ServiceNow Kingston upgrade results in the workflow failing after document is sent to Adobe Sign. Returned document is never retrieved.

Hello, I am evaluating Nintex Workflow with AdobeSign for SharePoint 2013 and 2016 for an implementation project for a client. I can't seem to find any online documentation or videos on how this connector works or it's workflow. Can anyone point me to the right direction to find out more?

Good Morning. I would like to test the trial version, but we have not yet allocated an Admin account for Adobe in Office 365. If we test the trial version using a current SharePoint admin user account, can we change it later to the  AdobeAdmin@domain.co.za account once we purchase the Adobe Sign package?

Adobe Sign does not let me send documents lately.I get this error message:The request provided is invalid (with an API code)See screen grab attachedbut it does not explain what kind of error, nor what I'm supposed to do???Please advise

I sent a document to a client to sign. He did. Document came back to me to sign. Document notes indicate I am to sign two time, but the prompts/flags to do this do not appear - I cannot sign the document. What to do?

Hi all,I am creating a widget using the following:{   "widgetCreationInfo": {   "fileInfos": [  {   "transientDocumentId": id['transientDocumentId']  }  ],   "formFieldLayerTemplates": [   {   "libraryDocumentId": "3AAABLblqZhBmYEc...."   }  ],   "name": 'NEW WIDGET'   }}The formFieldLayerTemplates adds singable fields - when using this property via the /agreements endpoint there is a locations property and when using the online GUI to add a template there is also the option to specify a page number. I have tried all sorts and read all sorts but I can't find any property in the widgets endpoint that allows to specify a page number.

I've signed the agreement myself and added two signatories , with their correct email addresses which have supposedly been sent.  They have not been received and neither has a follow up agreement. Is there anywhere to report this or get help? Thanks

I have just started to add Adobe EchoSign/ESign functionality to a client's CRM and I can't seem to find my API Key. There are posts from only several days ago saying where to find it in your Developer account, but for me the API Key and/or Integration Key isn't there.Am I missing something?Many thanks.

Hi,I'm trying to figure out if we are able to implement the following process with Adobe Sign to automatize our DPA signing process.Required signing flow:    0) (Prerequisite) We preconfigure a DPA template and register a server application for API usage on Adobe Sign admin portal.    1) Our client actively starts the DPA signing process online on our website, by providing the contact data of their employee, who can lawfully sign the DPA from their side.    2) We prepare an envelope server side though your API for signing, providing the contacts of the signer of our client.    3)Adobe Sign send the document to our legal office (first signer) in an automatic email.    4)Our legal office signs the DPA.    5) After we signed it, our client receives the document for signing (in an automatic email, from Adobe Sign).    6) Our client signs the DPA.    7) All recipients rece

Hi, I am currently on the 14 day trial to see if Adobe Sign is the right product for me.  I was attempting to do some test runs by emailing out a document for signature. On all three attempts, the first Send for Signature email never appears in the recipient's inbox or spam, even after adding the email address to the contact.  However, the "Reminder" email sent appears without any issue.Is this a known problem? Will we always have to send a reminder email for any of our documents to get sent out?

G'day, I have created a document for two specific groups to use as a 'Reusable Document' and 'Any user in my group'. The problem is when someone loads the document for signing they are able to edit the document unsure why as none of the users within the groups can only send documents and delegate to a different user.Thanks your help will be greatly appreciated as I have been looking at group policies etc for hours !!!!!!

We use Multiple sheet PDFs and an engineer needs to stamp each sheet. Right now we'd have to stamp (add certificate) to one sheet, save, close, open and stamp the next sheet, etc.Ideally we want to open, add a certified signature to many pages before saving and closing. Can Adobe Sign do this?

Any one have any ideas?

I am using Egnyte to send Adobe sign templates and I want to assign specific templates to certain people so when they click on send from Adobe they don't have to sort through all of my templates. As the Admin I have a bunch of templates and I only want specific people to access specific files. Any advice?

Hi,I am working with a form that requires multiple signatures and will be signed on the same computer. I have the signature form field properties set to change the document to "Read only" from the point that it's signed and above. The unsigned fields stay open. However, any signer has the ability to right-click and "clear  signatures." Is there a way to block or override that? TIA.

We have a situation where we have a customer service team that all send correspondence out from a client support email address. If we sign up to Adobe Sign using the client support email address, can multiple users send documents out for signing at the same time using the client support account?

The descenders in my drop downs are getting chopped off, even with very large input box. Anyone else seeing this?

The final PDF for download is overprinting some fields. I've checked the template and there is only one field but there are several places in my document where fields are over printing. Seems to happen randomly. Anyone else seeing this? Looks unprofessional, so I'd like to get to the bottom of this...

Is it possible to format a number entered into a Text Input field? For example, if user enters 1000, I want the form field to display 1,000. I am using number validation on the field, but don't see formatting options.

Hi there,I am working on development of creating Widget by use of HTTP Call from C#.I want to implement redirection from my application to get signing done uploaded document.I got success to redirect to signing Url and I also got success to redirect to my application.But What I am seeing here that agreements is created when signer will confirm email address from his email.I would like to avoid add email address during signing process and consequently not willing to confirm email address.I am using redirection to get document signed.Can anyone help me here ?
