Adobe Acrobat Sign

I signed my first docment on adobe sign, but I could not center it on the signature field. Although this is not technically relevant, documents look more professional when the electronic signature follows a hardcopy like pattern. Is the a way to center it?Regards,

I have a need to embed a widget on a microsite. We want our customers to be able to populate their id# then pull the info in to that widget from Salesforce (basic info.. dealer name , address). Then once completed push the agreement back in to that record. Has anyone done this , or is there an easy way? I have set up the call back site in SF but would love some insight as it seems possible just don't khow where to start.

Hi,This might be a simple question, but want to be sure just the same.If I change the default email address in my Adobe Sign Profile, will I still have access to all signed docs that were being used on my previous email.Thanks for any confirmation.

The web interface for adobe sign changed to document cloud a few weeks ago.  It is now painfully slow.  It takes several minutes to load each page.  Eventually each pages does load (usually) but only after waiting a long, long time!  It used to be lightening fast.  What happened and how do we fix it??  There is no way we can use adobe sign like this.

Since the recent update, I am unable to open "Send for Signature" pdf's displayed on Adobe Document Cloud.

I have contract documents that need to be signed internally and externally. For external signers, I want to restrict view access to certain documents. For example, the internal signer requires proof of our legal's approval attached to the contract document before he/she signs. However, I don't want a copy of legal's approval sent to the external party. Can I restrict view access to certain documents without disrupting the signer workflow that I've created?

On iOS you cannot access the "sign in person" feature which is available on the Android app.The iOS app displays the same page as you see on a desktop, instead of the app version of Adobe Sign which is found on Android. Please fixAndroid Version iOS versionThank You

Hello, I have been using Adobe sign for awhile now with no problems. A few days ago, I started using a new system, Windows 10, 64 bit. Now, when I try and download a document that I have sent through Adobe sign to someone else, and they sign, I'm unable to download the document. Adobe only gives me the option to print a blank copy. I get the error message below:Please help! Thank you!

I’ve successfully setup a Template with 4 signature merge tags, and have been able to assign recipients to them. For example...Tenant 1{{*Sig_es_:signer1:signature}}Tenant 2{{*Sig_es_:signer2:signature}}Owner 1{{*Sig_es_:signer3:signature}}Owner 1{{*Sig_es_:signer4:signature}}This usually works perfectly, but in a Letting Agent scenario there could be 1 tenant and 2 owners - and therefore the first Owner would end up signing the “Tenant 2” field.Is there a way round this? Can I use custom labels, such as {{*Sig_es_:owner1:signature}}?

Hi All,Have added multiple signatures into PDF file pragmatically. After deleting the one signature from the PDF file pragmatically, other signatures are becoming invalid.Is there any solution defined for this?

Hi,No templates appear in the  'Adobe sign library' template files option list in Salesforce for certain users, all users have the same Salesforce permissions and are associated to the same group in Adobe sign. Anybody else encounter this issue  before?thank you

I have been using the same jpeg image for my signature on previous versions of Acrobat Reader.  On the newest version the signature appears too large for any image document, always alert me that the image file is to large and select a different file smaller than 20 MB but the image that I selected is just a size by 11 KB. I'm using Windows 10 64 bits, please your help to solve this issue asap.Thanks.

Several months ago, I signed a 3 year contract with Adobe Sign for a business account for my company.  Turns out we don't have need of this particular option and would like to cancel the subscription.  Can't find any mention of cancelling a business account for Adobe Sign on the various web pages so does this mean we're stuck?

Hello,This is probably a dumb question, but I can't find anywhere that explicitly says one way or the other.When I create a merge mapping of fields, can I map fields that have Adobe tags in them, like es_signer?  I would like to, but I can duplicate the field names if necessary.  I want to place the signer's company and name from account and contact records respectively, into the document. Some of our clients use DocuSign. Sometimes they require us to sign a document first and email them the file. We sign through Adobe SIgn but they can't sign our document using DocuSign. Is there a way so that they can do that?

Mes commerciaux n'ont pas que ça à faire que d'aller sur votre site toute la journée, j'ai donc besoin des liens qui fonctionnent. Need to change the user/sender name associated with an email address for one of our users in Adobe Sign (formerly EchoSign). I have tried deactivating the user, but EchoSign will not allow me to assign another name to that same email address. The email address is generic for a group of people. Cannot believe this is not an option, but any help appreciated.

Edited to add the answer: Export your user list, select to update the user option, then bulk upload the users with this file. Figured this out by myself using the "what harm can come" theory. At any rate, it works, it's easy, and Adobe should post that solution in an FAQ somewhere.Hope you find this helpfulBrenda
