Adobe Acrobat Sign

When I sign on the document, Everytime Adobe selects a fonts randomly display it like soPrior to an update, my signature font was like this.I want to use a same font before update, when I sign on the my documents.Can you teach me, How to change font on e-signatureDiscussion moved from Adobe Creative Cloud to Adobe Sign by moderator.

I have a document with space for 2 signatures. I though there was a way for me to sign first and then it will send the document for another recipient to sign. So far I can't even sign the document myself. Or do I send to the recipient for signature first and have them send it back to me for signature?

Hello,I just reviewed the Adobe Sign trial for one of my customers. They basically want to send agreement automatically upon an entity record save.I didn't find any way in the Adobe Sign documentation about how to do this. So, I have started looking into the attribute mapping when user creates an agreement using an agreement template. And then my idea is to write a plugin or custom action that could be called by a workflow or a dialog to automatically create and send an agreement based upon an agreement template.I can code this and on it now, but I wanted to know if there is any better option to achieve this requirement? Any help is greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Over the last few months, we've started getting this message whenever we search our docs:"Due to the size of your account, only agreements from the last 45 days were loaded."We need to be able to search back infinitely. Why is this happening and how can it be fixed?Thanks,Stephanie

I created an Interactive PDF with InDesign, with a simple image rollover and trigger.Is there a way to use these in Adobe Sign? Acrobat doesn't appear to let me convert my Interactive PDF to an Adobe Sign document: it strips the interactive fields/buttons.

I just sent two documents for signature with no issue.  I went to send the third document and have been receiving the same error message over and over again.  "an error occurred while connecting to the service".  I have opened and closed the program.

How do we access our archived documents from the old version of ADOBE SIGN ?  How do we archive new documents on ADOBE SIGN?

Hi,I'm using the AdobeSign plugin on my sharepoint online document library to sign my leases.I've setup up a lease content type with typical metadata which I embedded in the word document:Sharepoint metadata field "Occupation date" maps to "occupation date" in documentSharepoint metadata field "Start date" maps to "Commencement date" in documentSharepoint metadata field "End date" maps to "Termination date" in documentWhen I've completed all the metadata and I'm ready to send the document for signature, I've noticed that when I send the lease for signature the occupation, start and end dates come out a day earlier in the PDF document review when I'm dropping in the signing tabs in the AdobeSign interface, than what they were displaying in the document library metadata view (See row circled in red NOT the selected file in blue).This has happened with a number of leases that were sent for signature but I only realised this now.The fields are mapped correctly but the values change. Previous to the update, this worked great.  After the update, new recipients no longer receive the documents or reminders.  There are no notifications of undeliverable emails.  They just seem to go into the ether.  This is happening to me and my coworker, and to recipients both inside and outside our organization.Recipients added after the update do not receive documents for signature, nor updates.

I signed my first docment on adobe sign, but I could not center it on the signature field. Although this is not technically relevant, documents look more professional when the electronic signature follows a hardcopy like pattern. Is the a way to center it?Regards,

I have a need to embed a widget on a microsite. We want our customers to be able to populate their id# then pull the info in to that widget from Salesforce (basic info.. dealer name , address). Then once completed push the agreement back in to that record. Has anyone done this , or is there an easy way? I have set up the call back site in SF but would love some insight as it seems possible just don't khow where to start.

The web interface for adobe sign changed to document cloud a few weeks ago.  It is now painfully slow.  It takes several minutes to load each page.  Eventually each pages does load (usually) but only after waiting a long, long time!  It used to be lightening fast.  What happened and how do we fix it??  There is no way we can use adobe sign like this.

Since the recent update, I am unable to open "Send for Signature" pdf's displayed on Adobe Document Cloud.

I have contract documents that need to be signed internally and externally. For external signers, I want to restrict view access to certain documents. For example, the internal signer requires proof of our legal's approval attached to the contract document before he/she signs. However, I don't want a copy of legal's approval sent to the external party. Can I restrict view access to certain documents without disrupting the signer workflow that I've created?

On iOS you cannot access the "sign in person" feature which is available on the Android app.The iOS app displays the same page as you see on a desktop, instead of the app version of Adobe Sign which is found on Android. Please fixAndroid Version iOS versionThank You

Hello, I have been using Adobe sign for awhile now with no problems. A few days ago, I started using a new system, Windows 10, 64 bit. Now, when I try and download a document that I have sent through Adobe sign to someone else, and they sign, I'm unable to download the document. Adobe only gives me the option to print a blank copy. I’ve successfully setup a Template with 4 signature merge tags, and have been able to assign recipients to them. For example...Tenant 1{{*Sig_es_:signer1:signature}}Tenant 2{{*Sig_es_:signer2:signature}}Owner 1{{*Sig_es_:signer3:signature}}Owner 1{{*Sig_es_:signer4:signature}}This usually works perfectly, but in a Letting Agent scenario there could be 1 tenant and 2 owners - and therefore the first Owner would end up signing the “Tenant 2” field.Is there a way round this? Can I use custom labels, such as {{*Sig_es_:owner1:signature}}?

Hi All,Have added multiple signatures into PDF file pragmatically. After deleting the one signature from the PDF file pragmatically, other signatures are becoming invalid.Is there any solution defined for this?

Hi,No templates appear in the  'Adobe sign library' template files option list in Salesforce for certain users, all users have the same Salesforce permissions and are associated to the same group in Adobe sign. Anybody else encounter this issue  before?thank you
