how can i terminate my subscription with adobe at particular time?

i want to be able to send a pdf to be filled out by one of our trades as a JSA/SWMS as they need to fill it out for each job they do. sometimes they will have another trade come on site and help them out that trade then needs to sign the JSA as well. how to i send the PDF to the 1 trade person who is responsible for the job and have other signature boxes for if another trade happens to come on site and needs to sign off as well without having to send them the form?

Hi all,I have a question, we use Adobe sign to send our new starter form to new workers, the form is created in such a way that the new worker adds their details and attaches X documents as per the required fileds and then moves on to signing the document.Each form is sent with 1 participant and 1 approver (our office)My question: is there a way that once the document is completed and signed by the participant and it comes to our office for approval we are able to request the participant to amend the document, i.e if an item they have attached is not acceptable, or some additional detail needed?We have several instances when documents have come back to us for approval and a required attachment is not correct (they have tricked the system and taken a photo of a blank piece of paper or some equivelant)Please help with this as we are hitting a brick wall thus far, and having to decline the documents making the new workers start all over again and it is some times hard enough to get them t

Hello,We are wondering if it is possible to have the client sign/initial for each individual space? Our issue is not with signing for multiple signers, as we understand how to set that up. Right now they sign once, then “click to paste that signature” in every future signature location. But I am curious if we can set it to force the client to manually sign in every signature location. I am using Conga Composer to populate Word Templates with SalesForce Fields.  To do this, I am using the {{FieldName}} function.  However, this is the same as Adobe Tags.  The standard Tags work just fine with Composer, but when I use Text Tag Shortening, the Shortened Tag disappears.  All of my affected Tags are in tables.  I can think of only 2 solutions but I can't figure out how to get them to work.1)  Change the Tag adobe uses to a MergeField or something that won't be impacted by the Conga Composer piece.2)  adjust the tables to get rid of Wrapping.   This doesn't seem possible though. Any possible solutions? I appreciate the help!

I contacted Adobe multiples times asking for the price to upgrade from the Business Account to the Enterprise Account, and they say over the phone that had passed my details to the sales team  to contact me, but I am still waiting. Does anyone know the price difference between the accounts?

I have Adobe Sign on my PC at home and it automatically uploads the document and has more tools in the right column vs on my laptop running windows 10. Not sure what the difference is or if I'm missing some download but the major problem is not being able to "get others to sign". I receive an error message every time for the past couple of months that my session has timed out and to close the window and try again after the document is uploaded. Please help, this has me literally questioning whether to keep my subscription to a useless product...

Hi Everyone,Can adobe sign workflow be made to include manual signatures plus digital signatures? If I have individuals in a workflow who refuse to do a digital signature, is it possible to create a step where they sign a paper document? I'm guessing that the way to do this is route first to all willing to do digital signatures and end with those who will sign a paper copy.Thank you in advance for tips, tricks, steps, links to how-to resources, and in general for what ever advice the community offers.George B

I am trying to use the Adobe Sign with MS Word, using the Adobe Sign MS Word Add-In together with Office 365 (x64 edition)I have followed these instructions: Adobe Sign for Microsoft - Word/PowerPoint Add-in When I try to connect to the cloud account pressing "Send for Signature", the following happens1. I get a dialogue box saying : "Do you want to allow this website to open an application on your computer?"2. I press allow3. I get a new dialogue box saying "you need a new app top open osf-roaming.16"4. in Word I then get an error message saying "Add-in Error" - this add-in could not be started. How do I resolve this?

G'day all, I just got off a very disappointing chat session with one of the Support team, who tells me that a user account can be deleted.Of course, because it's a developer account, and not a paid account, she was unable to help me at all.So, in short.I have created a Developer account.Added a user account to this and the user was testing.The customer now wants their own Sign account and we deactivated the user account and tried to register them in the live account.Nope, an error saying that it is registered elsewhere.So, in short, how do I get this email address deleted from my developer account so it can be used in the customer's live account??Are we really expected to create a new email account each time we want a new user to test in the developer environment?Any answers gratefully accepted!Cheers!

Hello!I've been having trouble the past couple of days with sending documents to my clients to have them sign it.Before that, everything was working fine. I could send the documents and they'd send it back without any issues. But now, once I upload the document and click send, it shows me a little red box on top that says:"Agreement creation quota of the user is exhausted"I believe I have unlimited amounts of documents I can send. I've also waited a couple of days to see if maybe that'd solve the problem, but the same thing keeps coming up.I need to solve the issue urgently because my clients are depending on those documents to be sent, could anybody help me please??Much appreciated!!!!Thank you!

I have seen posts related to the ability to provide a callback URL to an Adobe sign document, but have not seen any instructions or field in the UI that allow this to be performed.  Has anyone done this?  If so, how?Thanks in advance...

In the past, I've used simple calculated fields in forms that I've filled out. I can pull up old documents/form templates and see the calculated fields. I can also add a new text box field in these document templates and have the drop-down of "Calculated Value"However, in any new form that I create, even if the calculated fields are working perfectly in Acrobat DC, they all revert to regular text fields when I move into Adobe Sign and I can't figure out a way to get them back.
