat DC Pro already. The email address it's coming from is adobesign@adobesign.com. Can someone tell me if this email is legit, or do we need to to mark it as phishing email? I've contacted our account manager, and to no suprised, I haven't heard back. 

I am trying to trial AdobeSign and went through preliminary configuration and setup the AdobeSign button. I am trying to figure out how to configure AdobeSign to send an SMS text instead of an email. Could someone please point me in the direction of those instructions? I am somehow unable to find these either on the support site or via google. Thank you.

Do senders need individual accounts to send a document for Esignature even if they are part of the organization that has an enterprise account with Adobe?

Hello there, I am having trouble sending an agreement to my recipient. Whenever I tried to send my agreement, I would get an email from Adobe Sign stating, "We had a problem processing your document,"can you let me know if I am doing something wrong or/and need to fix something on my end.

Hello, I have an enterprise user that's getting the status message of "bounced and could not be delivered" when sending our documents from Adobe Sign. Hoping to get assistance with tracing the failure from the Adobe side. Our IT department has checked our mail server and there is no inbound email attempt from Adobe Sign to deliver the message to the target user. This implies that the email transmission was terminated well before any delivery attempt. Also note that no changes have been made to the email configuration on our end. AdobeSign's domains are on our allow list. The recipient(s) email address is correct and the target mailbox is active. Please advise. Thank you.

I have tried to login to the Adobe Sign app (which I have used with no problems for the past 2 years) on my iPad and after logging in, it takes me to the main Adobe screen.  Then when I try to click on "Get e-signatures" it won't do anything because I can't get the app because I'm already in it!  This is extremely frustrating!!  I have tried restarting my iPad, deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing is working.  As you can see from the screenshots, I am logging into Adobe Sign but that is not where I am taken!

The Classic Cersion of Adobe acrobat as of 2025 alloowed you to right click on a Initial field and select "Repeat Field on all Pages" and it would be copied to the same location on each page, allowing you to add an initial field to many pages at once saving much time. The new version of Adobe Acrobat as of 2025 does not have this option. You used to be able to right click a field and repeat on each page. After the update I cannot find this option anywhere. I have reverted to the old acrobat for now.  Please let me know where this option is now.

Hello ,I am having a big problem .My customers with a iMac, iPad or iPhone, cannot sign my documents because it won't send. Signing does not work on iOs.It looks like (when I call them) there is no send button, after they sign the document.I'm still having no good answers or sollution.Windows/Chrome works fine.Peter

I sent out an agreement but forgot to click "Delegate to signer " for one of the approver groups.  Do I have to  cancel the agreement to fix that?

Hi all,Hope anyone could help me to resolve my Acrobat request e-sign Authentication failed issue.  I do have the Enterprise licenses for Acrobat Pro with other service included Acrobat Sign.  After I selected the document, request e-sign, enter the email address and click on button "Specify where to sign" it shows Authentication failed.   Already tried below from Adobe admin account- Unassign and assign back the Acrobat Pro license to user account- Delete user account from admin and recreate the account I also checked Acrobat software is running the latest version and ran repair but it still doen't help...Would anyone can help?  Thanks.

디지털 ID를 생성한 후에 sign 솔루션으로 전자 서명을 요청할떄 [디지털 서명]으로 요청하면디지털 ID를 통해 서명이 되는것이 아닌가요???아래 사진과 같이 디지털 ID를 생성하고 아래 사진과 같이 디지털 서명으로 승인을 요청해도 전자 서명을 할때에는 아래 그림과 같은 화면만 나와서 디지털 ID를 통한 서명이 불가합니다.. 해결 방법을 알려주세요

Hello community,we have a process with one of our customer where we have to use Adobe Sign with a signature card from D-Trust or TeleSec. We use the card reader Reiner SCT and the corresponding driver is cyberJack.To be able to sign in this combination our customer told us to buy the middleware "Nexus Personal", but this is no freeware.I have seen Nexus Personal has a lot of functions that we will not need. Our single goal is to connect Adobe Acrobat Reader to our Card Reader and to sign.Is there another possibility to connect Adobe Acrobar Reader to the card reader Reiner SCT?Thanks for your help.Best regardsHeiko

어도비 사인 솔루션으로 서명을 완료하게 되면(계약이 완료되면) 원본 문서는 자동으로 첨부된 사진 처럼 스토리지 클라우드에 저장이 되는걸로 알고있습니다. 서명이 완료된(계약이완료된) 문서를 스토리지 클라우드에서 영구삭제를 하는 방법이 없나요?  

Hello. I need to ensure that the signatory of a document does not receive the final signed copy via email. Could someone from your team please contact me to assist with this request? As per the solution: Account tab->Account settings->Global settings and uncheck "Attach signed pdf copy" and save. Image is pretty self explanatory. Some fields loading flawlessly, others wildly incorrect. Form was working perfect less than four weeks ago. Support are unable to fix - rending the software useless.  Any help from community greatly appreciated. (legacy & new forms same issue)  Thank you in advance
