Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi Adobe Sign (users),Is it also possible to create a workflow where the recipient (cc) is specified per document and only for that document? I'm looking for the ability to sign a set of documents (say 5 PDFs) in one flow where, after having received the signatures, the documents are send out to five different departments. The problem is that these departments are not allowed to see the other documents; as would currently happen if I enter all of their email addresses in the cc field. Any ideas on how I can achieve this using Adobe Sign?Background: I'm trying to assess whether we can use Adobe Sign to automate our current business process in which we are still signing documentation with a 'wet' signature. In this process we sign 5 to 15 different documents at once, and send these out to various other departments within the business or external. The easy solution in Adobe Sign is to create a separate flow per document, but that would be too much of an e-mail burden on the users.Thanks f

I frequently send documents for signature to colleagues, and it works smoothly for all of my colleagues except for one. Most times when I send her a document through Adobe Sign (signing set to 'sign in any order') and she sends it back to me, the signature field will look as though no signature was added (the prompt to digitally sign is still there). We have been trying to figure out the issue for a while, and today found that if she manually validates each of the previous digital signatures, that she then has the ability to digitally sign and submit through the system.Any ideas why this might be? Maybe there's an account setting I can help her change to circumvent this additional validation step? Help and advice are appreciated, thanks!

Hello,I am creating a number of PDF's that need to be filled out by one person and then signed by another person as soon as the form is completed.  One person is using an intake form and the other person is answering the questions.  When the form is complete the person answering the questions needs to be able to sign the form.  The forms are completed on Surface Pro's that have a pen and finger signature capabilities.  Is this possible with Adobe Fill & Sign?  If not, how else can this be completed.  I don't want the person filling out the form have to email it to the recipient for signature, the person that signs the form may or may not have access to a computer and ma not even have an email address.  I am creating the forms in Adobe Pro DC, using the Adobe products is there any way to accomplish this?Kind regards,Joh

Our company does not currently use Adobe Sign.We are wondering if Adobe Sign has the option to create a table to add to a document - and then also add the desired text boxes and drop downs associated with the table for the signer to fill out.If that option exists in Adobe Sign it might have an option to select a desired number of rows and columns to put in the table to add to the document, which is a feature we are looking for. Only some of our documents would need this additional table as an option to put in. Does an option of a table exist in Adobe Sign?

This workflow did not solve my problem.  I am using Adobe Pro Acrobat DC.  I do not see anywhere to add a digital signature.  Please help.

I am having this exact same issue, and my name cannot be changed in my profile. I have a business account, so I don't know why Adobe Sign would send the invoices with my personal name anyway? Can you please email me and let me know how to make the change this information, or can you please do it for me?

Using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 20.19.010.20099.  Have two licenses for Adobe Sign (formerly Echosign).  Constantly, as in several times a week, sometimes multiple times a day, the software will not work with Adobe Sign.  Normally, we load the document (done), click on the Adobe Sign link on the right (done), it confirms the file we are sending and click Continue (done), and then it should prompt for the addressee.  Unfortunately, even though we are signed in, it prompts "Adobe Sign, Send documents for signature in a few simple steps" and a button that says "Upgrade."  Well, we're already paying customers!  It was working ten minutes ago.  If you click on "Upgrade" it opens a browser and prompts for payment.  Well, that's not what we we want.  We close by clicking "close" in the upper right, but it starts the process over again.  Obviously, it does not know we are paid users.  So, we click on the profile icon in the far upper right,

Hi, Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem:I need to send an agreement to a client and want to include fields in the form that I will need to fill in once the client is happy - and then a completed PDF will be sent to both of us. Adobe Sign works fine when I just put in fields for the client, but if I include fields for myself in there, I get: Error message: Incomplete reply from server.Thanks.

Creating a template that i am going to send for signature.  Added fields and then saved.  I lose the template and all the fields and then I get a Session error.  I have also tried to add fields (via Preview and Add Fields) before I send for signature and also get a session error.  First time this has happened and it happens in both Chrome and Safari.Has anyone experienced this issue and have a potential idea of how to resolve?Andy

As of yesterday every Echosign url is getting redirected to document cloud which has obviously broken the API sign-in experience in Microsoft flow, when you try to add a new connection or want to change an existing one.Could someone please shed some light on this because sign in Microsoft Flow is now effectively unusable. massivefail​

This was working fine up until a couple of weeks ago.  Now when I click the link in an email to sign I get the following:The webpage at https://cloud.acrobat.com/sendforsignature might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.I have tried on a number of difference devices personal and business so not linked to VPN block or anything like that.Any ideas?

When I sign in to the Adobe Sign App on my iPad, I have to go through two log in's. After signing in the App looks and behaves like the desktop Browser version, not the App. Thus, we cannot do simple things like hand the iPad over for in person signing.

I am creating a dashboard using the API2.0. I found out that when you request hourly data eg orders. The data refreshes in half hour chunks. The values for future time are always zero. So there is now way to know if the hour data is completely processed or not. Is there anyway to get completely processed data for an hour ?

HI, I have installed the Adobe sign for Salesforce and Added the Lightning component 'Agreement panel' (which came in the package) on the Contract Page layout. I sent a document out for signature. I get it back signed. Now I need to import that document into another PDF but I get a error saying doc is protected???I did not add a password to this document. The currency symbol and decimals disappear anytime Im ready to send for signature. It shows on my end but when i hit "Fill and Sign" the $ and the .00 disappear and it looks unprofessional.Please help, is there a way to fix this? I have already changed the format, picked currency symbol and decimals.
