Adobe Acrobat Sign

I'm having a crazy time here.I've got an agreement template set up with Opportunity as the Master Object Type.I want to reference other objects.I have Account = {!Account.Id}. I have Opportunity = {!Id}. It is fine with that. If I try to put in {!Contract.Id}, then it starts spitting errors about there being no such relation. Even though it is clearly there, a standard field and all visibility being on.Where am I going wrong here?

Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer templates within Echosign to another user account? I have an account which has a lot of templates created by a legacy user, I would like to move these templates to another generic management account.ThanksStuart

When entering a recipient to send to, there is supposed to be an option to change from email to phone and other ways but when I click the down arrow there are no options... nothing drops down, it just grays out after I click on it.  I need to text to a few recipients and don't know how to fix this.  Any help?  Thanks

I run a summer camp.I have a (yes....) 9 page form that every parent/student needs to fill out.  However, their group leader must sign it, as well as the parent(s), and even their Region leader in some cases.Problem I have is- the Group leader is different in every case.  So, when the parent fills out the form, I want them to supply the group leader's email address, and have the system KNOW it needs to route the signature to the group leader.   Is that possible?So, the flow is:I upload the forms package once.Johnny Doe (or parent) fills out the forms, enters his mom's Email address, group leader's email address, and if needed, the region leader's email address.   Once he submits it, I see it is submitted, read and approve it (making sure it is filled out right).   Then it automagically routes to the parent, group leader, region leader (if needed), and comes back to me with all signatures.Since there are blocks for both mother and father's signatu

Hi,I used a group admin to create an API Application with scopes user_login: self, agreement_read:group. This group leader is able to authorise via Oauth. But it has not been able to read agreements belonging to group members, /api/rest/v5/agreements returns empty, status is OK. How to fix this such that it returns agreements of group members?

I used Adobe Sign with my iPad Pro and it works for a long time. I can have a signature on Dropbox documents but it doesn't work anymore since feu weeks ago. I try to find Dropbox Documents by using Adobe Sign but I cannot find the documents. I have the feeling that the App take a very long time and nothing appears.I tried to uninstall Adobe Sign on my iPad and to unlink Dropbox with the Adobe Sign App and nothing work.Please, tell me how I can have my Dropbox documents downloaded in Adobe Sign App again.

Hi,I would like to embed a contract (or at least a link to a contract) into a website that was created with wix.com. When the applicant chooses to sign the contract, I would like this to trigger the process for sending to the other people who must sign afterwards.So, I would like to allow the signing process to begin without knowing who the first signer will be. Dear Community,I am relatively new to this whole process.  I am trying to build a .net site to process sending agreements out.  I understand just about all the functions to call and send documents.  What I am not understanding is the callbackInfo feature.  I am using the https://secure.echosign.com/services/EchoSignDocumentService22?wsdl  to make the documents.  I want to build a web service that will receive and process the call back.  I don't understand how this works.  From what I read, the callbackInfo will send the agreementId, status (i assume its the same filed name is in the restApi), and " information on the event that resulted in the callback".  Does anyone know how to do this?        [WebMethod]        [ScriptMethod(UseHttpGet = true)]        public void Get(string agreementId, string status)      

I've searched high and low for an option to change e-mails specifically for when you're sending for signatures however I can't seem to find one.

Can I send the same document to many people at the same time but have each sign their own version of the doc?  i do not want to send 50 different emails

Hello,I can't seem to grasp the concept of electronic signature, and that will make me unable to explain it to any legal entity when necessary. I'm not living in the US nor in Europe, and the act of electronic signature is not common at all.I received an agreement through Adobe Sign, this agreement is for selling a website I own to a foreign investor. I know that I can sign by typing, drawing, or using an image. And after signing, both parties will receive a PDF copy of the signed agreement.However, when I have to show the agreement to my bank or to the court, how shall I prove that this is a legit agreement signed by the 2 parties mentioned, and not just a document I have written myself and drawn fake signatures on it.I will really appreciate any help because the matter is somewhat urgent.Thank you!

How can we arrange a counter signed contract via Adobe?We send out a contract to be signed by the recipients.Then we receive back signed version. But how do we countersign this document within this programm. So the programm automatically sends out countersigned contract to the recipients?

I have my other email's listed on the external archive so that I am notified and get a copy of all signed documents. I was getting all docs sent to my external archived email address until recently. I just stopped getting all notifications. I removed and added my emails back to the account and still nothing. Is anyone else having issues with this? I cant get any support from Adobe because apparently, they don't offer support for Adobe Sign!

When I click on Edit under a Template I created it comes up all gray. I can see it in preview with all the text there. I spoke to Adobe Sign on the phone and they said it was an error and would fix and come back to me. Still no word. I keep contacting support and nothing!

Adobe Sign integration with Jotform.com is not working. Adobe Sign is an app within Jotform.  I followed all the steps at jotform. Jotform thinks something is wrong on your side. Please fix asap

Hello,Yesterday I had a problem with Adobe Sign API when my app tried to get a new token from the refresh_token, I received this error: 'Required option not passed: "access_token"' and when I tried to get a bit more details from the library I used, I get this error from a description: "invalid refresh token".I have 3 different environments (local, QA, production) and every environment encountered the same problem at the same time, this is really weird.I can see a post on the forum with a similar problem (Getting invalid refresh token after several days, why is the refresh token expiring? ) but it was posted on April 2015 and 'resolved' in September 2015.To correct this, I deleted all the token from the cache of my app and created a new connexion. It worked but I don't know where this error comes from and how I can found a solution to it the next time it happens.I'm using Laravel 5.5 and this package (kevinem/adobe-sign-laravel - Packagist) to handle the connexion. We currently setup a widget to be signed by our recruiter's client. Once signed by the recruiter's client, we sign and complete the two signer process. The issue is, we want to send an automatic copy of the signed document to the recruiter as well. How do we set this up in the widget?

The option to send Documents to be signed has disappeared from our Adobe Sign account.We last sent a document through this service on April 4th.  This week when we signed in, the Send option was missing in the top menu.  We double checked the User Rights on the account and found that the Send Document option had been unchecked.  We tried to recheck it and update the account, but after saving our changes and reloading the account, the checkbox remained unchecked.  We tried this multiple times with no success.Is there some reason why we cannot activate this feature, which is the entire point of the service from our perspective?Thanks,James

I have a document in my library - with the areas ready for my client to fill out and sign - but where can I add my own signature? I need to sign this first - or permanently and keep in my library as I use it over and over. thank you!

I am trying to send a document for a signature, but when I hit next it says "Send for Signature" with a "Next" button.  I click "Next" and get a page with an "Upgrade" button.  When I click that, it has a "Start Now" button, but when I click that it takes me back to "Upgrade".  Help!
