Adobe Acrobat Sign

I am having the following problems:Adobe sign is not sending copies of completed documents to parties.I am not getting informed when parties sign my documentI cannot download a copy (click on pdf button), i get "page not found"I cannot print a copy (click on the print button).  I get "page not found"I cannot "share" a copy with anyone.   I get Unhandled Error: 170801114329537.app-a7The only thing I can do is view the completed document when I am logged into Adobe sign.Somebody please help!

Hello,Is it possible to have a template with multiple sections (like lines of service) and have the ability to only include the sections that would apply to a particular client?Once the sections are selected, it would compile the document and exclude any section not selected.Thank you

Is there a way to save a document after I have placed all the form fields so I don't have to do it overtime I send a contract out?

We have a new team member taking over for one that left.  We have documents that are still out for signature and would like to reassign these to the new team member.  Can this be done?We are able to move the license to the new team member -but don't see an option for the data transfer.  I'm an account admin if that helps to know.Thanks[Moved out of the forum Lounge and into a product-specific, support forum by a moderator]

Hi,I recently started looking at sign to send documents to my end users for e-signature. Sign works really well for this, until I realised if the end user has an out of office on which forwards his mails to someone else, they can open the document and sign it and it shows as the person who I sent it to...This is no good for compliance as I had no way of telling if the document was signed by the correct person, the logs show our external IP address for both myself and the end user, so couldn't check that way.Is there anyway to prevent anyone other than the person im sending the document to from signing it? can I prevent it from being forwarded automatically?ThanksPaul

Hello, I am interested in purchasing a business subscription for Adobe sign to incorporate with my company's Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 on premise environment, however, I need to provide at least a proof of concept utilizing the trial version before I can get purchase approval. I've already installed the solution in CRM, however, next steps require an "integration key" for Adobe Sign. The problem is that it doesn't seem like I can retrieve this integration key through the Adobe Sign portal. Can I please get assistance with this?

I would like to create a form where I can prefill a field - Company Name - for example but then allow the customer to EDIT that field as perhaps I have got the spelling wrong or some other change is required.The prefill is easy to set up - just put prefill after the field such as:  {{es_company_name:Prefill}}But is there a way to allow the recipient to edit this field?ThanksReg

I'm working with a client and we've implemented Adobe Sign for their sales organization.  One of the issues keeping them from fully adopting the product is, we can't figure out how to customize the cover email.  The use case is, the "agreement" is an executable proposal.  The language in the subject line is off-putting, as is the body of the email.  And, we can't find any where to customize the body of the email.  Ideally we'd like the body of the email to be something a bit less "agreement for you to sign" and more, your proposal is attached.  Also we'd like to customize the name of the Agreement automatically with the name of the MSCRM quote name.  How can we get that done?

Hi, I'm dumbfounded that after using Adobe Sign  to securely sign a document I can copy (and paste) the signature from iPhone.Am I doing something wrong?This makes no sense considering the purpose of Adobe Sign.Please assist.

Hello!I email documents to clients all the time to fill and sign a contract. But this is usually done well in advance to a service.  However, I will now be changing jobs where I will need my clients to sign consent forms in person before beginning a service. I do not want to use pen and paper. How do I continue using the e-sign method, but without sending the form via email? I want to be able to pull up the form on my Microsoft Surface and have all my clients fill out the form and sign using my Surface.Thank you in advance.

2 parties need to sign, but they share an email address.  How do you send for 2 signatures to 1 address? 

I must digitally sign many pdf documents throughout my working day.Prior to inserting my digital signature is the requirement for my password to be entered each time I wish to apply my signature.Is there somehow I can remove the requirement from my signature to always enter my password, and of course still insert my signature on a pdf document?Thanks, I appreciate the assistance.Berny

Hi,I am trying to Integrate BPM Workflow with Adobe E -sign,i have gone through the documentation available on the website.I have also downloaded the Java SDK kit also and the pre requisite jars,But have n't found any success.As documentation shared, i got I needed to get Integration key,but i haven't found the same in my adobe Enterprise Trial Account.PLease help in answering the below questions :1)  Where is the Integration key can be find.2) Sample java application program specifying steps to be done to upload a document.3) How can we get the notified that document has been signed.4)  is the signed document will be returned in base 64 encoding or a file type.

I feel like I'm missing something simple or overthinking. If I have the form in my library - fields and signatures are set, but I don't want to send it out individually. I just want it to sit at a link and be able to be accessed and completed. What step am I missing to just put it out there for completion. Example: It's an employment application. Fields are data fields, and then it is signed, and I want it to come back to an HR team member. Is there a unique document hyperlink address, or how do I get it out of AdobeSign and uploaded to a page? Thanks in advance

I have a need to merge a memo field into a document using text tags.  The memo field is 300 chars and would need to span lines.  Is there any known work arounds for this scenario?

I have an individual, single-user account for Adobe Sign, but I use two separate gmail accounts. Sometimes I want to send a document for signature from one of those gmail accounts, and sometimes from the other. Is there a way to do this, or can I use one of them unless I buy two separate Adobe Sign licenses?

Dear Community,We want to use Adobe Sign to send incoming invoices to our project manager to get approval before forwarding the approved invoice to our accounting.As we not only need a signature from them, but also some other information like Job Number, Paying Method and class, we would like to add something like a stamp on each invoice which they have to fill and sign. Adding those fields manually on each document will need too many time.Is it possible to collect a number of text, fields and checkboxes in somothing like a "field-template"?As we do need this information visible on the first page on the invoice, a workaround like adding a second page is not feasible.Thanks for your input.Best regardsTorsten

Is there a way that when the data fields are filled in by the recipient it is auto capitalized ? for example if they were to type in adobe sign it would change it to Adobe Sign? I have tried using regular expressions in the data validation sections however this just means the field is an error until the participant themselves types the data with the fist letter being a capital which it not ideal?Thanks

We currently only have one licence to use this product.  We would like to have more users, however one of the purposes is that as a Manager, I would like to have control of documents that have been sent for signature in terms of follow up or when someone is on leave etc.  If I purchase an additional licence, will this provide this feature?

I have my fields set to "Auto" size so that the info all fits in the field. But when I send it out for signature and it comes back it's a different size and some of the characters are cut off. These are legal documents and I can not hand write the missing characters. Does anyone have any suggestions for me on how to fix this??

When I had the trial version of Adobe sign I was able to create and save library templates with fields added. I currently have a 1 page PDF saved as a library template which includes the form fields on it. Before, when I uploaded a document for signing and selected to preview it and add signature fields to it, once in that dashboard I was able to select a saved library template and add it's fields to a chosen starting page of the uploaded document. I no longer have the trial version and I don't have this option any more. Now when I upload a document and am in the dashboard to add fields to it, I no longer have the option and am able to select and add a saved library template. Can someone please help me in regards to this as I need this.

I have a server side application which does not have any GUI. We are trying to pull documents information from AdobeSign using REST API. I need ACCESS TOKEN without going through OAuth authorization process.Can someone help me on how to solve this problem ?regards, Jay
