Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello,I´m pretty sure Adobe sign can do this, but I somehow didn´t manage to do it, although I read a lot exporting to csv etc....Here´s what I would like to do:- I want the worker in a Company to fill out a form and send it to a Supervisor.- Supervisor can edit, or put more data into the form and sign it.- Supervisor sends it to another Supervisor to sign it and close it.After the finished process the file shile be exportet to a NAS Server, and the data that was filled it, shall be exportet to a Excel file.The Excel file is supposed to hold all the Information, that was collected in severeal of the forms, so that I can filter within the Excel file and find the right documents.I hope anyone can help me with this.How can I tell the odf, which part of the form is supposed to be in which cell of the Excel file?Thanls for your helpAndy

I use my documents for contracts that involve the music industry. One of the documents calls for multiple signatures. But it can vary from 2-7 signatures. Is there a way to not change the document everytime or is there an option to skip certain signatures. I really do not want to change the document every single time i need to send it out. hi,really sorry new to all this, and I apologies if this has been covered but I cannot see it anywhere.I own a small alarm company and we use adobe e-signature on some occasions.I wanted to ask is anyone aware of a similar product but with the ability for us to add costs in and the ability for the form to add or subtract if the client chooses options on the form.e.g option1               10.00          tick box if required     option 2               30.00          tick box if required     total to be added up and shown In a total box below.does anyone know of a product that does this ??andy

We are trying to use Adobe Sign specifically for in person signing.  Employees visit locations and need signatures on documents.  I have a couple questions:1)  When going to in person signing you have to enter an email address.  Is there a way to turn this off and save them locally?  We do not need the documents emailed to everyone.  Or is there a way we can input our own email address?  We have tried and the app says you cannot send to yourself.2)  We have some documents that need to have multiple signatures by different people.  The signer and a witness, some documents have to be signed by 3 -4 people.  How do we go about this?  If we choose to have the document signed and choose the Draw option there is a text box below the space where they draw their signature.  We can change the name in this text box but when a second person goes to sign the document and type their name in the text box it changes the previous text.Thank y

Hi,I've created a form in Adobe Acrobat which I need to be able to be signed on mobile devices, ie. iPads. As I understand, using Fill & Sign will be able to do this, but how do I access my created PDF on my iPad? The Document cloud doesn't seem to be an option, only local storage? I'm sure I'm just missing something quite simple! Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi, I have a problem sending For Signature (Adobe Sign) a document which is already signed with a Certificate (Adobe Acrobat Pro 11).Here's the situation :Person 1 signs with Certificate (Acrobat) a template containing fields to be later used with Adobe Sign.This person doesn't use the fields but rather signs elsewhere (above) using the Certificate function.Person 2 (me) receives by email this signed document and starts the signature cycle with Adobe Sign. The fields for this are already on the form.The problem is, when I use the For Signature button, the document is converted and the first signature is erased.I have done this before and it works great. But now for some reason this first signature disappears. Can anyone help?Person 1 uses Acrobat Pro v11I use Acrobat DC with the Adobe Sign optionThks,Louis

Hi AllI need help/advice.We have a guest house, i have a new registration form that incorporates the new GDPR consents.I need our guest to sign this form electronically. I need to be able to save it in their name, then use the form again for the next guest. A repetitive task/form.Ive bought an iPad and stylus, but need an app or software to enable me to do this.I am not that IT literate and need something simple to help me achieve my goals here.Ideas and pointers please?

HII have sent out a document to number of people to sign, they have come back saying that they are being asked to sign up to Adobe (and pay  a fee) before it will let them sign.How do I change this?  My account is a business account and I have sent out a load of documents to sign without any problems so not sure why this one is behaving differently?Any suggestions welcomedthanksNicola

I'm trying to send for signature from the Adobe Sign iPad app. I'm using a template that works as designed when I access from the web. When I use the app (which I'd like to do because I want to use in person signature feature), I get the following error:Transaction failed because of a server error: unable to complete request. Unknown form fields provided (name of field)The form loads, but I get this error when signing. I get the error whether I initiate using "In Person Signature" or "Send for Signature". If I access the same template from a browser on the iPad, I do not see this error. I am supposed to train a sales team tomorrow and the in person signature feature was a big driver of this implementation! Can anyone help?

Good Morning. I would like to test the trial version, but we have not yet allocated an Admin account for Adobe in Office 365. If we test the trial version using a current SharePoint admin user account, can we change it later to the  AdobeAdmin@domain.co.za account once we purchase the Adobe Sign package?

I sent a document to a client to sign. He did. Document came back to me to sign. Document notes indicate I am to sign two time, but the prompts/flags to do this do not appear - I cannot sign the document. What to do?

I have tried all sorts and read all sorts but I can't find any property in the widgets endpoint that allows to specify a page number.

I've signed the agreement myself and added two signatories , with their correct email addresses which have supposedly been sent.  They have not been received and neither has a follow up agreement. Is there anywhere to report this or get help? Thanks

There are posts from only several days ago saying where to find it in your Developer account, but for me the API Key and/or Integration Key isn't there.Am I missing something?Many thanks.

Hi,I'm trying to figure out if we are able to implement the following process with Adobe Sign to automatize our DPA signing process.Required signing flow:    0) (Prerequisite) We preconfigure a DPA template and register a server application for API usage on Adobe Sign admin portal.    1) Our client actively starts the DPA signing process online on our website, by providing the contact data of their employee, who can lawfully sign the DPA from their side.    2) We prepare an envelope server side though your API for signing, providing the contacts of the signer of our client.    3)Adobe Sign send the document to our legal office (first signer) in an automatic email.    4)Our legal office signs the DPA.    5) After we signed it, our client receives the document for signing (in an automatic email, from Adobe Sign).    6) Our client signs the DPA.    7) All recipients rece

Hi, I am currently on the 14 day trial to see if Adobe Sign is the right product for me.  I was attempting to do some test runs by emailing out a document for signature. On all three attempts, the first Send for Signature email never appears in the recipient's inbox or spam, even after adding the email address to the contact.  However, the "Reminder" email sent appears without any issue.Is this a known problem? Will we always have to send a reminder email for any of our documents to get sent out?

G'day, I have created a document for two specific groups to use as a 'Reusable Document' and 'Any user in my group'. The problem is when someone loads the document for signing they are able to edit the document unsure why as none of the users within the groups can only send documents and delegate to a different user.Thanks your help will be greatly appreciated as I have been looking at group policies etc for hours !!!!!!

We use Multiple sheet PDFs and an engineer needs to stamp each sheet. Right now we'd have to stamp (add certificate) to one sheet, save, close, open and stamp the next sheet, etc.Ideally we want to open, add a certified signature to many pages before saving and closing. Can Adobe Sign do this?
