Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello all,I'm currently using the free trial version of Adobe Sign to make sure it works before I commit to purchasing the licenses for my organisation. However, I have encountered a problem with my SharePoint Designer workflows. I followed the official Adobe guide:https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/help/adobesign_sharepoint_ol_workflow.htmlAnd I can successfully send agreements for signing with my workflow. However, I do not see the signed agreements in the Signed Agreements folder in my SharePoint document library, and I cannot get the Status of the agreement in a SharePoint column.What I'm looking for, specifically, is being able to send the contract out for signing from my SharePoint document library, then track the progress in a column in the same document library, then finally have the signed agreement in the Signed Agreements folder.Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,You've upgraded echosign (adobe Sign) but have removed our ability to easily find the management console to monitor or cancel contracts.We need an "obvious, big button - MANAGE" that takes us to the management console please. This used to be there in the form of a link but no longer appears if you access echosign from uploading a document view, but the previous iteration of the application was far better again. (Usability seems to diminish with every "upgrade")I actually JUST found the console. It took me approx 5 or 6 clicks into Adobe DC, but this took 15 minutes of searching, which is crazy. It needs to be much easier than this, like on the landing page to Adobe Sign or something.Please can you fix this problem and consider usability as a key component to any future upgrade?Many thanks

Security issue here - if I send a document for E-signing it is encrypted and the transaction history and ID is issued. Anyone can then click on the signature panel and it will open up a URL where you can enter the documents Transaction ID and it will verify. So far so good. I note, however, if I save the so-called signed document to say MS Word change some of the text and then save it again as a PDF it all looks the same and if you click on the signature it all works the same and if you enter Transaction ID it is valid. This is not so good as the document is not what was signed but you will still get a valid result. If you the resign the Word converted PDF with a digital signature (using the certificates tool) you end up with a digitally signed document with a valid Trans ID except that it was not what was signed. If I then send the document on to someone how do they know its not valid? Any comments here?

how can I remove old accounts from e sign

I have found that when I install adobe acrobat 2017 for several different users/pc's using the same Adobe Acrobat login, mine, that the signature function is affected by this and shows everyones signature to everyone else when they go to sign a document.  Please let me know if I have to un-install each of these 13 licenses, then create 13 users and then re-install using these 13 different user to correct his issue.  WHY DOESN'T IT USE THE LICENSE NUMBER TO SEPARATE THESE?

I am trying to use Adobe Sign.  I have tried to add recipients for the CC (Show CC) but it wont give me the field to put the addresses in.  Furthermore, I have tried to Upload (Upload) files and it wont let me do that either.  I was able to do these things for the past 6 months including late last night.  What can I do to fix this?  My IT guy doesn't know what to do either.Thank you!Tamela[Mod Note: Personal information removed]

I sent a document to multiple signers and one of them is saying she cannot sign next to her name. After an agreement has been sent, how do you confirm that you assigned the signature fields correctly?

I have a document that needs to go out to 60 different employees. Each employee needs to sign their own document and return. I do not want everyone signature on the same single document (but instead have it individual). Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a way to send out to multiple recipients without requiring them all to sign one single document. Does anyone know if this is possible, or am I stuck sending out 60 emails of the same thing?Thank you

I cannot access the Adobe Sign service to send out PDF for sign. It used to work until I changed the email address of my Adobe account, now I always get this error message:I've already contacted the technical support two times... Both operators said that the there is a problem in my account and it must be fixed by Adobe tech dept in India.After waiting for 10 days, I'm still waiting and nothing has been done. What am I paying for if the only solution is to open an account with DocuSign?Being unable to send out contracts for 10 days means that my company is loosing clients and money! Adobe, are you reading this? Is there any indian technician available to fix this issue or everyone is resting?Thanks!

I need to send an agreement to a person to sign through Adobe sign. When editing the agreement to include the signature box for that peson to sign, I am getting all the agreement fields with yellow boxes. How do I block these boxes (make them white) so that the person signing the agreement is not able to modify that information?.

Since the recent update a couple days ago the send for signature page has got rid of the page to add documents from the library. This is a huge problem as we have to open adobe acrobat use the fill and sign, then open the web base platform upload the document, add the library doc and send. We used to be able to fill out and sign the contract send for signature add our payment form all from Adobe Reader. Why the change and is there a setting to get this back?

From the adobe sign application, how can I choose where I want to put the electronic signature in the document? The app automatic put the box of the signature at the bottom of the doc and i want to place in different place.

Our users have to confirm submission of a form via an email link before their completed form is transmitted. Can we eliminate that step in the process so that once they sign the document and it's completed it automatically is transmitted to our organization?Thanks!
