Hi, We seem to be having an issue with Adobe sign due to a new feature they have added that enables you to pre-fill the name of the recipient. However, when you do so, it adds “null” in front of the name and if the recipient does not notice and fix it, it will include it in the signature and time stamp of the person signing.
Hello everybody, hopefully I can get some assistance with this as it has been driving me a bit crazy. A user downloaded a fillable form from our schools website and filled out the fillable fields using Adobe Acrobat Pro. The fillable fields included check boxes, text boxes, and drop down lists. Whenever the user sends to to get signed using the "request e-signature" feature, the reciever can see all the populated fillable fields minus the drop down lists. The contenets that were inputed in the drop lists are blank. She sent it me and I can seem to interact with the dropdow lists but I cannot see or input anything. Its almost like the drop lists get corrupted when they are sent for e signing. Can I please get some help with this? I have searched various forms on here and I cannot seem to find anything. Most of the dropdown list forms pertain to people who are actually making the forms. This is not a form that was made by me
We're automating our adobe sign process via API and have it working perfectly. However, sometimes an agreement (quote) will expire after 30 days without ever getting signed. Since the agreement was created via API, we want a way to cancel it via API and I cannot find a call to do so in the API. I feel certain this must be a thing you can do. What am I missing? There is an option to change visibility. Might this be the way? You can do this manually when you log in so that usually means there is a way to do it via API. If you know the call, please share with me.Could this be it? put /agreements/{agreementId}/me/visibility
We face the following data security issue with using AdobeSign:Our Company needs to send out several employment contracts containing sensitive Data (PII) for signature. After both parties have signed the document, the contracts are sent unencrypted as an e-mail attachment to all involved parties. This process does not meet the GDPR requirements. We found the possibility to protect the documents with passwords. But since it is necessary to enter these passwords every time you want to open the saved document afterward, this option is not practicable for us. We would have to store extensive lists with all these passwords for the employment contracts.Under “Global Settings” I have the option to choose that no PDF copies are sent to the involved parties after signing. This sounds good at a first glimpse, but after trying this option, I noticed that the e-mail that informs the parties that signing is completed, contains a link to the document. Clicking on this link, the unencrypted signed docu
We have configured a web hook with Event "Agreement Action Completed" and selected "Include Signed Agreement" Notification parameters. However the attachment stream of signed agreement is not being sent as part of the response. Also the Payload attributes doesnt mention anything about "Signed agreement" attributes.https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign/docs.html#!adobedocs/adobe-sign/master/webhooks/webhook_events/agreement_action_completed.mdCan someone let us know how and when will "Include Signed Agreement" Notification parameter work.
I have a complete cloud license which comes with Adobe Acrobat Pro. My account with Adobe is registered with my personal e-mail account. When sending out contracts with e-sign they will be returned to my personal e-mail. Is it possible to assign another e-mail for e-signing documents so they come back to my business account?
Is it possible to bulk send the same form to dozens of 'sets' of signatures? I know I can bulk send a form to multiple individuals where the form would only require one signature each. I have a form that needs to be signed by dozens of employees AND their respective managers. Each document would need to be individual to that particular set of signatures. For example (fake names), if Mandy is the manager to employees Emily, Eli, and Edward, I would need a copy of this form signed by Emily and Mandy, then another copy signed by Eli and Mandy, and another copy signed by Edward and Mandy. Is there a way to route the bulk send to provide the same form to each of these 'sets' of signors? To continue the example, I'd like to be able to complete this process in a way that wouldn't allow Emily, Eli, and Edward to see each other's documentation.
I have a docuemnt to be sign by 25 persons. when I want to preview and add fields this mesage appears "Draft state validation error. Only 6 participants are allowed" how can I solve the problem?
I have a .net razor pages web app that uses blazor components. I have a blazor component that renders a dialog. Inside that dialog, I have an iFrame that connects to the adobe sign url. For some documents or users, I get the following error: auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect and when I run the developer tool it says X-Frame-Options set to deny. Why would this happen when loading some signing urls and not others? Does anyone know what the problem is?
Cannot configure push notification of Adobe Acrobat Sign mobile app on Android.Has push notification of Adobe Acrobat Sign mobile app on iOS but not working.
I have an external archive email set up, but my completed documents did not forward. I have checked the email, tested the email address and checked completion. Is there a way to re-send the documents to the external archive email?
Problem #1: Using online version Attachments form field shows up in the "New Experience". But then if I go into editing a form field (like just a text field), when I go back to the main screen the Attachment form field button is gone. Problem #2: If I am in the "Classic" experience there is no "More Fields" drop down at all. So can't add the attachments field that way. Problem #3: If I add the attachments field via "New Experience" and then send the document for signing - nothing shows up for the person the document is being sent to to attach anything. I must be doing something wrong! Can anyone advise on what it might be?
