Adobe Acrobat Sign

Necesito ver "solo mi firma" y no encuentro la opción. I have a contract that requires a total of three signatures--mine (as the guy sending the document), and then two other individuals ("PERSON1" and "PERSON2"), who happen to both be represented by the same agent ("AGENT").  Is there a way that I can get AGENT to send the document to both PERSON1 and PERSON2?I tried listing the AGENT's address multiple times as a delegator and that didn't work.  Outside of having the AGENT give me the personal email addresses of PERSON1 and PERSON2 and sending the document to them directly, which absolutely won't happen, is there any way to get this to work?Thanks!Joseph

I'm trying to make sure that all fields are correctly assigned, and I've discovered something odd about some of my templates.Most are fine, but for several, the Recipients section doesn't show "Signer" as an option.  I can select Sender, Participant 1, Participant 2, or Anyone.  Signer isn't there.Is there any way to make it show up?  Any ideas about why it isn't?Edit: Figured it out.  Those were the ones where Name/Title/Date fields had been added, but Signature fields hadn't.  *headdesk*Edit 2: That was not the issue, that was a coincidence.  However, if I send out two templates at once, one with Signer fields and one with Participant 1 fields, it correctly assumes they should all be going to one person, so I'm not as worried about correcting this error.

We're looking at using Adobe Sign for our asset release forms in our office - everything is great so far, I was just wonder if there is a way to change the completed form's filename using data from the form?For example, once the form has been signed, it is just saved as 'asset agreement form' - however pre-signing, we fill in the Serial Number of the asset and the user it is associated with. Is there a way for the filename to automatically then say 'Asset Agreement Form - USER - SERIAL' or even just the user's name if possible?Thanks in advance.

I have multiple templates I am creating. Each template will contain about 50 pages... Two of those pages are exactly the same. Is there a way to create the page with the form fields filled out, save it somewhere in sign or even on my desk top, and then be able to use that prefilled out file to create a NEW template.

I have prepared a document with all sorts of fields, and I am at the end of this process, and adding a signature and initial fields options are not available. I have made numerous other documents without a problem, so this is really confusing me. Thanks.

Is it possible to send a document using Adobe Sign for SharePoint Online to many people at once (i.e. similar to the Mega Sign functionality available via the UI)? I would like to use the SharePoint integration to allow senders to select a document in a SharePoint library and have this sent to several hundred people to sign independently and then be able to store all signed copies separately (i.e. one signed copy per signer).

Hi,So today on our Echosign site/portal I created a new service account and provided them with access to the templates they require and to view agreements which have been sent out to customers etc.We have an API in place for our CRM where any new completed orders are auto-sent an e-sign document, however because the document goes through our CRM's API and a system account it looks like the service team, who should really manage the agreements. can't cancel outstanding/unsigned agreements?From the this link...Cancel an agreement "Only the sender of a document can cancel it.Only the sender of a document can cancel it."is there a way around this or something I'm missing in the config?ThanksStuart

I'm having a crazy time here.I've got an agreement template set up with Opportunity as the Master Object Type.I want to reference other objects.I have Account = {!Account.Id}. I have Opportunity = {!Id}. It is fine with that. If I try to put in {!Contract.Id}, then it starts spitting errors about there being no such relation. Even though it is clearly there, a standard field and all visibility being on.Where am I going wrong here?

Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer templates within Echosign to another user account? I have an account which has a lot of templates created by a legacy user, I would like to move these templates to another generic management account.ThanksStuart

When entering a recipient to send to, there is supposed to be an option to change from email to phone and other ways but when I click the down arrow there are no options... nothing drops down, it just grays out after I click on it.  I need to text to a few recipients and don't know how to fix this.  Any help?  Thanks

I run a summer camp.I have a (yes....) 9 page form that every parent/student needs to fill out.  However, their group leader must sign it, as well as the parent(s), and even their Region leader in some cases.Problem I have is- the Group leader is different in every case.  So, when the parent fills out the form, I want them to supply the group leader's email address, and have the system KNOW it needs to route the signature to the group leader.   Is that possible?So, the flow is:I upload the forms package once.Johnny Doe (or parent) fills out the forms, enters his mom's Email address, group leader's email address, and if needed, the region leader's email address.   Once he submits it, I see it is submitted, read and approve it (making sure it is filled out right).   Then it automagically routes to the parent, group leader, region leader (if needed), and comes back to me with all signatures.Since there are blocks for both mother and father's signatu

Hi,I used a group admin to create an API Application with scopes user_login: self, agreement_read:group. This group leader is able to authorise via Oauth. But it has not been able to read agreements belonging to group members, /api/rest/v5/agreements returns empty, status is OK. How to fix this such that it returns agreements of group members?

I used Adobe Sign with my iPad Pro and it works for a long time. I can have a signature on Dropbox documents but it doesn't work anymore since feu weeks ago. I try to find Dropbox Documents by using Adobe Sign but I cannot find the documents. Hi,I would like to embed a contract (or at least a link to a contract) into a website that was created with wix.com. When the applicant chooses to sign the contract, I would like this to trigger the process for sending to the other people who must sign afterwards.So, I would like to allow the signing process to begin without knowing who the first signer will be. Dear Community,I am relatively new to this whole process.  I am trying to build a .net site to process sending agreements out.  I understand just about all the functions to call and send documents.  What I am not understanding is the callbackInfo feature.  I am using the https://secure.echosign.com/services/EchoSignDocumentService22?wsdl  to make the documents.  I want to build a web service that will receive and process the call back.  I don't understand how this works.  From what I read, the callbackInfo will send the agreementId, status (i assume its the same filed name is in the restApi), and " information on the event that resulted in the callback".  Does anyone know how to do this?        [WebMethod]        [ScriptMethod(UseHttpGet = true)]        public void Get(string agreementId, string status)      

I've searched high and low for an option to change e-mails specifically for when you're sending for signatures however I can't seem to find one.

Can I send the same document to many people at the same time but have each sign their own version of the doc?  i do not want to send 50 different emails
