I recently downloaded the Adobe Fill and Sign through the Google Play Store onto my Samsung Galaxy S8 cellphone. I attempted to share a signed document to my google drive and was met with an error sign that indicated I did not have enough storage space on my device. The document is approximately 259 kb and I have a little over 37GB of storage space left on my device. I have successfully been able to share two signed documents that were approximately 70 kb in size. I would like to know the steps I can take to enable the signing and sharing of documents that are fairly small in size, though more than one page at a time. I have attempted to uninstall and re-download the application with no success.

For digital seals of drawings by NC registered architects, the NC Statutes require that security comply with Federal Information Processing Standards FIPS 180-4, "Secure Hash Standard," amended August 2015.  Does Adobe Sign comply with that standard?

Is there a way to add a password to the Send for Signature in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC like there is for Adobe Sign?  Do you get an Adobe Sign account with Adobe DC?

Hello - I have a workflow of 6 documents and one of the documents is a pre-employment physical form that needs to be printed by the recipient and taken to the clinic. All other documents should be signed in Adobe Sign and sent back. Is there a way for me to designate to the sender the document they need to print - and how would they do that?Thank you,

We have been using sign forms for the 6 months without any issues, then this week we are not able to fill out the sign forms and send them off to customers. We pick the form, enter the email address and prepares the document, but then when we go to fill in the information to submit, we are not able to type information into the pre-assigned text boxes, We are only able to move the boxes, add boxed etc, but not able to type into them.We have tried to create a new sign form and we have the same result.

Hi Everyone,For one of our customer Adobe eSign feature is already implemented for internal users in Salesforce. Now we want to rollout the Adobe eSign feature to "Customer Community Plus" users (External users).I gave all the object permissions. When I try to invoke following method "echosign_dev1.AgreementTemplateService.load( [AgreementTemplateId] , [RecordId] );" from my class, i was reported with following exception "Permission denied. Unable to insert field echosign_dev1__Recipient_Type__c in object: echosign_dev1__SIGN_Recipients__c" in debug logs.Also I tried  Send "On Behalf Of" feature specified in the following document "Adobe Sign for Self Signing (Community Cloud) ". No Luck.My question is: Will Adobe eSign work with Community user (External Users) ? If yes help me in resolving the above issue. If it doesn't support for external users what will be work around ?Appreciate you help.

So we have an application where adobe-esign is integrated as a 3rd party application using OAuth flow. So we could actively access adobe-esign APIs using OAUTH by creating an APP and providing call back URL and integrating Client key and secret from the APP. Everything was working fine till 1st of September, but from 2nd September onwards we are continuously failing to integrate adobe-esign with an error being client configuration is invalid: invalid_request. We tried creating one trial account and we could integrate with that successfully but having a problem with current integration. Si anyone else facing the same issue?

I have activated Adobe Sign for our Egnyte account, but when I seek to use it, I get the following error message from Adobe Missing credentials, please configure your Adobesign account or ask your admin to configure and enable service account. When in the account, the signature and all information is set up. Need some assistance please.

I have two saved Adobe Sign templates that I created half a year ago, both with areas for me to "prefill".  Both templates worked properly until the Sept 6 update.  Since the update, neither template works.  Specifically, when I enter email addresses and "send" the template, the next step would normally be that the template displays in the browser as a form for me to prefill.  However, since the update, the template doesn't show up as a form for me to prefill but rather shows up as the template in the "create/edit" mode.  Help!  How can I overcome this?  Is there a patch in the works to rectify the Sept 6 update?

I have sent an AdobeSign proof to one address, and cc'ed to a second address. Only one of them needs to sign it off for approval. How can I save it without a second signature?

I just switched from Adobe Sign Business pricing to the Team pricing.  I was told by someone in Adobe customer suppor I could not move templates from Business to Team due to a "shard" issue.  I find that hard to believe.  I paid Adobe $500 to develop one of the templates. I would hate to have to do it again.  Does anyone have a workaround?Thanks,Jim

Hello guys,I was looking for a possibility to let my customers sign for example a SEPA mandate on my mobile phone to make things a lot easyer.Now I have seen there are two programs from Adobe to do that. And my question is where the difference between "Adobe sign" and "Adobe sign&fill" is. Is "Adobe sign&fill" only for my own documents? Because the signature gets kind of "saved" in the app. Isn't there much potential to copy a signature and do bad stuff with it? Should i use the other App for it?Im very thankful for answers in advance, because i couldn't find any help on google or Adobe. I can't call Adobe I think.With kind regards, Sebastian Flory

I'm trying to add Twitter account to my Adobe Sign account so that I can get extra send outs per month. I sign into Twitter, authorize and it brings me back to Adobe Sign - signin and never completes... Tried Firefox, Chrome Edge and IE11 on 3 computers.