We have a couple of people who have shared their accounts with me. These people no longer have access to Adobe Sign and left our department, however they show up on my list of those accounts I can access. Is there any way to remove them from my list or do I need to contact my account admin?
Not sure how to ask for the request (in my opinion this should be native functionality already in place). Scenario: Multiple signers (lets say there's 4 required). Set up to sign in order. First three sign electronically (esignature). The last signer (number 4) says that their organization only allows Docusign. Or that they need to sign with a wet signature when everyone else has already signed with esignature. What do you do to complete the transaction?Right now you have to cancel the transaction and start all over again and make it a "wet signature option" on the send page (and force everyone to do it again...AND do multiple steps to get it done). When you cofigure the send page this way if forces ALL signers to do wet signature. Nuts. There is no way to (after stepping through all options with support) to allow someone to opt out of esignature and instead "print, wet sign, then upload" to finalize their signature, unless the transa
My wife was the one who paid for our account so it just says her name on every document. Is there a way for me to change that to something else?
Hello tout le monde, Savez-vous comment sauvegarder un modèle définitivement de signature éléctronique ? Merci d'avance,
Is there a way to disable the feature where a CC'd person does not receive an e-mail and unsigned copy before the document is fully signed? And only have them receive a signed copy whenc complete? It's very confusing for the person to receive an email with an unsigned attachment then receive another one when it's signed.
Hello, Our organization has some Acrobat Pro DC licenses that are assigned to our users. However, some users are unable to use the electronic signature tools provided by Acrobat Sign, especially requesting electronic signatures.I already searched the forum and found some information. This is probably happening because our environment profile has changed, so users who previously used the tool in the old profile, now that they have been migrated to the new one, are no longer able to use it as they are still linked to that profile. We tried adding and removing the user, removing and adding the license and it didn't work. The error messages that appear to users are:"Request e-signature services aren't available for the profile you selected when signing in" on webor"Please accept the Adobe Acrobat Sign invitation previously emailed to you. If you have questions, contact your account administrator."I tried to contact support in the admin console, but the chat doesn't work and I don't hav
Hello, I am having trouble downloading a report of documents being signed. Here are the steps to follow: Reports --- New Export --- Select Date Range --- Last 12 Months --- Select Columns --- Export Columns --- Columns in which we select: (Contract Name, Contract Status, Number of Recipients Remaining, Sender Name, Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Recipient Status, Recipient Signer, Recipient Start Date, Recipient End Date) --- Save --- Save Export Date --- File Name --- Save --- In the image 5 highlighted below, this is the moment when Adobe Sign should consolidate the report to download all the information, but it does not finish loading the data. It has been in this same process since Thursday (08/24/2024) at 8:00 AM. There was a single instance where we were able to download the report throughout the day, but no data was found and the report gave an error. The last day we were able to download the report was two days ago, 10/23/2024
Can any one sugggest me
Hi,What do I need to do in order to configure our account to be able to authenticate server to server. I need to upload an unsigned document from a server with no interaction from a user. I do have an account and an API application in https://secure.na4.adobesign.com/. From what I understand I also have to configure a project in https://developer.adobe.com/console , but I have no access to Adobe Acrobat Sign in the console. Any guidence would be greatly appreciated.
I have inherited a Salesforce and Adobe Echosign implementation. We are trying to use the host signature option as we would like the client to sign using one of our salesmen's iPads having first created the Agreement as normal within Salesforce. The logged in user can create an agreement, but when they try to Send the the agreement for signature (i.e. generate the document on screen to sign it) we get the following message"You are currently logged in as Logged in User Name. In order to view your document, please logout of this account."If we log in as a different user, navigate to the Account and Agreement a different user can then Send the document ok. So, this seems like it's a permission issue but we can't find an EchoSign configuration option to restrict it in this way. It's as though there is a rule which say the Account owner, cannot host a signature, but an alternative user can?
the message appears: "Your account has been disabled. Please contact your support staff." how can I activate again? Thank you.
We would like to use Adobe Sign to collect missing information on a mostly pre-filled log (see attached example), but it is important to be able to tell who filled in the fields that were initially missing/blank after the form has been completed/signed. When you open up the signed/completed document in Adobe, it is not clear which fields were pre-filled in the form and which were filled in by the person who signed it. The audit report from Adobe Sign only includes details about when the document was emailed to someone and then when it was signed/completed, but we need an easy way to be able to tell what was prefilled and what was completed once it was sent for review/signature. Does anyone know if this is possible at all? Note: We are not just able to assume which fields were filled in using Adobe Sign based on the differences in the text font/sizes - this is for clinical research so we must have an official, Part 11-compliant way to show where the source for this information
Hello, when I route this particular form I consistently get errors with my fields that have mathmatical functions in them. I have to go through each field before I can send the form on for signature. Is this the way it is supposed to be? Is there a way around it? Thank you!
