Adobe Acrobat Sign

HiI need to make minor changes to the word document which formed the basis for my Adobe Sign form.Its a rather complicated signing form, and will take ages to redo all the form fields.Is it possible to amend the Word Document and re-upload, so that all the forms stay where they are and appear over the top of the new Word Document?Or is it possible to edit the text of the form?Thanks,

Is there a way to share a link to a document, such as a waiver, so multiple people can access it, e-sign it individually, and have their signed copies sent back to me? For example, if I send the link to a group chat, each person could click it, sign the waiver for a class, and I’d receive a copy of each signed document.

I've created a web form to send to individuals. How do I set it so that once the individual signs, it goes to another email instead of just me?

Every few days Adobe is relentlessly sending reminders to folks I sent Adobe Sign documents to. Adobe published a method to stop these reminders, but it doesnt work. My customers are getting very annoyed. I want a final, all empowering method to NEVER allow a reminder to be sent for any reason AND a way to stop all the reminders from this recent job. Thank you. 

 For NDA, including two parties (group) I want to request the signatures for each.I know only the e-mail of the delegators of each party.I don't know if one or both delegators will or won't take a signature role for the document.I don’t know if the party will provide one or 2 signatures. How shall I setup the signature workflow?

I would like to disable the email that gets sent to the original signer when their email is replaced on an agreement.Currently its set to send an email [Account email address] has asked [New email address] to replace you as a signer of [Agreement Name]Is there any way to turn this off? TIA! 

I have had a recurring problem when clicking "Request E-Signatures" a blank, white pop-up appears, where the insert recipient emails dialog box would be. I have chatted with Adobe Customer Service twice and each time they uninstalled and redownloaded Acrobat. The problem was "fixed" for at most a week, but then occurred again. I have restarted my computer and signed out and back in, but the problem persists. I have checked and Acrobat says it is up to date. The details for my acrobat are below as well as an image of the problem. Requesting signatures works on web, but that is not a reasonable fix if it's supposed to work on the desktop version.  Adobe Version 2024.002.20964MacOS Sonoma 14.1.1

When sending a document to be signed via e-sign, the sender info has "(my last name) household" as the sender.  How do I change this to my company's name? 

I have a simple table with three columns and multiple rows. The columns are as follows:Training Course NameCheckbox Read Only field displaying the value of the training per hour. It also has a condition to hide until the corresponding checkbox is marked, i.e. $0.25If an employee has completed a training they can check the box it will then show the value of the training.At the bottom of the spreadsheet I am totaling the value of all the training they have completed with a simple calculated field: [Amount 1] + [Amount 2] + [Amount 3] + [Amount 4] + [Amount 5]I was hoping that this formula would not count the value if the field is hidden, i.e. not checked. It does not however.Any ideas how I would change my setup to get this to work?

When sending a pdf for signatures including the senders, I set up 3 participants on a template.  Using the template, I type in participate 1 and 2, and then me as 3.  These sig fields are noted in the template. Problem is the final confirmation email that all 3 participates receives after everyone signs the pdf says the send name twice.  As in-Attached is the final agreement between: Sender, Person1, Sender.  It repeats the sender as if three people signed it and not two.  Although it works fine and just has two sigs, the email makes the end user ask why did it say three people?  It repeats the senders name twice. Can anyone help with this issue?thanksjim

Dear Community,Is there a way for a signer to add comments to a document? I know of some workarounds which are not really satisfactory:- the signer can refuse to sign. He/she can then state the reason for the refusal- the sender can add a text field. Of course, the field will be wherever  the sender has put it. That's not the same as a field placed by the signer at the exact location where the comment needs to be inserted.Is it possible to add comments? If  not, do you know of any other workarounds?
